As an old arcade gamer, this is an absolute dream to play these games after so long. So many games in this hand held console makes me nostalgic and it was really a great experience. Thanks to WhatGeek for such an amazing product.

Loved both of the keyboards I purchased! They are beautiful and well built. Exactly what I was looking for.

Brilliant little device! So nostalgic! Really happy with the purchase!
Free shipping to UK and usually very quick!
Nostalgia and trying to find the perfect device.

I ordered a keyboard from them that had several issues. After over a week of emailing back & forth, the email thread died off with none of the issues resolved. They promised replacement keycaps that never came. In the end, I patched most of the keyboard's shortcomings with DIY solutions with no help from the merchant.

Really fast and professional service from WhatGeek! The Anbernic RG556 arrived quicker than expected and runs fantastically alongside the wide assortment of games that were included with the bundle, which was great value for money! I'd highly recommend as this was one of the fastest and easiest retro handheld to set up and play games on effortlessly.
Great value for money and good reviews.
Good reviews and I liked the fact that the system runs on Android.

Great price, everything arrived as ordered. If I had one thing to improve it would be better package tracking.
Because I was able to buy the Foundation Keyboard and calculator/number pad at a great price!
Because they look good and sound good.

I like WhatGeek. The items they have are great, they offer great brands and great prices. I guess the tradeoff is the long shipping. I order a lot of keebs and stabs and stabilizers from different suppliers. WhatGeek had the Hi75 basekit in the color I wanted so I ordered here. It eventually came in and is beautiful but man it took almost a month to get it. Kind of killed the excitement for my board when I got all my supplies 3 weeks before the basekit (all came from China as well)... Anyway, if you're more patient than I am, it's not a big deal. I just built my keeb last night and I love it. The only reason for 3 stars instead of 4 is how long it took to get my item.

Shipping was almost quick. The keyboard quality is nice, and not so expensive with discount codes. The packaging was something that might need a bit of improving. One of the keyboard box was kind of a bit crushed. Luckily the keyboard was good.

I like WhatGeek, their products and prices are awesome. Whilst the deliveries arrive, it normally takes a few days to be posted. Plus, despite ordering from what I thought was a UK store, the product is shipped from China. This means that I have to wait up to three weeks for delivery. It's not that this is a deal breaker, it is just that I need to plan three weeks ahead to ensure I'm going to be able to accept delivery.
They had a product I was looking for. As the process was painless (despite the wait) I bought other products.
I had a keyboard that I wanted to add keycap set to. The one on WhatGeek caught my eye. I'm happy with the set too.

I bought a keyboard from WhatGeek about 3 months ago. Unfortunately my keyboards volume knob and number pad started to malfunction and turn the volume up and down at random. Susan at customer support was very thorough in troubleshooting and got me set up with a replacement. It was very stressful for me, so I'm glad to know that WhatGeek will help if I buy something and it starts to go haywire. Highly recommend buying from them!

Was messaged by currier that delivery had failed. This was an electronic device with a value of £140.00. I returned home several hours later in the rain to find the parcel in a trailer on my drive wet and visible from the road. I took it inside my daughter who was in said nobody had knocked the door. App still said undelivered. Apx 48 hours later I had a notification to say the parcel had been delivered on the Sunday. What would of happened if I hadn't noticed the parcel and it was water damaged or stolen. The app would of still been updated. Bearing in mind we have a porch and the first door is left open.
Price after discount.

I ordered a keyboard from Whatgeek on May 3rd, but I haven't received the item yet. According to the tracking information, the USPS has been waiting for the package since May 13th.
I contacted customer service multiple times regarding this issue. They informed me that a query had been sent to the logistics team. Despite sending two follow-up emails, I have not received any response or updates.
This delay and lack of communication are unacceptable. I expect prompt action to resolve this issue by expediting the shipment or issuing a full refund.

Wasn't made clear that the express shipping would incur fees and ends up being longer because it gets held up in customs. The sites name and whole look makes it look like the product is shipping from the UK not China.

They gave me so many lovely cards with discount codes, and also a lot of messages of thank you! Most fashion companies don't even do that! Not to mention, the option if the keyboard frame didn't go as planned
I didn’t really expect to, but it was a really pleasant surprise
