Site is all hookers, porn stars, stolen photos, fake profiles, locations are very inaccurate, multiple profiles of the same woman in multiple locations, different ages, different bio. A good portion of what's on there, could be dealt w/by the site itself. Google the photos - block those. Better yet charge the "women" something - that would cut dwon the scammers, the site would have #s, ip addresses. By the way, the 1 star is there only because there isn't a tiny piece of a star to click on
WYP resorts to all kinds of underhanded tricks to fool people and con them out of money. They set up fake profiles, use AI for messaging. Also, a few employees are thrown in there for chatting. I'm gonna go back to AFFlirts.com
Which used to work great for me a few years ago during the lockdown and it was really the most legit site for hookups and dating. WhatsYourPrice is just a daylight robbery. The costs for their fake "service" are exuberant, you are always prompted to pay more, to get more points and you deplete them super quickly when you chat. It's a shame that all you get for your money is viewing some naughty pictures (stolen from other sites and social media) and chatting with bots.
This place is a big scam. It was ok 5 years ago before Covid. Now it's all fake accounts. Do not waste your time or money. They will not refund your money at all. Do not spend your money here. You will regret it. I wasted 150 dollars for nothing.
I was a consumer of this site for over a decade. I had taken a few hiatus's over the years. But never deleted my account. After about a year of not being on the site, I went to upload a new updated picture. It kept asking me to update my name, which I felt was weird, and it asked repeatedly. I thought it was my phone or signal. I went online the next day, and it said my account was suspended for violation of terms, but could not say what terms. I reached out via email and was told by Adeline that my account was not suspended but deleted and REFUSED to give me a reason why. I have worked in customer service for over a decade, and I know when an answer cannot be given, than there is no answer. I imagine there is a bunch of old and ugly people going through profiles and just delete accounts of good looking people.
I know there are a lot of bogus profiles, but I got a offer from one gorgeous woman, I accepted, we met and it was a dream come true! Ignore anyone that asks for money up front before the date, they're scammers, but there are gems there. And, none of this cost me anything thru the site. I was offered a transfer of my profile from SA, to try out this site, they gave me 50 free credits, used 40 credits for the initial message, which I told her to text me on my personal phone, thus no more using or buying credits. We met in person and it was wonderful! Plan to see each other on a regular basis. Much cheaper than SB or SA.
I've been a member for about a month.
First off, there are many attractive women on the site. Unfortunately, many of the profiles are not real and the site's process for reporting these individuals is both cumbersome and tiresome.
Second, when you purchase tokens, the default setting in the app automatically purchases additional tokens if you run out. This setting isn't obvious and you can spend a few bucks before you realize it.
The site charged me 10 times for 50 tokens. At first I thought this was an error until I realized the very sneaky "subscription model" charges your card WITHOUT WARNING each time your credits get low.
When I explained what happened and asked if the site could provide me with the the same amount of tokens at a cheaper price (based on one of their other promotions) my request was denied.
All these sites have trouble with fake profiles but I cannot recommend this site based on the current level of customer support they provide.
Had hundreds of offers and 80 percent are from other states and a good amount from Europe, this is supposed to be a dating site and the local women want money up front before you meet for expenses.even the ones that live 15 minutes away, thats not dating, thats fraud, so I ended up going out with 2 women and they made ridiculous demands like expensive jewelry and clothes. You will not find a long term relationship or any other type of relationship except for taking your money.
This app is fake. I use FlingEasy.com so I know how a legit site works. I have come across some phony dating sites and apps, but WhatsYourPrice was really the worst. You get immediate responses to your messages (needless to say, nobody ever reads your messages), you can exchange these messages for years, but no lady would swap numbers or go on a real date. What a scam! Definitely not worth a dime.
Costs roughly $10 to initiate a chat with each person. In just 2 days I have had 2 users admit they were scammers. One of them even had a 'photo verified' badge which he claimed was very easy to get by faking. I believe the other users I am talking to are scammers as well. Avoid.
Well I had made a profile but never used it much it was clearly a scam. Anyone in the ct area feel free to check out my onlyfans. https://onlyfans.com/vampahontas1228
I am also on seeking arrangements, secret benefits, snap
I am willing to bet 90% account are fake so you have to pay for the token. They all want to talk to you over WhatsApp or telegram. No one has iMessage, or they will not respond after accepting your offer.
They goal is to make you pay for their token. I recommend seeking. It is easier to weed out scammers there.
I've been on the site for about five years on and off. Initially, I met a couple very nice ladies, and had a nice relationship with him. One still being a very good friend to this day. However, in the last few years, this has been nothing but a site of scammers and blatant prostitution they take your offer for a date never show up and never hear from them again so many are just blatant money grabbers, I get offers regularly and with half a brain you can see that it's never gonna happen. They'll take your offer and then run beware of the site I know delete most every offer I get and have accepted a few and everyone will promise anything but once they have your money they're gone. Very disappointing site used to be good.
I've been a member on this site for a good 6+ years. When I first got on, it was a good site. I met some very nice people and made a few good friends. Sorry to say in the last two years it's been taken over by scammers and blatant prostitution, I get consistent request and decline 90% of them at least all I can say to people is be extremely careful and use common sense despite what I put down in my profile as wanting local people I've gotten requests from all over the world's at one time the site would refund my money when I reported it abuser no longer. So many requests I get one to immediately go to Roy different site to supposedly get to know me again just use your head and watch for a lot of bullshit.
I have gotten credits refunded in the past. Now, WYP will no longer refund credits, as they realize so many of the profiles are scams. The scammers won't meet unless they get a cash advance. These are from women with out of state area codes.
WYP wants these fake profiles so men will spend money to contact them.
I do not plan to buy any more credits from WYP.
Don't! 50% of girls are not real. They are men posing to get money off you. Site makes YOU pay just to begin texting the girls. You don't even know if they are real. Once scammed, good luck getting a refund. I lost like $100 and quit. They are ALL FAKE or Scams. The ones that are real won't actually show up to meet you (most of the time). Stay away!
The site is filled with scammers. In my experience in the past 4 weeks the followimg has occurred:
- ladies asked for deposit before meeting and did not show up
- there phones were only capable of texting and pictures sent were fakes( photoshop the dates to seem like they were real)
- a lot of ladies ( i should not call them ladies) would accept offers but never communicated afterwards
My experience has been that out of approximately 20 offers only 2 turned out to be real.
STAY AWAY!
I've been on this site for YEARS. If your in a major city maybe only half are scams. As an example, I've spent all day looking for someone to go to dinner with.
Out of seven profiles I communicated with (that actually responded, total number was 22 that I tried to talk to),… so out of that seven, ONE GIRL turned out to be real if she even shows up tomorrow or doesn't ask for cash up front before I even meet her.
As soon as they respond ask for a specific face picture like with a penny on the nose or four fingers on the forehead to make sure it's the girl in the profile. Second, send or give ZERO dollars until after the date, so they don't leave in 5 minutes or don't even show. Lastly, give them more than you agreed to once they do come and spend time with you without looking at their watch or rushing off after an hour.
Lastly, don't do illegal crap. Keep them happy and safe and develop a connection based on truth. Delete the bull$#*!. Be safe all, much love to the real folks.
The profiles are 95% fake. You bid on fake profiles that accept your offer. Then you have to pay a minimum of $50 just to talk to them. When I wanted to connect they would not respond or respond once. This company is not even good at making fake profiles. You can easily pic them out by the overuse of nerd glasses and glitter. They soak you right off the bat because they know you won't be coming back. Also they do not have an app which is telling.
You will get a series of 'women' contact you who as soon as you spend credits to open the message they delete their account and then the account re-appears some time later meaning there is no record of them having initially messaged you. If you complain to the site you get no response. I asked for a refund on several occasions as I had given offers to more than 30 profiles and for the month that I was on there, not one of these profiles checked their messages or came back online despite with some of them, I had contacted them on the day they joined. Then you get a false message sent, as I said before and that account disappears as soon as you engage with them. The very worst thing is after I complained again they locked me out of the account (which is no loss at all) despite the fact I still have credits on my account so they are thieves in every respect. I cannot log on and it has been the worst waste of time and obvious scam I've ever been involved with.
I'm far from creepy. I offered 200 dollars to 10 people. Each of them accepted, but never spoke to me after the initial message. This is what this site is all about. Wasting your credits with fake bot accounts. I see women complaining. Hmmm... did you accept an offer from a 60 old man? Probably. Blame yourself for ignoring the young successful one's on there.
This is worthless
Biggest con game out there. These girls are very good at separating you from your money and then disappearing. Dont fall for it boys no matter how sexy and scantily dressed they are in those pics. Went on three dates all were very oddly similar as if the girls attended some sort of class on how to rip you off. Doesn't deserve the one star.
