Sorry guys but i sell things on line an delivery is great you just need to no what delivery ems takes up to 20 days with tnt is 2 to 4 days ive gotten mine within a week from where they are to australia... products are fine... so i dont no why ppl are giving bad review. Maybe impatient, maybe picky for something that is half the price or more from in a shop
Bought a bunch, from them, everything was going ok, until i sent some stuff back because it was broken, never got that money... and then on another order, i had 19 item s missing, never saw a refund for that, cause they say it was shipped. And then they double ( heck almost tripple) charged my credit card. I'm in indonesia, Xixian xu a. K. a. Tony is an $#*! ( he's the boss over there). I now have to fight with my credit card to cancel the charges.

After reading the reviews about this site, I risked it and went ahead with my order last week. I ordered $50 worth of jewellery and a dress.
I agree that the shipping cost was outrageous. I bought $50 worth of things and the shipping to Australia was an extra $50. CRAZY! The items aren't heavy at all, I don't know why they charge so much.
The shipping time surprised me. I ordered and paid for my items on 19th April and received my items today (26th April)! That's pretty fast considering it came from China.
The quality of the jewellery isn't anything to brag about but considering it was dirt cheap, I'm not complaining too much. The gem on one of my rings fell out but it's nothing super glue can't fix. The dress was cute and looks like the photo that they provided, no loose stitching or dirty fabric.
Overall, I'm satisfied with my purchase. Maybe wholesale-dress have changed for the better, or maybe I was just one of the lucky ones :P I have to admit that I'm still a little hesitant to buy more clothes from them but I would definitely buy more jewellery and accessories :)
This site is the worst out of all online businesses I have been dealing with.
I always had faulty items with them, but my last purchase was the worst ever.
Out of 24 items I have purchased 4 have been faulty and 2 have been missing.
I have send 14 emails requesting their address so I could return the faulty items to them for a refund, with no success. They do not provide they address. Instead they talk me into placing a new order with them in which they have promised to put the 2 missing dresses. I have place a new order with them as I had $40 credit in my account which they do not return back to you.
But... they forgot to put these 2 missing dresses in my new parcel, and now I have got $50 credit in my account as some of the items I have ordered are out of stock at the moment.
And they are trying to talk me into ordering a new parcel.
This time I said: enough is enough and I am determened to get my $50 back, as it is my money.
Please be worned not to do business with this company, as you will never get your money back, and you will never be able to return the faulty items.
I understand that they are wholesale business and I do not expect 100%good quality, but good items out of 26 - it is very poor, and the service is even worse.
There are some very good businesses that I have been dealing with: causewaymall, asia-dress-wholesale, that I will continue to do business with.
Terrible site, terrible customer service! I ordered my items 3months ago! Still haven't recieved anything and when I contact them they tell me they never recieved my order even though I was told few weeks after my order was placed they they had shipped my items! I have offered my paypal reciept information but still no luck.

They have a MASSIVE selection of things, which can be too overwhelming but interesting at the same time.
Price points are slightly higher than asia-fashion-wholesale, but they do provide photos if they have them. I bought a few dresses and more than half of them were pretty and of good quality. Accessories were quite nice too and prices were great.
One main problem: postage is overcharged, for example, they would state the dress weighs 600g and hence you pay postage for 600g when the actual thing is 250g. These add up because I paid postage for 4.5kg order via Fed Ex, and when the box came it only weighed 1.8 kg. I was pretty upset about that because thats wasted money paid in postage for the company to profit.
2nd, www.wholesale-dress.net took 7 days to prepare my order after I've paid. More than 10 of my items went out-of-stock, but www.wholesale-dress.net mailed the parcel anyway and only told me the things were Out-of-stock when the parcel was on its way to me.
They then credit you the unsent items in store credit. So its annoying 'cos if I knew, I would've added other items to replace the unavailable ones, and again, i overpaid in postage! Anyway, i am pretty much stuck with store credit so I'll have to shop there again.
After reading above most negative reviews about this website, I really very much surprised, cos my experience is a little bit different, you know, shopping on wholesale-dress was my first online shopping experience, I originally had no confidience about online store, that time i was so attracted by the incredible low price and amazing massive styles of clothing which made me wanna get them all at once, I contact their online customer service, they patiently answer all my qustions, feel very grateful and my dealing was very quick and fluent. Finally i paid $45.68 to buy nearly 20 item, so easy! I chosen ups and waited for almost 9 days to get my parcle, though it's worth it. So excited to open my parcle, to my surprise, the quality is not that bad, even better than i thought cos i always believe you get what you pay for. But this time, I was satisfied, the design, quality, price, service.
I know their stock status is changing frequently, so it is normal if several items out of stock, it is understable and acceptable. Acutally, there was stain in one of my white dress, i washed it and the stain gone. The most important is the clothing, i love them. Maybe i will buy from there again. Anyway, my experience on this website is full of joy, Different people ask for different quality and service standard. For me, i like wholesale-dress.net.
Thank God I ordered only one pair of shoes. I placed my order on 2. 11. 13 and its now 17.12.13.The order was shipped on the first day, brava. Shipping was 15-40 days.So now it's late and I tried twice to ask about it first time they asked the order no. I gave them that and after getting my order no. Nobody replied to me anymore.So today I tried the second time to get some info about my package. And they only gave me the tracking no. What I can see myself also and it is useless because the last information about my order is on 13. 11. 13. So for more than a month my package is I don't know where.And when I tell them that, they only reply that this shipping method is really slow so be patient and we cant tell you nothing cause we don't have any information you just have to wait. I would have taken a other shipping method but from thailand it was the only one to take and it was already long enough. But seems it's gonna be even longer and maybe Im never gonna see my package. Like dan s said, this website is very obviously a chinese knckoff market. If you are expecting a high quality tshirt and good customer service when you are paying 70cents, the problem lies with your judgement.
They do indeed over charge for shipping, but it isn't that much more than anywhere else over charges.
I placed a small ($30) order with them in october 2011 and it arrived in march 2012 (this was outside the 1-3month timeline, but for $30 and this many clothes, I didn't mind. ($30 is not even 1 pair of jeans in the uk.)). Every item was wearable, not terrible quality either to be honest. It is now february 2013 and I still wear the clothes I got there, a button came off something... but buttons come off anything if you tug hard enough.
Ordering from this site is definitely a gamble, and I see now they have a new warehouse in the US, but items there cost a bit more than I remember from china.
I was thinking of ordering some free boots since I got $5 for confirming my email on their site and $18 for posting a 31 second youtube video. I haven't tried yet, so maybe their credit doesn't cover shipping. But if it does and everyone can get $23 for very little effort - give it a try!
Tl; dr - chinese knockoff website, cheap prices = not the best quality. Expect huge communication problems. Ordering here will ALWAYS be a gamble.
I ordered 6 things. They shipped them out relatively soon after the order and I had a tracking number. I received only 5 of the 6 things and reviewed my order online to see if they had said anything about the 1 thing being out of stock and they didn't nor did I receive an e-mail about it either. I checked the inventory online and what I ordered was in stock. I talked to customer service and when I told them the lady basically called me a liar and said it's marked that 6 of 6 items shipped out which wasn't true. After her denying what i said as truth for 10 min she told me to e-mail in a complaint form to which they ask how you want them to handle the situation and I said I did not want a refund I just want the item I ordered since it's IN STOCK still (it's an $8) pair of pants, I'm not lying for $8 merch.
INSTEAD of listening to anything I had to say, they refund me... They told me the REASON they refunded me was because what I wanted was OUT OF STOCK but when I checked online it was listed as IN stock and the only one in stock was the exact size I ordered too! AND it was clearly marked as $8. The kicker is they said they refunded me for the item AND shipping. The item refund was $6 but I paid $8 for it and shipping for that item alone is $12 but they refunded me $7. None of that adds up. I was pissed of course so I replied to them telling them of their mistakes and since then I heard NOTHING. Who is the liar now? What a bunch of crooks! They should not be allowed to run such a terrible business.
I had all in all 4 transactions done in this site. And all of it are really disappointing experience. First was! Most of the clothes were damage... stitches were badly made.
Second, most pictures displayed doesn't justify the actual(so be very careful. Third, they send out the items without informing you that some of it were out of stocks. That's why I made again second transaction because I wanted to consume the remaining balance I have. Fourth! Was just recently also! There were 2 operators who said that my item was already shipped, but i was wondering how come the status was preparing still... Imagine, I made my payment May14 and they shipped it May26... But before 26(3days before 26) they said it got shipped. So bear that in mind... most of customer service operator $#*!ed up also(liers...) they're also good in hunging up. They don not answer you or they let you wait for 10 to 15mins... and of course. You'll get tired so you might as well hung up and call later... what else?

THIS SITE IS HORRIBLE. The pictures on the site is totally deceiving and they are so shady its unbelievable. I always review their products after i receive them because i know it would be helpful the the people that are interested in that particular item. The first time i ordered from them i left both negative and positive comments depending on the item i received and they deleted ALL of the negative comments. And responded to the positive ones... the second time i ordered from them they did the same exact thing (surprise, surprise) I just thought that was unbelievably shady and disrespectful to the consumer... like seriously shouldn't the consumer have to right to know what they are getting?
I like that they have a large selection of clothes and that the styles are up-to-date at (seemingly) extremely low prices... On the downside, the charge up the you know what for shipping which averages out your total to be much higher. To make it even worse they b. S all the weight for the clothes so you get charged even more for shipping.
Yes, I have to admit i have been pretty satisfied with certain items i got from them; but i've noticed that every time i order at least 50% of the items just has horrible quality, ill fitting or just completely different from the item pictured.
Bottom line, ordering from wholesale dress is a gamble. You may be lucky and find yourself a few good wardrobe pieces or just hitting yourself in the face because you just ordered a whole bunch of rags that you will never wear. First, I'm very interested with massive options in this website. When I search the website, they are not updated the product info, they still put a lot of out of stock items in their list. The service is quite well though, they're answering quickly and explaining briefly. I finally decide to bought 7 items, but it needs a longgggg day to prepare, 10 days after, they finished preparing then shipped my order with a wrong shipping method. I ask for FedEx but they shipped with EMS Express, which cost more expensive (do EMS Express more expensive than FedEx?)
They said, they did it purposefully, because they're afraid that the custom will tax the item if it was shipped by FedEx (which unbelievable excuse because the total weight is only 1.5kg), but they didn't ask me before they changed the shipping method (and cost me for more 6 USD).
Then they said one of the item is out of stock, after the shipping. Why don't they told me before 10 days, such wasting time, I can easily change with another item and shipped it right away.
Anyway this EMS Express needs 6-10 days to arrive to my country with 6 USD higher cost, but my choice: FedEx needs only 3-5 days to arrive (half time needed, but cheaper). My buyer is asking for their order that I order from this website.
It made a bad reputation for my business.
And the last thing that make me upset is they change the payment date detail in my account in their website. I made the payment at Oct 3,2010, they change it and become Oct 13,2010. So it seems that it's took a long time to deliver because I made a late payment too. Well, I hope the clothes are in good shape, I can just wait and see.
I certainly will not buy items from this website anymore.

I shop on this site regularly, believe it or not. I've placed nine orders on WD so far and I plan on buying from them again in the future. Their customer service is hit-or-miss sometimes, but if you come off as polite then they'll give you the same respect in return. They've answered all of my questions, handled all of my orders quickly, and even helped me through with their bonuses/discounts.
From my experience, Wholesale-Dress is one of the few 'popular' Asia fashion sites that never overestimates their product weight. Even their shoes, heels, coats, and bags are nicely priced and average quality. This site also has reviews from users that give you a good idea of what you're getting. Just keep in mind that you get what you pay for. Use your common sense when buying online and judging from similar pictures, really. I'm nine orders in with Wholesale-Dress and now I KNOW what's gonna be cheap and what's going to be an amazing steal. You sort of train yourself to know what's gonna be crap or not, just from judging things. Bottom line is: when you're shopping on this site, the minute you start to doubt their product then don't buy it. So far, all of the things I've received are exactly the things I want. I even have two pairs of Black Milk galaxy leggings that I bought for $12 USD from WD.net!
Trust your instincts, and have a little faith in the customer service because it's not all that bad. Because there is SO MUCH MORE WORSE OUT THERE, just letting you know.
Also I think most wholesale shoppers don't realize that WD has a US warehouse, but with a limited selection. Still, it's extremely fortunate when you buy a good number of their clothes and shoes and don't have to pay the ridiculous shipping amount. So if you're a first-time buyer and live in the States, I definitely suggest you start from their US warehouse before you brave their China stock.
I've ordered from both warehouses frequently! They all arrive nicely, and they package their products in individual, personalized zip lock bags? Well, not the kind you'd store food in, but it's nice that they just don't wrap their things in saran wrap. I always use FedEx as my shipping option. It's safe, tracked, fast, and you usually have to sign for it. Which is something great to have, in my opinion.

I have made 4 orders all of them perfect nothing wrong with my items, what i see in the picture is exactly what i get. Yes it's true that some of the items are oos from the order that you make but i don't mind cause you do get the credit that you can buy something else from the store. I purchased kids clothes for my 4yr old, all gorgeous!, i have bought woemn clothes, and shoes. Customer services is wonderful they help me out everytime i i have a question. I always pay with paypal and get DHL express. My items take 3-5 working days to prepare and then 2-4 working day to reach my house which by the way i live in florida!. This store is not a scam. They do help you if your going to buy from them make you start with the new arrivals, that is how i always get my stuff without having to harras them like all ppl do. I have placed an order of US$300 on 4 November 2012 which is entitled for the free shipping to my country and I have made payment accordingly. But later I was asked to pay for the shipping fee, customer service mentioned there was a system error which system should have charged for shipping fee instead of free. I am sure there is no error as my order is above US$300 so am entitled for free shipping.
On same order above, there was 2 unavailable items so I request for refund but never get it.
Another problem was an order was wrongly created when I want to add additional item. I went to Live Chat and spoke to a Nancy who said she will add the item for me so that there won't be shipping fee incurred but she did not give me correct information or instruction on how to go about making payment so I have created a new order instead. Before I made payment, I have asked her on Live Chat "how to make payment" and her reply was "you can pay as your last time" so I did that, not knowing that I have to pay on member site by clicking on the 1st order. So I have requested for refund of shipping fee for this 2nd order which I feel I should not have to bear for wrong instruction/information given by a customer service staff. She as a proper customer service staff should have guided me clearly and correctly.
I have emailed them repeatedly and they have insisted that I should be paying for these and refused to make the refund.
I strongly feel that the customer service should have let the management handle this if they have no authorities to waive the incurred shipping fees charged by system error and wrong information/instruction given by Nancy. I have asked them for management personnel details and emails to write to but they refused my request so I wrote to the Manager in charge of USA operation on 2 December 2012 and he promised to assist me but sad to say till today (21 February 2013) I have yet to receive any reply from me.
Even though the refund amount is not that much but to me this is a business deal and if there is problem in the system and wrong information given by a member of staff, the company should refund back the money accordingly.
My advice is stay clear of this website, it is not worth the hassle and they are not professional at all including that head of operations in New York. Very disappointing.
If anyone have any idea where I can lodge an official complaint on this company, please let me know. I feel real action should be taken against this type of site so that such incidences won't happen again.
Scam, bank ask if the transactions is fraud to an unknown merchants. Unpleasant customer service.
