Wickie Pipes

Ordered a special very expensive pipe and all they did was charge me and never ship it. So after waiting 2 weeks I emailed them twice with no response and then they "refunded" me though that hasn't hit my card yet. I really wanted the pipe not a refund. What a POS website. After reading all these reviews with the exact same issue I wish I would have done some research before I placed my order as I would never support a business that treats customers like this.

I ordered a particular pipe but got a similar sub-standard pipe instead. Customer Service is non-existent. This company is horrible. I've called multiple times and e-mailed them. They could not care at all. I would highly recommend you spend your hard-earned money elsewhere. This place is the pits.

Pony express by mail, takes a month to ship this will be my last order I found another web site that has the same stuff shipping is fast. To bad wickie pipes someday when you all get your act together give a call

Not only did this site have the cheapest price on the product I was trying to order, but my item shipped very quickly (3 days) and they threw in a free lighter! If I was looking for something else I would definitely check this place out again.

Feeling ripped off - Purchased a pipe 14 days ago. The order is still being "processed". No response to emails. No response to request to cancel the order. Nothing. I don't know why all these other reviews are so positive. I am pretty sure I'll fall into the "paid my money and got nothing" category. Next step will be to contact credit card fraud people, as well as these guys suppliers. I'm sure the suppliers would like to know how they are being represented.

Cheap prices. No communication. Order perpetually stuck in "processing" for 2 weeks. No response at all after contacting via *******@wickipipe, twitter and their contact us form on website. Item probably on back order, but card charged. Then again, I don't know because no one will f'ing answer me.

I bought a vapor pen, and a month or so later some of the pieces failed. The WickiPipes agent I spoke with sent me replacement parts at no cost, and said "Sometimes it's not about the money." Excellent! How refreshing to receive such outstanding customer service!

WickiePipe is without a doubt the best online pipe store there is. I absolutely love them! I had a very small issue with one of my orders and needless to say, it was resolved the very best way possible. I also appreciate the personal touch when it comes to their customer relations. WickiePipe is nothing short of class as far as customer service is concerned. Their product selection is second to none and their shipping times are fantastic. I can't say enough about how much I appreciate having WickiePipe around. I'm definitely a customer for life and I'll be purchasing more pipes (and other smoking supplies) in the future. WickiePipe rocks out loud!

Great products at great prices. Had a bit of a problem contacting customer service regarding a missing item but this was due to a system problem and when they did come back to me they were very helpful.

Actually i have a question what is the number to be able to talk to a Representative that can answer a couple of question cause the number on the page dose not work it all no one ever answer please and thank you.

I love WickiePipe, they have been consistent and amazing with every purchase made. Their website is easy to follow and read, their variety is beyond just the Pipes that you see in the name. I will continue shopping with them.

Really the best web site for pipes. I smoke a lot of differenf stuff so I use their web site pretty often. They are the leading store in their industry and have every new and unique pipe. They are also the first to get most stuff when it just comes out and have the best prices so I don't even need to shop around. Other web sites won't have it or if they do then they probably bought it from these guys so they sell it for more.

This really is my favorite website to buy from. They have reasonable prices and great delivery time. Not to mention they gave me a couple free little stuff like a lighter and hemp wick. All in all 5 out of 5 in my opinion

Well not much to sayabout this site or its peoepl working there. Your guys roooock :) i started smoking 2 years ago, and now me and granddad have something else to talk to about every sunday when we go fishing on the lake. My first order in novemeber took 2 weeks for delivery but the dude John at wickie pipes was nice and explained alls the delay was for some crazy update that this happened. He said my order would come in over at priority shipping and booom there it was at my doorstep in just 2 days from LA to Michigan. I cant wait to see this update that everybody is talking about all over the place. John said we'll get the invitation email very soon... and a special shout to Big Jim my grandpa for introducing me to the site. Make sure both me grandpa get those emails. THE ABSOLUTE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE! I had ordered from their site and had a slight shipping issue. Not only did they upgrade my shipping they also gave a bonus gift for the slight inconvenience.
