Wickie Pipes

I ordered one of their wickie pipes and i was very pleased with the overall quality and build of the product. Shipping was very decent and the price was very worth it. Will recommend and shop again.

I've ordered items, charged credit card and never received items. I finally got a response, via email, that the item was shipping that morning, but still never received item. I think they are a scam. Don't order from these guys. If I ever receive my order, I will update review.

Actually i have a question what is the number to be able to talk to a Representative that can answer a couple of question cause the number on the page dose not work it all no one ever answer please and thank you.

WickiepipesI has some of the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. I got a brand new item from them that did not work at all and they basically told me tough $#*! go through the manufacturer. After point of sale they do not care about their customers if they did they would have returned the item I bought at least exchange it which they did not even offer to I strongly recommend to stay away from Wickiepipes.

Purchased a wickie pipe lighter and the lighter failed after a few months. I contacted the distributor and they said I had a 30 day warranty and I was out of luck. The product may be cool but is not made well and they won't stand behind their own product. Stay away from wickie!

Really, stay away! These guys are BANDITS. They took my money and NEVER send the pipe. I mailed them several times, asking politely if there was something wrong with the order, and when they expected to send it and never got an answer.

Placed an order for an "in stock" pipe. The pipe never shipped despite them charging my card. They didn't respond to any of my 3 e-mails. I also couldn't speak with a person over the phone because it was just a recording. I may end up having to file a report for a fraudulent transaction with my bank.

[Edit] In addition to the 3 e-mails I sent I also have now attempted to contact them by phone 3 times during their listed hours. Each time I received a recorded message saying that it was after hours and to leave a message and they would get back to me. None of the 3 calls were returned. Now today Wickiepipe's website security certificate has been revoked and my computers security settings wont allow me to visit the site any longer. I contacted my bank and informed them of the situation. The customer service rep I spoke to was happy to file it as fraud and reverse the charges so at least I got my money back.

I ordered almost 2 weeks ago, and on their website it still says my order is being processed... 3-7 day shipping my $#*!, complete bull$#*!. If they are having difficulties, let customers know, these $#*!s don't even respond. I've emailed them and tried contacting them through the website and nothing. STAY AWAY, these guys are complete amateurs and they SUCK! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I must say I've researched all over the internet and they were the only company that offered so much unique products online. All the other companies had cheap smoking pipes, I think wickiepipe's selection was awesome.

So I ordered a incredibowl I420 for myself, and my girlfriend like the armilon capsule, also I got a WickiePipe for my brother for the holiday. So, the reason why I'm writing this review is because once I order 2-4 hours late I got my tracking number and 2 day later my goodies arrived, and once I opened my package I got a free grinder, a 420 spray for the Oder elimination, and a free lighter! I can't say enough how satisfied I am with the service and my new pipe, awesome. I will defiantly be shopping with Wickiepipe again. Happy customer :)

I made three different orders, to separate addresses, and they all took three months to process... I received one of the items and the order was wrong, the other two I ended up canceling.

I had to chase them the whole time through email, loads of them, all there response emails where protocoled and robotic.

I dont trust the fact that they sold me three items they had no stock for and, I wosent informed and had to spend my time and energy chasing them.

TERRIBLE! It has been a month since I placed my order and have not received any items. They have charged my credit card and I can no longer cancel my order through their website, because the status states that it's been shipped or in the final stages of processing... LIES! I have sent at least 5 emails and still have not received a reply. DO NOT USE OR TRUST THIS SITE!

I have no idea what these two guys below me are talking about. I've been waiting for a month and a half now to hear back from them. The last/only update i received from them was saying that my incredibowl i420 was on backorder but fastforward to the present time. I still havent been contacted back, i cant leave a message with them because apparently their voicemailbox is full, and im out over $200 without the ability to get a refund from these hustlers.

This is quite possibly one of the most frustrating situations ive ever been in... Stayyyyy awayyy

This website is a scam stay away! I place a order over 3 months ago they charged my card took my money they have not sent me the order & not answering the phone.
