I have had friends tell me about wigsbuy. Then a friend let me borrow one of hers and she was right they are great quality and reasonably priced. Will be purchasing as of this year I had major hair loss due to stress. While my hair is growing back these products will help during this process.

This is my opinion. Never have I dealt with such a difficult, frustrating seller. What I was sent was not anything like the photo. Not in color, length or quality. The return process is a nightmare of emails, refusals to credit, my paying 10 dollars to return a wig anyone but a clown would find unacceptable. You get socked with a foreign transaction fee (China). They would not provide a phone number or customer service number, just a warehouse address in Santa Fe Springs CA. They wanted me to drop my bank dispute before they would consider issuing a refund. Very negative experience. The wig also had a strange chemical/ammonia smell to it. In my personal opinion, I would not risk doing any business with this overseas LLC. I ended up disputing the charge with my financial institution as many courteous emails and attempts to resolve the issue with the seller were unsuccessful. What is advertised and what arrived are the photos here.

I've bought many wigs from Wigsbuy and am very satisfied with the quality and styles overall. They have modern styles that look very expensive but are reasonably priced. I would recommend Wigsbuy to all of my friends looking to add some beautiful units to their collection. The only downside is that shipping can take a few weeks so you must be patient but the products are excellent overall.

Totally not the style or color of the wig I ordered. Terrible thin hair on the ends. Never again. Had I purchased with cc instead of my paypal I'd have gotten a reverse charge. Buyer beware. After complaining and jumping thru hoops I was offered $13 discount. Or I return and they keep $70 for shipping. Really? Do not use. Go to your local wig seller keep a local in business.

I have ordered from this site. I am very satisfied with the speed of delivery. Items are high-quality, comfortable and the same as in the pictures. Quality ratio is realistic.

Don't Buy from Wigsbuy

Please don't buy a wig from this company. Initially I did not know they are based in China so the wait for my purchase took a while. Then when I received the wig it was the wrong color and style. When you inquire about returning yours send photos and basically "get permission" to return it. They offer a $15.00 discount or an exchange and tell you that it is "not worthy" to return it. I am now waiting to see if they will provide a return address. I may decide to donate the wig cause I am tired of dealing with them. BEWARE!

This hair I bought is gorgeous feels like real hair the only problem is the amount of parting space is too small n I think it can't stick to scalp u need to glue it or am not so good at putting it on. I'm happy though it's awesome curls are better than photo. Thanks!

Update on Wigsbuy

I wrote a review on what my experience with trying to return an item on Wigsbuy. They have recently sent me the address to return the item after, asking for the address for two months.

I want to help others who have experienced grid lock from Wigsbuy when trying to send back your wig.

Make sure your wig still has tags attached and has not been worn. Get your receipt and make sure you send the post office tracking number. Don't give these people any reason to say they never received it.

Purchased a wig in Jan payed 70.00 came on March., It is nothing like the picture it's some crappy wig. I ordered a blonde wig short. This wig is a gross brown and not even shown anymore on their website. Have made so attempts to contact me no respect stay away

Placed an order in March of this year; it is now May and still haven't received it. Despite several emails to Wigsbuy they are now ignoring me. Was getting replies to start with just asking me to be patient but now no response whatsoever. Would not recommend buying from this company.

Evertything was wrong

This is a terrible company to deal with; I should have done more research into complaints against Wigbuy. I received the wrong color, style and the quality is very low. When I contacted them regarding the problem they had me send pictures and then responded with an offered to refund only 50%. I learned the hard way that both their product and company is a waste of time and money. Please, for your own sake, steer clear of Wigbuy.

I can't speak about the quality of wigs this company sells but in my opinion I wouldn't trust any product from this company. I purchased some hair for weaving. On their website they show a beautiful picture but the product I received is so bad I'm in the process of a dispute with them right now. They claim if you are not 100% happy with the product they will refund you or credit you back, well that's not true. I paid over $80.00 for the crappy product I received and they are trying to make a deal with me to pay me $40.00. REALLY! Take my advise buy locally from a beauty supply store and don't get ripped off from this Chinese Company. Plus it took almost 30 days to receive the crap they sent me.

I ordered 2 wigs from wigsbuy. I received both of them and neither of them look anything like what I ordered. They are horrible. This place should be shut down! I am very unsatisfied. Also I'm not wearing wigs for a fashion statement but because I have to. All of my hair fell out due to medical issues. This is unacceptable.

I found the wig through a google search picture and then set about to find it on a site. I found it on several different sites for a great deal more money, and some cheaper, but decided to get it here. I have no regrets. The fit, color and texture are all excellent. I get compliments on it; even my doctor loves it and says she can't tell it isn't real. When I had a question, Fairy got back to me with the answer immediately. And for doubters, yes, I am a real person who, due to medical reasons, must rely on synthetic hair until some day, hopefully, my own grows back again. Thanks WigsBuy!

So Disappointed
May 26, 2020

This was my first wig, I wanted to change up my short natural look. I was a little confused when it came because there was a huge sewn track that went across the front. After trying with no success to get the hair to lay in the right direction for the style, I called a wig stylist. After looking at it, she told me the wig was a piece of crap because of how it was sown and I should try to get my money back. I have not been able to reach anyone. $160 blown.

I was hesitant about ordering from wigsbuy. I have shopped online many times and have always steered clear of out of country businesses. I was looking for a long wavy wigs. I read several the reviews from different sites and decided to take a chance. I am so glad I did! The website was very user friendly, and customer service was very helpful and responded to an email I sent them within 13 hours. (There was no problem, I sent an email to make sure we were on track). I was/am completely satisfied with this company and my order. I would definitely purchase from them again!

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!

I ordered two, fairly expensive human hair(?) wigs from this company. It took over 2 months to finally arrive and the correspondence with them in the interim was full of misdirection and lies. Correspondence that I assumed would still be on my computer as I keep all of the things I right in my email correspondence so as to have a paper trail. ALL of the transactions and subsequent proof is gone! Not only were the wigs I received not human hair, but they were completely the wrong! The quality was complete junk! I contacted customer service about my dissatisfaction(through email) and they said I could send it back or receive $100 dollars to keep the wigs. ALL LIES! I hope this company believes in karma as they are surely going to get theirs. STAY AWAY!

The website says WIGSBUY offer refunds. But they don't. The wig I ordered bears no resemblance to the color or length pictured online. I didn't even bother to try it on. I boxed it right back up and have been trying in multiple emails to get a return address. I'm willing to pay the postage. But WIGSBUY refuses to provide an address to return it. Originally, I was going to see how the return went before trying again. But this is a disreputable company. Avoid it at all costs. Save your money, time, and frustration.

Very disappointed
July 30, 2021

I ordered a wig, only to be advised almost a month later that there are duty fees to be paid because the product is coming in from China. When I contacted their customer service manager I was told either you pay the $33.00 or the item will be destroyed! This is absolutely ridiculous! I now received the wig and disappointed because it's nothing great and Amazon offers better. Buyer beware!
