I bought a wig for my girlfriend who lost her hair. She picked it out. It was a complete piece of crap and was nothing like the picture. They will not let you return the the thing. After endless emails I finally agreed to keep the wig which I threw in the trash for them to refund me 70 dollars. But it has been three months and I have gotten no refund. I have emailed them 5 times already and they say the money is coming. They money is not coming. They are a complete scam. Do Not! Do Not! Do Not! Do Not, buy a wig from these scam artists!
This place is a scam I bougth a wig and that wig was very poor quality, it was very different from the one I ordered. Ther return policy sucks. They just shine you off. The only rating they get is to stay away from this website. No returns and their 7 day return is also a scam.

I bought wigs from wigsbuy, and I have had this hair since Jan (same hair) and it has held up well. I have washed it several times. I have also had it taken down and sown(that may be spelled wrong) back in. It has held up great. It looks natural too. My doctor thought that I was pregnant because my hair had grown so much (actually my natural hair is only a little shorter than this WIG). He really thought that this was my hair. I love it!
The wig came in a safe package. It is so soft and looks just like my natural hair. It is beautiful and the color looks so natural. The lace is soft lace and there is so much parting space. The wig is a really good quality hair. This wig is thick but not too thick. It looks exactly like the pictures if not better. There is baby hair on the wig. I have not experience shedding or tangling. This is the best wig yet! I am extremely satisfied with this wig. The hair looks like it grew from my scalp. I will purchase this wig again from this seller. I showed my family and friends and they also want one. I will not order any others wigs. This is my new favorite.

I purchased two wigs on 5/31/2020. I have not received the wigs I purchased. Neither have I been able to contact anyone via telephone, or get a response to the emails I sent - two to *******@wigsbuy.com or to *******@wigsbuy.com. Since I purchased them via PayPal I am unable to get my money back. The vendor must process the credit. This was my first time purchasing from this vendor AND my last time. This company seem to be a scam and needs to be removed from the internet! I highly recommend that you DO NOT shop on this site!

Their wigs are horrible quality! They are helpful but the hair is such bad quality. After I washed it, I could use it like a mop for the floor! I don't believe these reviews! I love the wig very much, When I order again I will order a full lace wig though. The perma-tease isn't terrible but I think it would look more natural as a lace wig. Other wise I got what I expected when I expected it in awesome condition. I will order again.
You don't get what you order, it takes forever to come, the money you would spend to send it back you might as well just throw the wig away and chop it up to a loss! I did not read the reviews ahead of time, I wished I would have because everything they say is true. The pictures are not actual pictures of wigs, some are of people real hair. I purchased the "Messy Lob Loose Wavy Human Hair Women Wig" and the wig I received looked nothing like the photo. They advertised the wig as 14 inches long and it was close to 5 inches short. I selected a color of 1B (which is off black) and got a light brown. I paid $169.00 for human hair - the first time I ever paid that much for a wig and I'm so disappointed. Do not do it! Beware!

The wig I received was nothing like the wig I ordered. They told me since their wigs are handmade they may vary slightly, a ludicrous reason. I received a very long curly wig and ordered a short, choppy wig. I see from reviews on other buyers that this happens a lot. Now reading the reviews on their website, I see that they are all fake. Don't buy from them.
The quality of hairs is at its top. The black color shade of hairs is outstanding. This wavy cheap African American wig is looking very charismatic and lovely. The fitting is perfect for me and it seems that it is only made for me.
This company is a TOTAL scam. I went the mile with them and filed a well documented complaint with the BBB. The BBB couldn't locate them or get an answer either! I tried everything possible to get hold of them. They don't even speak English. The wigs don't look like the pictures at all - more like Halloween costume pieces. Please stay away!
