Against all of the negative reviews, I ordered from Wigsbuy. I was very happy about the price of the item I purchased. It was more than half the price of what it costs in the stores in my area. It was exactly what I ordered!
AVOID WIGSBUY. Scam! Scam! I ordered 2 wigs from WigsBuy and when the wigs came it looked absolutely nothing like the wigs advertised on their site. I contacted them and they asked me to send pictures to prove that it is the wrong wigs. After I sent the pictures, they said I should use hairspray to fix the wigs. After countless e-mails and pictures sent they finally sent me the return address. I returned the wigs and I could see from the online tracking that they received them and they refused to refund my money (US$166.00) They are just ignoring my e-mails. Now I am trying to get my back through PayPal.
RUN, RUN from this site they are scammers. They put pictures up of famous people in wigs, but their wigs look nothing like this. I have lost 75% of my money on a wig the made me look like Groucho Max. Damn Shame they are taking advantage on the global market. Scammers! SCAMMERS!

I am a constantly buying wigs! While surfing the web, I look for quality and great prices. WigsBug has wonderful prices and good choices on wigs. The number of accessories offered is vast. I have found a short curly wig on this sight and will be buying it. With all of the reviews, it seems that one can buy with confidence. The sight is easy to maneuver with everything at your fingertips.
The wig I got wasn't exactly what I expected but Jessie, from the company said she would credit me $30 so I can put it towards having it straitened since it came curly.
I will gladly let others know that a customer was made happy and spread the word where I got my piece from to other Cancer patients and trichotillomania sufferers.
I ordered 4 synthetic and 1 human hair wig. Upon receipt I did not like it. I sent it back for an exchange. When it did arrive it was not even remotely close to the one I ordered. I said I needed to return it and at this point I wanted a refund, I sent them the item to the address provided. They confirmed receipt and now refuses to refund money but offering me an exchange. I have emailed them 20 times no response. They are crooks and liars. Do NOT purchase from them, bad quality, bad communication. I should have seen the ratings for this company prior to ordering. Now I'm left with no money snd no wig.
I bought many wigs from you since a couple months and I can say I was always satisfied with the wigs. It fits perfectly and it's make a big difference. The quality, color are very good and I recommand your company to everybody who wants to buy a wig. Even a human or synthetic wig, it depend the wig you want to buy.
On January 28 I bought a wig from this company, which I think is in China. After waiting a few weeks without receiving the wig, I wrote to the company asking for my money back, because I had read the reviews and regretted my buy. They told me they could not refund my money because the wig was still being made. I still have not received the wig now in mid April. STAY AWAY from this company.
Elegant and gorgeous, the synthetic wig gave a pleasant stroke to my eyes in the first instant as soon as I saw it online. Why shouldnt it, as the short & smart wig suited me in a befitting manner; and especially the adorable blonde. Order # *******
The wig is unusable! Not the color or style that was shown in the picture. Just a total rip-off! It came in three weeks, so sending it was on time. But the wig is just awful. When I put it on my head I look ridiculous. I've purchase another wig from wigs.com and I could wear it immediately and it looked great. This one is supposedly human hair, and I guess it is, but it needs, cutting, coloring and styling, and even then I have no idea whether it will ever look like the picture they provided.
The hair is super soft and very easy to work with. I have received so many compliments. The only thing is that I wish the very top had a little more density cuz it's a little thin, but I plan to order another one and just tell them that. I just love this hair! :)
I will now purchase all of my hair pieces from Wigbuy, their selection is amazing. I purchased two wigs and when I received them I was a VERY HAPPY customer. I have received a lot of compliments on my wig, the hair is soft and curly; I look and feel fabulous.
I had an issue with "Expedite" shipping, I paid for this shipping option and didn't receive my package in the advertised time frame. I reached out to customer service, I explained my concern and the representatives took cars of me. They answered my email and addressed my concern in a timely and professional manner. The way the young ladies handled me made me a very happy client, I will do business with them again.
Okay, so I just recently cut my hair to start natural. I ordered the wig on last Friday, I was super excited waiting and counting down the days. When I opened the package it came with you gifts, It realy a surpriseeee to me!
The length is way shorter than in website picture approx 2.7inches/7cm shorter than website picture (attached). Therefore totally different style!
Color is very close to what expected. The open waft cap construction is perfect for upcoming summer (Australian) with a ligh and airy wig.
The quality is good soft silky material and invisible cap through hair makes it a good quality overall. Not going to ask for exchange or refund because the shipping from China was too long (on month).

Buyer be Ware, the wig does not look anything like the picture on the website, it was a matted mess! And when I tried to return for a FULL REFUND, all I got was the run-around! They would not provide a return addressed and then said if I returned it for a refund I would have to pay $105 for the labor and they would refund the rest. I said no, then they off a discount of $25, then $50, then $65... I want my $239 bucks back, the wig is a piece of crap!
I received a wig that I ordered. The wig was no where near the color I chose. After looking at the reviews and a YouTube video I figured I would at least give the "customer service" a chance to prove the reviews wrong. I was encouraged because I was contacted within 24 hours HOWEVER I have heard nothing else from them! Now I am stuck with a wig that I can't wear or return. I was looking forward to ordering other wigs from them. The website is impressive, but the company sucks!
I freaking love this hair! I was a little scared to make the investment at first because I never wore a wig before and I was scared it wouldn't look good on me but right now I've been wearing the hair for about and I'm surprised by the lack of shedding and the silkiness of the hair. This hair is awesome and I highly recommend it. I wish I had gotten this one to begin with but at least I've seen the light and I am very pleased!
I hate looking at sites that have fake reviews. I received my order yesterday (2) items and they are totally crap. You can see the wefts where they are sewn in all across the wigs. The hair is so think you will never cover them up. If their products are this shabby, how will I ever get my money back. Not to mention the huge hicky for the shipping cost both ways. BUYER RUN FOR THE HILLS.

The wig was thicker than I expected (which is good) & the color on it looks great! I tried it on and immediately wanted to return it back. Ok, So I wasn't a fan of this wig at first because of the way the ends curled. I got soooo many compliments. I went from not liking this wig at all to it being one of my favorites thus far. I would HIGHLY recommend this wig.
