They sent me the wrong wig and it has been impossible to get in contact with them. The phone number on the box is useless. I'm really sorry I purchased anything from them.

They took my money and never sent my wig. They would not answer my emails until PayPal got involved. Then they lied and lied trying to get me to remove my complaint before I got results. They offered me a portion of what I paid as a refund, I had waited the allotted time and still nothing. Finally they gave me a total refund but that is only because I paid through PayPal if I hadn't I don't know what would have happened. They won't take your emails so don't think you can cancel the order, they won't cancel it. DONT BUY FROM THEM!
If the wig is not right for me can I return it say it doesn't fit or wrong color this is my first purchase for a wig and I'm very nervous I paid quiet a bit for it hope it is good heard bad and good reviews but I will see for myself
Ordered a brown wig - got a blonde one - without my consent they substituted the order and are giving me the run around about returning it. I will be contacting my credit card for a full refund as I have the proof I didn't get what I ordered - DO NOT PUT YOURSELF THROUGH THE STRESS. This place is a full on SCAM. Be smart and stay away.

I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered. They should be ashamed of themselves. The wig they sent is nothing like the picture (see pic) and they won't respond to my emails.
They started a shipping label with the carrier to make it appear they had shipped the wig. However, after tracking it for nearly 2 weeks and seeing zero movement with the carrier I contacted carrier myself who stated that Wigbuy never delivered the package, just created the label. Fortunately, I paid via PayPal and was able to provide evidence of the scam and was refunded my money. During the interim period of editing for the PayPal decision the scam company Wigbuy shipped some god awful wig that was wrong in color and horrible in quality. I guess they thought that they could get away with the scam if they could prove shipping and delivery to me. DON'T BUY FROM WIGBUY

Bought a $200 wig from them for my 22 year old daughter with cancer and is presently going through chemo. The wigged arrived and it was very poor quality, look nothing like was on the photo and was not the same color. We requested a refund and they said we could return it if we paid the shipping and they said they WOULD CONSIDER giving her a refund but only 60% of what we paid. Notice the word CONSIDER. They gave us instructions of what to do before they would give a refund. And all the things they asked us to do would violate the return policy they established. EX: "try it on and take a picture and send it to us". Have it styled and use hairspray" DONT BELIEVE THE CRAP 5 STAR REVIEWS. THEY ARE PLACED THERE BY THE IDIOTS OF THIS COMPANY TO FOOL THE PUBLIC

The wig I ordered from Wigsbuy first of all came later than what I requested. I am a cancer patient and I was hoping to her the wig in good time, before my hair falls completely out. Anyway, it finally came and looked ridiculous. Look like something someone threw together with doll hair. The color was correct but the short natural wig looks silly. I was afraid to put it on but did really quick and I looked like Jerome from Martin, or the preacher guy on Coming to America…& I'm a woman! Just foolish! How is this company getting away with this. I wish I would've searched reviews before spending $79. Customer service is a joke…first offering me "10$" then discount on another wig. After several emails back and forth, the latest reply was they'll give me "60$" but I pay for $45 shipping! There's no way! I wouldn't buy from here again if my life depended on it. I'd rather be bald. I will be filing complaints any and everywhere I can! This is a fraudulent non reputable scamming company. I included the image of what I received and what I wanted from the site.
DON't ever order from WIGSBUY. After I waited 5 weeks for my order, thinking that my order had not gone through, I ordered again. Two weeks later both orders appeared at the same time. Instead of subtle shades of blonde, large chunks of the wig were screaming bottle blonde. To return the items, information in the packaging said that I must call customer service at the number provided. Every time I called the line was busy. What commercial establishment allows a busy signal? Obviously, Wigsbuy does not intend to permit returns! After the 3rd call, I sent them an email asking for the same return information. Weeks later I still have no response. I called several times more and sent an additional email – still no response.
I looked through my credit card account for Wigsbuy and found nothing with that name, but I recognized the charge amount beside the name, "WWW.YOURCHICS.COM HONGKONG." I wonder why Wigsbuy hides under that name?

2. Product color different from picture
3. Extremely long delivery time;
4. No promised confirmation email with order number, tracking number, etc.
5. return requirements calculated to prevent return; and
6. Customer service useless.
