Determined to get a half way decent wig I then turned to Wigsbuy. And big mistake also.
I started out with emails asking to show me a pic of actual wig as all the pictures they have on site are of real people with their own real hair ( not wigs)
I think they give a time frame of when will answer your email questions. Ya, right.
After waiting few days no replies so wrote again and again, no replies.
So stupid me bought a wig that was #613 which is very light blonde. I bought a cheap one as felt something was odd about the place not replying and started to wonder if connected to Wigsway as just seemed odd and felt something was fishy with no replies, and no pics sent of any REAL wigs.
I had to write Paypal to get a reply from them as paid and still no word.
That gave action. Two months of waiting for my 3/4 wig piece!
The piece was NOT blonde. It felt weird and was some kind of muddy brownish color!
#613 is almost a white color ( I have a synthetic hair ring and also a real hair ring)
I got a color that was nothing like ordered. So sick of getting robbed and fighting for my money back, I simply threw it away and said never again.
I truely feel these 2 sites, Wigsway and Wigsbuy are the same place or connected in some way.
You will get crap and in my case, not blonde. It was a crappy brown.
What a rip off!
Try emailing them asking for a real pic of the wig you want and see what happens.
These wigs are also all coming from China

Be aware not to purchase from WIGSBUY. They are completely dishonest. They take your order and your money and then ship inferior products and will rip you off! I helped out a client and purchased a wig for her and it came in orange not blonde and we returned it. They refuse to give us our full refund. They have no return instructions in their box. They have a bogus phone number on the box that doesn't work. Just beware there are plenty of other companies to buy from that are honest.
Don't buy from this company. There some red orange color that was just stuck in the front of the wig. I have been trying to return it but you get a fraction of the price you paid. On top of that you have to pay for the postage to return a bad wig. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
I got a high quality real human hair wig from this company for a great price. It was really very cheap than anywhere i found, and it's free shipping. I will buy another lace wig from here.

I ordered a wig in January. I never received my wig. Thank God I ordered through PayPal. Wigsbuy told me to either order another wig because mine was stuck in inventory or request my money back.
They tried everything to not give me a refund. They claimed my email was wrong, they said they couldn't find my order yet I found it on there website in my account history. If it wasn't for PayPal I wouldn't have received my refund. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Below is the wig I bought that they're still advertising.
I order a Zoe Kravitz Afro Human Hair Short Fluffy Full Lace wig, but I got a wig not fit for a human being to wear. I was fortunate to get a full refund by working with my bank. They investigated and determined this company is fraudulent. WARNING: DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. They do false advertisements and steel your money.
Please don't buy from wigsbuy they wigs are ugly and sheap bad quality II spend $457 and I use PayPal to pay. Because Ithey take PayPal I thought they was good very sorry those people are very dificult to reach. Only by email and they do not answer it right now I'm disputing it with PayPal.

Don't be fooled by the excellent fake reviews, that have been posted about this company, they are scammers!
I am a real customer, who have received bad quality wigs from this company. I've been fobbed off with a $20 voucher, for goods worth nearly £300, to not return the goods. With advice from PayPal, I returned the goods at my own cost, for them to be now held in customs, awaiting final delivery. Wigsbuy tells me that they cannot contact customs, (which reputable company cannot do that?) They choose not to deal with the returns, or even accept delivery from customs; so that they don't have to refund you.!
A note of caution! If you choose to go ahead with using this company, you will fight possibly a long battle, in getting a satisfactory result from this company.
PLEASE! Don't be fooled by the fake reviews of excellent service, from this company. That is so far from the case!
I have had to battle with legal advice, in order to have this issue resolved, be prepared to do the same, or just DONT BUY FROM WIGSBUY!.

This is a Chinese site; they don't respond so you can't return items with their return window. The wigs are AWFUL! I bought a wig for $120 and it's not the color I purchased and the cut is not symmetrical and the hair is completely lopsided. It is awful. I returned it to the address on the package I received because I wasn't getting a response and I emailed them the tracking # & they told me they would not accept the return because I didn't get authorization prior to the return. I emailed them everyday for 5 days. On the 6th day (a Saturday) I returned it. They responded on the 8th day.
DO NOT DO THIS TO YOURSELF.
Please oh please do not fall for this website and purchase anything. It is a scam. They are based in China. They do not care about you or your purchase. They are looking for quick dollars. There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE whatsoever.

Will NEVER purchase a wig from them again! Very cheap, colors did not look like advertised. Then there web site would not let me exchange it! Never again!

I ordered the Sweet Layered Bob Color # 30 when I opened the box and saw the wig imagine my disgust. I would not even donate this wig.
This wig looked nothing like the picture on their website, the color was very dull and looked as though it had been worn and NOT by me you can clearly see the stitching and NO style of a layered wig... it was flat, The bangs were short. Very POOR CRAFTSMANSHIP.
I have tried reaching out to WIGSBUY multiple times to no avail only to receive an automated response that they will respond in 24hrs... 24hrs has come and gone x4

Wigsbuy took my $87 in May 2020 and as of today which is August 13,2020 I have never received my wig. They keep sending me the same repeated email indicating because of Coronvirus, my order is delayed but will be shipped. Tracking number still showing order is in China. They tell me I cannot get a refund.
There is not a phone number to call anyone. They took my money and never sent my order. I have ordered from other Companies and my order came from China and had my order in 2-4 weeks.

Scamming Company
Ok got a wig from wigsbuy. Didn't realise at the time it was from China. It cost me £168 plus £13 customs charge. When I received it I was quite excited as I have a medical condition and very little hair. I ordered a short pixie cut wig. However the one I recieved was not what I ordered, it was too long and very frumpy. It was also of bad quality and very patchy at the back. It wasn't finished properly and came in a plastic carrier bag. I noticed when I made a complaint that they tried to change my payment status to waiting for payment. But above it it states when the payment was taken via paypal. I have tried every avenue to speak to someone but conveniently no one is available. Working in marketing there is only one thing I can say about wigsbuy, AVOID AVOID AVOID. An update if you purchased through paypal do not dispute with wigs buy, go straight to the resolution centre and make a claim with in 20 days I recieved a full refund, after showing them picture evidence and wigsbuy emails and false reviews. And what's more I did not have to return the wig, as I was not prepared to pay for two customs charges and the shipping fee for wigs buys mistake.

I ordered a wig the 1st of february, 2017... its the 25th... still have not received it... wben I put my order number... wbich was confirmed in an email from tbem. They said they had no record of it... although they had taken the money out of my account. 49.17$... immediately... i emailed Customer service and they said there was a delay first for Chinese New year and then a problem in manfacturing... they did get back to me... and as I write this the wig has been shipped and is in transit... i have no idea what it will look like but will update when if I ever get it... tbe point is if you want to gamble with your money go to a casino... better odds. There is no recourse here or guarantee. If I ever see a wig I guess I'm luckier than most but shoot I would buy somewhere else in The future and I used the wig. Im an emtertainer. If I needed it to leave the house I'd cry.

Answer: The positive ones are fake reviews. Standard English is butchered in these reviews. They also write things we would not say like "i recommend site to all my friends to buy." These bad reviews are the honest ones because they have no reason to lie and no agenda to put money in this merchant's pocket. The bad ones are assuredly those who HAVE paid for horrible wigs that are poorly made. They write these reviews for two reasons: 1. It is cathartic getting the scam off their chests, and 2. To help and warn others. It is a waste of time to leave an honest review to help others knowing people will not believe them! For what reason do they have to lie?
