Winc's chat service is super prompt and professional! I had a positive experience with Jennifer on chat support. I appreciate all of the efforts that were made to make things right when I tried to get a shipment canceled. Although she could not get this month's canceled because it was too late to do so, she offered to skip the next month for me. Before offering this she made an effort to reach out to another department to see if it was possible. Good customer service is not about getting your way exactly, it's about a customer service agent doing their best to find the closest solution available for your situation with empathy and kindness, and that is what Jennifer did.
I will say, ordering from Winc was simple. You take a survey, and they send wines accordingly. I was luckily able to get a good deal on my first box, but I'm not sure it would have been worth it if I didn't. I feel like they somewhat cheap out with the brands they use and it's nothing I couldn't pick up from my local beverage store, but it was a good deal with the promo. Keep in mind you're signing up for a reoccurring subscription too, and customer service could be better.
