I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Wingie, and I feel it's important to share this with everyone to prevent others from going through the same frustration.
Despite my best efforts to resolve an issue regarding my flight, Wingie's customer service offered no meaningful support. I canceled my booking voluntarily to avoid a "no-show," but their response was rigid and unhelpful. They refused a reasonable refund, leaving me wholly ignored and unappreciated as a customer.
The customer service could be better, and there needs to be more flexibility when dealing with unexpected situations. I strongly advise you NOT to use Wingie for any travel bookings. The platform could be more reliable; in my experience, they are willing to take responsibility or assist when issues arise.
I'll be sharing this review on all major social media platforms, and I urge anyone reading this to think twice before booking through Wingie. Don't make the mistake I did. There are much better and more trustworthy platforms out there.
