Ordered soft bed and works for us as side and back sleepers. We are 180 and 220 and have slept well for the last 2 weeks, however this is still in the break-in period. Sleeps cool in South Florida.
Pretty great bed! I personally wish we would have gone a bit more firm as I'm a stomach sleeper but my wife is a side sleeper and b/c I'm such a great guy we decided to optimize more for her sleep style vs. me.

I had a temper pedicure that my wife and I loved, but it was too soft. We purchased this bed and it is amazing. I have never slept so good in my life. Vita firm but very comfortable. I highly recommend this bed

Box fell apart before delivered (Friday evening) and instructions and important paperwork were lost. Customer service responded with an email copy after the weekend. Threads were loose on the top of the mattress in several places, suggesting less than top quality. Bed is very comfortable, it's easy to turn over on it, and it feels supportive for two side sleepers.
Wink Beds customer service and ordering experience was flawless. Deliver was prompt. It did take Bread financing about 3 days to approve us for 6 month interest free financing. Upon delivery it should be noted that the mattress is very heavy and takes a couple of really strong people to get it into the house and placed on the frame. Assembly of adjustable frame was simple and quick.
Quick and straight forward. Fast delivery. The mattress has been great so far.
Overall experience was fine. Just disappointed. It's OK. I'm not thrilled. Will I go through the process of returning it? No, because it was a pain to get upstairs and on the bed. Next mattress I buy will be white glove service and from some place I can test it. I bought this because of the reviews as I am a side sleeper, but it's not ideal at all.
If i feel as good sleeping in the bed as i did buying it i'll be thrilled.
