Update: It was a frustrating process but winkbeds reached out and absolutely went above and beyond. Very satisfied, could not recommend enough!
Been trying to return my mattress since 06/01/2022. Scheduled 2 weeks in advance due to my location. Confirmed multiple times, even called to check in day before scheduled delivery and was advised pick up was good. Then company cancelled, rescheduled, and cancelled again. Return policy means nothing if they don't allow you to return.
Night 1 -so far so good! Didn't wake with my hip hurting like it normally does.
I was hesitant about buying a mattress online, as my last one was not very comfortable at all (from Saatva). Additionally, my husband is much heavier than me and prefers a firm mattress, and I enjoy a soft mattress. Somehow we both love this one! It feels like you sink into a bit, which I really like, but it's also pretty firm and when he moves I cannot feel it whatsoever. We've only had it for a week or so, but we are both v happy right now.
My wife inquired about Wink Beds and was sent an email offering her a $300 personalized discount. Everyone who visits the site gets a $300 discount---the name of the sale changes but there always is one. I could not find any way to use her personalized discount and the sale discount. I placed the order anyway, and Wink Beds added a contribution to Environmental Responsibility Fund without my approval. Wink Beds did not supply any information about this fund. The mattress was delivered very promptly and seems to be comfortable.
Not a fan of the price changing in the midst of check out. Was 2008 and then went to almost 2100 in less than 2 minutes.
I've read so many reviews. I had no problem shopping. My difficulty was deciding on the type of firmness. Can't wait to try it
This bed has been such relief for my husband's severe back pain. Any questions I had before purchasing the bed were quickly addressed by customer service. I'm so thankful I purchased this mattress. Highly, highly recommend!
I ordered on Tuesday 5/24 in the afternoon. The mattress was on dropped off on Friday 5/27 during lunch. I was told to expect June 1 or so. The mattress protector DID arrive on June 2 - a week later. If you're going to expedite part of the order why not expedite all of it? This certainly was "made after I ordered it"
The operation was seamless. Delivery was a little harder getting it delivered when we wanted it - on moving day. This was a present to our granddaughter and she was moving into an apartment on the first of the month... but it all turned out okay. Thanks for all the help.

I had a few questions that I submitted via email, and I received very clear, helpful, and courteous replies to each one on the same day. The business as a whole functions as a top tier operation. The quality of materials and craftsmanship appears to be excellent.
Purchasing and delivery were fine. We have not yet unpacked the mattress.
Got this mattress after extensively reviewing online what mattresses are best for back sleepers like myself (thanks to sleepfoundation.org). I couldn't believe it, but I immediately noticed improvement in my mid to upper back pain after just the first night. I've had it for a couple weeks now and it is still great. The company also had incredibly fast shipping. I got the mattress just a few business days after I ordered it!. Highly recommend.

Stayed home all day tor delivery. Bed arrived with no call or doorbell - found in a torn apart box in our garage. Paperwork enveloped ripped apart. Emailed pictures to your support team and no response. Very Frustrating
Glenn at Mr Sandman was excellent. Provided loads of information to help us make our decision. In hindsight, I could have asked a few more questions, but overall we are happy with the mattress.

The customer service was excellent when purchasing. Will be referring others! I was out of town when the bed was delivered and it was delivered so quick. I purchased a zipper encasement for it. I've only sleep on it for a week. So far so good because, I'm still adjusting somewhat to midlevel firmness. I have sleep all through the night which I was not doing before on my old mattress. I Love the way the bed looks..
