I wish the delivery person had rung the doorbell and helped carry the mattress upstairs, vs leaving it outside. It also came a day later than expected, which is significant when you're moving in and have no bed.

Great experience. I was charged an environmental fee on the invoice that was e-mailed to me, which I didn't feel I should have to pay because they were not taking away an old mattress. I don't think their website informs you of this charge either, although I haven't gone back and looked, so I may be wrong.
They quickly refunded me the charge when I protested, so I was pleased with their customer service.

I have no complaints, easy to work with and responsive.

I don't have any complaints about my dealings with Wink Beds. We bought a mattress and it was great. Then we got a pillow, which I'm not liking very much. In both cases, the shopping experience was fine.

I first ordered the soft wink mattress. Although it felt nice to feel and and crawl into; I needed more support under my back as I have a herniated disc. The Luxury firm was more suited to my personal needs regarding my back. I returned the first mattress with no hassles and went to the firmer mattress. I am now very pleased with the wink bed mattress and so impressed with the quality of workmanship. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and professional. I can recommend this company without hesitation. Wink mattresses "rock"

We initially had purchased the Luxury Firm WinkBed and found we were experiencing back and hip pain the the mornings. My wife and I tend to be back and side sleepers, changing positions through the night. My wife also has a significant back pain history related to scoliosis which was why we went with the firmer mattress to start. The SOFTER WinkBed is a better option for us. Our hips are no longer sore and even with the extra yard work that comes with spring our backs are much less painful with this model. So were expecting it to be able to exchange our bed for free given the free return policy advertised. While the exchange fee was minimal ($53 after taxes) this was very unexpected. In theory it would have been cheaper to return the first mattress and order a new one altogether.

Happy with the bed and the the couple contacts I had with customer support in deciding which mattress to buy. The bed arrived very promptly, within a week.

The bed was delivered on time and was packed in a solid state.

Too hard i dont like it and i cant stay asleep for more than an hour and my body hurts.

Quick and simple! I ordered, applied my discount code and it shipped. It came exactly when they estimated. I will warn you, the box is HEAVY! I was able to bring it in alone, but I strongly advise you get help to move it.

After sleeping on a Sleep-Number bed for eight years we decided to try something new. However, for eight year we had no back pain, but after sleeping on the Winkbed for two week my wife and I have had back pains every morning. I know Winkbed suggests giving the bed 30 days, I am not sure our backs can take that much back pain.
