This bed has been such relief for my husband's severe back pain. Any questions I had before purchasing the bed were quickly addressed by customer service. I'm so thankful I purchased this mattress. Highly, highly recommend!
I ordered on Tuesday 5/24 in the afternoon. The mattress was on dropped off on Friday 5/27 during lunch. I was told to expect June 1 or so. The mattress protector DID arrive on June 2 - a week later. If you're going to expedite part of the order why not expedite all of it? This certainly was "made after I ordered it"
The operation was seamless. Delivery was a little harder getting it delivered when we wanted it - on moving day. This was a present to our granddaughter and she was moving into an apartment on the first of the month... but it all turned out okay. Thanks for all the help.

The quality of materials and craftsmanship appears to be excellent.

Got this mattress after extensively reviewing online what mattresses are best for back sleepers like myself (thanks to sleepfoundation.org). I couldn't believe it, but I immediately noticed improvement in my mid to upper back pain after just the first night. I've had it for a couple weeks now and it is still great. The company also had incredibly fast shipping. I got the mattress just a few business days after I ordered it!. Highly recommend.

Stayed home all day tor delivery. Bed arrived with no call or doorbell - found in a torn apart box in our garage. Paperwork enveloped ripped apart. Emailed pictures to your support team and no response. Very Frustrating

We started out with the softer mattress and found that initially it was perfect but after a few months realized it was too soft. We contacted support and received the plush firm mattress. Initially it was a little hard but after sleeping on it for a few months it is perfect.

After consideration several beds I decided to go with a Winkbed and I have no regrets. The entire process was amazing.
Discount at checking very confusing. The box was in very bad condition. We took off the protective layer of plastic and the magic had already started so it was a little difficult staighting it up on the platform.
