The delivery and set up was so easy. Amazingly comfortable

After sleeping on a Sleep-Number bed for eight years we decided to try something new. However, for eight year we had no back pain, but after sleeping on the Winkbed for two week my wife and I have had back pains every morning. I know Winkbed suggests giving the bed 30 days, I am not sure our backs can take that much back pain.

Everything was great, except that it took 10 days longer to get the platform foundation than the WinkBed. This delayed is in setting it up.

Informative and user friendly site just hope bed is what we need

Delivery was prompt. We were pleased with packaging and so far we are both sleeping good.

This is our second wink bed. We bought a camper and you know we had to have a wink bed in the RV as well!

Received the product in the mail as promised in description

I bought this mattress due to a lower back pain problem. With my old mattress my problem was clearly worsened after 5 hours of sleep, with the Winkbeds Firm mattress the pain is stable (a mattress itself won't heal your pain). I wonder if an extra-firm mattress would actually be even better for my type of problem.

Great experience, easy abs efficient. The bed is super comfortable and I like the warranty for the products.

Delivery was in good time. Just awaiting for the mattress to settle in. Hoping to sleep well on it. Noticed a smell the first night but soon went away.

25 years with the old sleep number bed and nervous to change. At first, we thought the top was so soft (but nice) that it wouldn't be supportive, but it had great support. Woke up with less back pain. I sleep on my stomach and side and move around a lot, so the plush top makes it fun to switch positions.

The order process was very easy. My new mattress was delivered when promised. Only been sleeping on mattress for a week so too soon to tell if it is a good fit.

I suffer from arthritis and since ordering my wink mattress, I wake up less stiff.

Little early to judge the mattress yet, still adjusting to how firm it is. Seems like a quality product though!

It was difficult finding weight and size dimensions for a murphy bed mattress anywhere online, but Winkbed site had it all listed under FAQs.
