Love this store and sales. Store is clean. Twice now have been to deli and workers never look up and continue what they are doing. Another customer saw me and yelled Hello! So second time I just did not buy deli meat. Def need improvement here. Thank You!
I went to winn$#*!sme this morning. Stood in the 1 line that had a cashier and waited and waited. Cashier rung up 3 seperate orders for 1 person in front of me so she could get 3 of the items that there was a limit of 1 on. Probably because they were both black, she never did that for my white $#*!. When I finally get up to cashier, I scan my WD card and was told not to do it like that again, the way I have done it for years. So I asked if she even wanted me to use it and was told she did not care if I shoped there at all. Left all of my stuff right were it was and went to customer service desk and asked to see the manager on duty and was pointed to the same nasty cashier. Went to Wind Dix, where I sometimes buy beer. They had one of my favourites BOGO, so I grabbed two six packs. I usually pay $8.99 per six pack so when the clerk said $13.90, I said must be wrong. Then he explained that the "regular" price was $12.99 a six pack,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
Jack up the regular price then tell me a lie? Time to go back to Publix.
My winn Dixie is always understocked. Not just sale items. But today I asked meat department about a item, he was to busy hosing down back to even take a look for the item I asked about. I go to Publix and they go out of their way to help and make a sale. Not Winn Dixie. Just lost a good costumer. Pull up my info I used to spend a fair amount of money in your store. I would rather spend a little more and get what I came for. My time is worth money. Can't go to a store and gamble on if they are stocked or not.
Stopped in Winn-Dixie on 3201 W. Colonial Dr. for sale items. Three out of five were not in stock. When asking employee if they could check in back I was told that wasn't their dept and nobody was available to assist me. Lines were backed up while 3 employees were at service desk doing nothing. Had to wait in line nearly 15 minutes at service area to receive raincheck on the sale items not in stock. Cashier was rude. Nosmile or eye contact. Worst shopping experience ever
In the last few months, I have received 170 points even though I have shopped at WD every week for 20 years. I used to accumulate enough points to pay for Thanksgiving and Christmas meals. That's one reason I have used them for so long in addition to being close by. I do like their BOGO's but I looked forward to the points each week. I'm forgetting the points and changing stores.
Bought 3 packs Jimmy Dean sausage,Still in date, got home to cook it and found out it was rotten. Took it back didn't want to give me my money back. Paid $10.00 plus tax and only got $8.97 back in a winn dixie card an this was the second time this has happend to me. I didnt get my money back for my steaks. I will not shop there any more. You suck winn dixie!
I was just told by cashier Shari that what I thought was the customer service counter no long allows you to check. She was so rude and told me that it was not customer service it is the money center. If they had more cashiers I wouldn't have gone to that check out with only 5 items. She need some Training! WinnDixie has a commercial where they claim they have the best produce. LOL The best produce? Compared to who? The movie theater? LOL. Their produce STINKS. I bought a water melon and a pineapple 2 days ago, the melons rind was like 4 inches thick, and the pineapple was rotten on the inside. Like I said, you can get better produce from the movie theater. The entire chain of WinnDixie sucks. You won't find me in that dump again.
August 21,2023 I was at Winn Dixie on Sorento Rd. I bought a ground beef. I paid with my ATM card. And when I got home I have a call from my husband. My husband asked me if I was just at this store I said I was. Then he informed me that my debit card has been hacked. He got a call from our bank telling him that my account has been empty. I went back to the store I spoke to the manager, I told him what happened. The manager assured me that they are going to look in to it. I'm writing this to let everyone know to use precaution when you use your debit card at this store. I'm just sharing my experience to all.
The problem with Winn Dixie is their app is below standards, and the prices on there are not the prices that always come up at the register. The girls are busy other people behind you're expecting the prices to be correct as advertised, only after I get in the car and put all the groceries in the trunk. Do I realize they overcharged me for the sugar and overcharged me for facial wipes I go back in the store with my receipt, leaving the car running because I've got cold items in there And I'm explaining to the girl I show her in the ad the price with the sugar should be then she goes off to look at the price of the facial wipes comes back and tells me that it was a different brand. No the sign was right there by that brand that I bought then she asked me to go into the car and get the sugar and at that point, I said you know what never mind I took the receipt threw it on the floor and I have deleted the app I will never go back up again.
Went to Winn-Dixie at 458 Venice By-pass. Usually I love Winn Dixie but will never again go to this.

Couldn’t eat the grinder. The meat was rancid. The cashier was on his phone and I waited then asked him if I was interrupting his game. He said you are interrupting my texting. Then he insisted my card wasn’t for Winn Dixie. I said just scan it knowing it is for Winn-Dixie. The place was dirty. Has only 2 handicapped carts so had to wait over a half hour to get one.

Well I decided to order from Winn Dixie on line and prepared an order taking a good amount of time. Delivery was set to arrive between 2 pm and 3 pm. Other than a lack of clarity on sales items everything seemed to go smooth, confirmation received, my bank showed a pending payment. At about 2:10 I received an email my order was on the way. 3 pm came and went and just prior to 4 pm I called customer service. They were to call back and I did receive a hang up, followed by an email that I was no available. They said my order showed delivered but the department said there was a problem so I would be fully refunded but had to call back the following day due to posting. No order and more for me to do after wasting a considerable amount of time. While a received apologies I was given no offer to resend the order. One would think that would have been the right thing to do but no offer to resend and we were out what we needed for dinner that evening. This was a very bad experience with little to know help to resolve the matter. I suggest that people think twice before ordering from Winn Dixie. I know my order will be placed elsewhere tomorrow. My rating from 1 to 10 is below 1.

For everyone that shops here be aware and check your meat for i went to this Winn Dixie store in hypoluxo and dixie last week for groceries ready to make home made meatballs when i unwrapped my ground meat and flipped it over had it had a $#*! ROACH stuck to the meat disgusting. Will never shop here again...
Today August 17th I went to the Winn-Dixie at at 5:30 p.m. 1491 South Dixie Highway in Lantana Florida meat department looking for meat i couldn't find it this employee Norman came over and ask can l help you and he went above and beyond I couldn't believe it going back and forth trying to find what I needed I'm 83 years old this is very rare to find an employee that goes above and beyond

I'm glad they give you the option to wear a mask or not wear a mask if you get the shot it shouldn't matter then whether you're wearing a mask or not a mask you're doing everything that you're choosing for your own body and I like that knowing that they're allowing me to come in and choose whether I wanna wear a mask or not wearing a mask and as long as they do that I will continue shopping at Winn-Dixie and no other store because they're putting me in control of what I want and not what they just want an awesome customer service
The Sebastian Winn Dixie store frequently runs three day sale ads of products that were never in stock or in such limited quantities that they are supposedly sold out of these items only two hours after opening on the very first day of the sale then when asked to speak with a manager i was told no manager was on duty three days in a row each day I was told to come back the following day only to be told the same thing when I ask the store managers name I was told "they werent sure" it might be Scott something
