I went to winn$#*!sme this morning. Stood in the 1 line that had a cashier and waited and waited. Cashier rung up 3 seperate orders for 1 person in front of me so she could get 3 of the items that there was a limit of 1 on. Probably because they were both black, she never did that for my white $#*!. When I finally get up to cashier, I scan my WD card and was told not to do it like that again, the way I have done it for years. So I asked if she even wanted me to use it and was told she did not care if I shoped there at all. Left all of my stuff right were it was and went to customer service desk and asked to see the manager on duty and was pointed to the same nasty cashier. The winn dixie here In beverly hills florida has the poorest I have yet to find. The store is as bad As a rundown save a lot. Store manager looked like I woke her up from a nap When I asked to speak to them concerning some questions that I had. Will not be back. They are driving people to walmart in publix As quick as they can. Dirty store, Managers need REAL training.

I've never ever been able to purchase from the deli because it's always closed "for cleaning ". Prepackaged is slim picks so back to Publix where it's convenient and staffed.
I was bagging my groceries and the cashier(Maria) yelled at me to get back to the end of the bagging area all I did was step around to reach the stuff. So I told her okay and she could just bag the groceries herself. She then proceeds to tell me that the rudeness of customers was too much. I then told her that I felt she was very rude the way she handled the situation. There was a customer behind me and when she got her receipt she asked the lady behind her if she would like to have the receipt to use coupons next time the lady came to shop. Your cashier yelled at the elderly customer that she cannot give the lady behind her the receipt. She said that the other customer cannot use the coupons. The elderly lady tried to explain to your cashier that she was giving it to her to use the next time she came to the store. And your cashier just kept running her mouth. She then yells as we were going out the door that we could call and report her. It was as if she would not be held accountable for being rude!
Lines are long and cashier's don't seem to care, no wonder supervisor talks down to them in front of customers

The store on Ventura Dr. in Brunswick is a really clean, modern store w a great appearance. The meat dept personal gets a rating.
The front of the house ARE CLUELESS, PATHETIC, and IRRESPONSIBLE! As I roamed around gathering 180 dollars worth of groceries, I placed the cart to the side out of people's way to use the restroom for 2 minutes.upon returning.the cart was gone. There was absolutely no one in the cashier area to speak with prior or after the cart vanished. So after finding an employee, they stated the cart was abandoned. Ignorant & lazy people should stay HOME!
I never had an issues with Winn Dixie until now. The produce has gotten mold on it. I bought had mold and then some things were expired and now the chicken I just got was slimy and unsafe to eat since I'm pregnant. I loved going to Winn Dixie but now it's become a safety issue for me and my baby. I would recommend checking your stuff before cashing out or when u get home to make sure it's safe.
I have a 11 pound service dog that I take shopping with me. Since he has short legs I put him in a cart with a rug so he's not touching the cart. I was told by Jett the manager and Melinda to get him out of the store. They followed me throughout the store up-and-down each aisle and stood behind me at the checkout. Support animals are allowed everywhere what rude customer service..
I ordered a delivery from them and was charged for someone else's order by 142.00! Screwed up my life! Beware of deliveries! Update: it took 11 days to get my refund and which is fine except for $175 in NSF charges that they should owe me too! Greed stinks,if you cause a problem you can fix correctly then do so!

I entered the starke fl winn dixie on two different occasions and each time I observed the same heavy set manager whispering something about me to other employees. I'm not sure what's the problem with this 1970's hairdo wearing woman but she's certainly not a professional person.
I have been going to the Cantonment for about 12 years and have seen many changes. This store went through a complete "upgrade". I have given it a couple of months to try to figure out the design, but it makes zero sense. I spend most of my time looking for things, ie cake mixes, only to find it mixed in with bread and cleaning supplies. Every customer has the same look in their eyes, "can't find anything in here". Several have asked me for help. I just tell them"good luck ". Even if I do find where it's supposed to be, they are probably out of stock. So, Publix is now my store of choice. Sorry Winn Dixie. Rethink your design flow.

Winn Dixie Hypoluxo and Jog Rd Florida for a fact sells spoiled meat. They push back dates or put meat on sale that is expired to they don't lose money. This has happened multiple times on different day, and since no one wants to do anything about it in corporate or higher up we will just have to see what happens then in real time. :) They should not be in business how is that even legal. Posted a picture this meat was supposed to have 3 days left what a joke.
I tried the "free shipping" they are pushing. First of all, it is NOT free, unless you want to stiff the poor DoorDash driver. As far as I can tell they never mention DoorDash and only when you check out do you find the tip "suggestions".
Of the 38 items I ordered 13 of them were not picked, even though most of them were on the shelf.
Worst of all, I received my order and found a disturbing number of errors in my receipt. There were at least 10 items I DID NOT ORDER and did NOT receive, totalling $40.50. That does not include the many items that I did order but were not shipped. This is very disturbing. I don't know who picked the order but the driver showed up reeking of "blunts".
After a couple of hours of work, including needing to email them a copy of the electronic receipt, which they obviously should have, I still have not received a refund. Unfortunately I cannot add the receipt here because it is in pdf format. I have added a partial screen shot instead.

This is a review of Winn Dixie on Coral Way in Miami. I try to go very early, to avoid crowds of people. I was very disappointed, as recently they have done away with cashiers, and opted for self checkout only, early in the morning. The checkout staff have always been much faster and more efficient than I can scan the items, and I was charged more than the shelf advertised price on numerous items.
After being a loyal customer for many years, I shall no longer be shopping there.
I used to work at winn dixie near mariner village i worked so hard and they fired me for no reason and never told me the reason why they told me to go home early and i said ok i will i got a phone call later on saying i was fired when i asked why they said nothing and told me to have a good day don't ever work there and there's a guy there i forgot his name but he's really rude to customers telling them they can go help themself while he's outside "getting carts" yet he's on his phone making calls and laughing and not even focusing i think is name is Gavin. They payments are ok but they were just rude. Never will i work for any winn dixie again. Its heart breaking because i was really happy to have that job but no they don't warn you about anything...
I was buying 2 packs of cookies today in the Ives dairy location, cashier was michael, he was stocked with a customer and his c card, he just was there looking straight and never said to the rest of the line anything to apologize. Almost 10 minutes like this and somebody called a manager, she took customer to another register and while I was paying he was texting on the phone! Every one is very slow and the dont care about customers! Thats the reason I just go for an emergency. Bad service! This people go there to get paid and thats it.
Yesterday I shopped in the Sebastian Winn Dixie. Inventory was low and I was looking for Marie Cesar Dressing BOGO. I went to the service desk after waiting 10 minutes, I ask for a rain check for the salad dressing. The woman refused to give me one, saying they never know when they will receive replacement stock. Then I went to the deli, with one person on front of me getting 1 lb of american cheese. Again I waited 10 minutes, I ask for 2 different lunch meats that took 14 more minutes to fill my order. Ridiculous, chit chat between employees, one had not passes a drivers test. I know much more than I want to know about personal life of these employees. The place has gone down hill in the past 5 years. I believe I shall not return to this store even though it is in my neighborhood. I am extremely disappointed in this store and the employees.
Whenever I go into the Arcadia, Florida store it seems like the customer service desk is not properly staffed or the staff is not educated to perform tasks. Sometimes staff at night will close lottery because they don't have people to run it in the liquor store. But now the staff at night, mostly kids., Is now closing the register that does Western Union and saying it's down. Complete laziness and lack of customer service. Went across the street to your competitor. Western Union works there.
Purchased 2 umbrellas at a W-D store in New Orleans while on vacation. The first one fell apart the first time I opened it and the second only lasted three days before it fell apart. W-D would not let us return them anywhere but the store they were purchased at but we had already left New Orleans. Poor products and poor customer service.

Ur app sucks ur customer service is poor at best. Trying to order for opening; u keep saying I need a verification code u send me the same one repeatedly, it isn't accepted. Any of the times. U won't send me a new one. This is y I choose publix. Ordering from there now. Ur software sucks ur customer service sucks. I will just pay the difference. Had no issues at publix website ordering.

I shop at WD Auburndale at least 4 times a week. They are always helpful and kind. This week, I have a little back injury and needed some extra help. I didn't catch everyone's name who was so helpful today unfortunately, but Tom in produce did my heavy lifting and took everything to my car. The team at this WD is a strong one and I'm sure it has a lot to do with strong leadership. Keep up the great work! Loyal customer here, Karen Farlow.
The Winn Dixie at 1010 S Ponce De Leon Blvd, St. Augustine, FL *******, needs to give attention to the public restrooms, from floor to ceiling. Starting with the dirty doors, door handles, door frame and it just continues throughout the restroom to include the floors, ceilings, A/C vents, partitions and particularly the walls which appear as though they have not been washed in many months. It gets worse when you look at the toilets and urinals that show long term build up of dirt, urine, etc. Toilet seats, towel and soap dispensers are broken. There should be a waste can in the disable stalls. With COVID19 alive and active, these restrooms should be getting no less than an hourly clean with a check list that should be prominently displayed for the comfort of the customer.
The best grocer in the Lake Mary area. The meat is the best compared to Publix. The selections are awesome and service is outstanding.
