Amazing price and shipping was extremely quick and shipped with care. Have used for smaller items before but for a larger delicate item this time (monitor) they are 5 stars all the way.
Got this K6500 Vivobook in Dec 23, now the graphic card will not work ( error 43?) the fan rattles all the time, when you open a browser it sounds like it is going to explode, people 2 offices away can hear it. Wireless 1 said deal with Asus direct it would be faster, Asus said it's not in warranty even though Wireless say there is a 12 month warranty when you buy. What a load of Crap,
Made an order 2 weeks ago. No updates or anything to check progress. Emailed them several days ago, finally got a response today to be told my order is out of stock. Called them about 5 times earlier and got hung up on everytime.

Ordered a item ($900 worth) and they ended up dispatching to a completely different address, despite my address being correct in the system. The courier contacted me to confirm my address, also realising they addressed it to a non-existent address. Spoke to the Wireless1, who blamed their "dropship" company for the error, but still took 5 days to resolve. Total wait time close to 2 weeks. Very poor, but they expected me to do most of the leg work to resolve it. 5 calls and 3 emails - very poor communication
I placed an order and paid for express shipping two of my items were in stock and one on back order. There was no phone call or email to let me know that there would be a delay in delivery but once I called they advised someone would call me in regards to the matter but no one did 7 business days after I ordered I received my items again no apologies or no refund on the express shipping.
When I was advised that my items hadn’t been sent out I asked why wouldn’t you send out what was in stock as I had paid for express delivery and then they said the manager would contact me and I’m yet to hear from them.

Did not accept Amex card although it appears on the website the option is available. Also when the password reset request was sent, received an email from securegateway (not wireless1) so had to double check to make sure the reset email was not a spam

The monitor itself is great, good strong build quality, excellent colours and picture sharpness, good response rate aswell but sadly has some pretty bad backlight bleed. I have contacted ASUS directly about this and having it looked at so hopefully it's just an individual fault and not every monitor is like this as i believe for the $700 price tage you should not get as significant light bleed as this monitor has. Other than that it's a great buy!

I purchased the express delivery option (3 day) but when it did not arrive in the time stated I contacted Wireless 1 to see when it might arrive. The reply I received was very casual (perhaps even off handed) and indicated that it might be another week and one day but if it did not arrive by then to contact them.
Obviously the person who replied took no trouble to determine when it would arrive as it arrived the next day (day 4). It is this cavalier approach that I did not like.
Other than that Wireless 1 packaged and sent the order in a timely manner.

I had looked around on the 'net for an Intel 7 or 9 cpu with a rtx 3080 laptop or desktop and this (Razer 17 Pro) was the most excellent computer deal that I could find advertised. Its performance is stellar. All I had to do was to purchase a Samsung 980 SSD to give me the 2 TB disk space that I needed.
The gaming and professional performance was better than my expectation
Rang and was told 2 days standard delivery being close to Parramatta. The ordering process was simple.
It took longer to receive the phone than the 2 days stated. It sat in despatch until the Friday after the Tuesday that it was ordered but was received on the Monday. It's something they have to work on but, other than that, Wireless 1 were easy to deal with and the phone was as described. I'll order again if I need to.
It took longer than what I was told for delivery when I followed up which was disappointing because everything else had been excellent.
Price and availability were what drew me to Wireless 1 but they were easy to deal with which made me confident about proceeding.
I've had an Oppo phone before so I am confident of the quality. The find x3 pro has the features I needed so I had chosen this to replace my Samsung. Samsung apps have been annoying me lately. I didn't want some but couldn't permanently delete them.

Although there was a delay in postage (due to AusPost) the monitors eventually arrived safely. They are exactly what we wanted and have a nice bright picture. They were easy to setup and appear perfect for the kids gaming needs.

My son saved his money doing letter box drops and used it to buy a gaming laptop, money was tight and the wireless1 website was by far the best price. We ordered on Wednesday and received the new laptop on Friday, tracking was spot on and my son could not be happier.

Wireless1 has become my go-to online shop for networking gear and some other IT stuff, they have a great range. Has things in stock and Ship quickly. Also have a good range of payment options. Hum Big things would be nice for more expensive stuff such as Laptops.
Stock and price, Things I wanted were cheaper than other stores while some things were a tad more expensive. The thing I found is that Wireless1 tended to have items no one else had stock of or had to get from wholesalers, this is great when needing things quickly.
I was looking at TP-Link Deco stuff as always loved their products for Price, features, quality and reliability. Im on Gigabit NBN. I thought I would try the Huawei AX3 as they tend to be the leaders in networking inovation. I dont listen to all the security concern hype. I found the AX3 is incredible router where my wifi 6 devices can get a 2800 down and up link 5m away and at the other end of the house around 18m away I can get 612down and 388 up. NBN speeds is consistently around 940 down and 45up Prob would be faster if not PPOE.
Simple web interface to navigate and order from, but I missed the discount code entry section which cost me ~$80-.
Once ordered easy to find the history of orders but to tack your order is a multiple step process rather than a single clickable link to Australia Post showing tracking results.
So not a perfect experience as everyone and every site can always be improved, looking forward to placing my next order with Wireless1 and hoping to see the incremental improvements happening.

I rang as the price on the website differed when I tried to add it to my cart. The lady was most helpful and needed to speak to someone to see what she could do. She was able to offer me a discounted price, but not as low as it was originally on the website. I know the lady who helped me did everything she could and in a very timely manner. I would have liked her supervisor to honour the price that was listed on the website.

Ordered a keyboard and website said 1-2 to despatch. Paid extra for express shipping, and waited for a confirmation email that said item shipped. 7 days later and I got sick of waiting and decided to email them. All of a sudden my item is shipped. Still waiting for it to arrive
I was warned that the packages may take longer due to postage delays, no worries. Was given tracking links. I thought it would take much longer than it did because the tracking still said "processing" when the packages turned up. Kinda pointless tracking.

In spite of many bad reviews of this company I ordered some face masks which I couldn't find anywhere else. I am very happy to say that I have only praise for the company (and Australia post) in their conduct. The day after ordering I receive email from Wireless1 to say that the masks were leaving and two days later I received an update on when they would arrive which happened another day later. All within 4 days
Because they had the product I was after, hard to find this particular product.
My purchase was for disposable respirator face masks with valve, very hard to get at the moment, so happy to find them here.
Tried to pay by credit card twice but the link was broken. Then paid by PayPal. I was initially a little concerned I may get charged 3 times but I wasn't.

Fast postage after emailing. Disappointed it was sent lose in a packaged bag/ wasn't as padded to protect expensive gear. Was sent to post office and not left on door which is a huge bonus as this was $$ gear.

Ordering and buying the item online was easy but aramex should not be used for your deliveries as it would be quicker to walk to u and pick it up yourself. As it was i only recieved the item after repeated phone calls to aramex and then going to their newcastle depot to pick it up myself
Everything from Wireless 1 was great. Email communication and even a request to confirm if delivery was successful. Aus Post delivery was slow BUT Aus Post does not reflect on my Wireless 1 experience.

Wanted gaming laptop cheaper than Alienware but with great specs.
Could I suggest having an option to pay for express post outside of Aus Post, like maybe pay for DHL express or similar. Aus Post are pretty slow ATM, absolutely no reflcetion on your service though, Im a happy customer :)

This is one of the best performing routers on the market. I already had an Asus router so getting this meant i could use the other as an AiMesh node.
