Easy and fast booking system. Found a great price for our vacation in Italy. I would definitely recommend going through Wisecars if you're looking to rent a car.
Absolutely awful experience with these cowboys. They accept my Revolut card to book the car and pay the deposit, then when I arrive at my destination they claim that they can't accept a "online banking institution" card and refuse to refund my money. The customer service agent was incredibly rude, refused to identify himself and was very unprofessional. I have had to chase this up several times to even get an update a week later. Book direct with the rental agencies and Avoid avoid avoid wisecars!

Our family rents often, and we were finally ripped off! WISECARS and FOX Car Rental made us pay twice for a rental and conspired to make us upgrade our rental at 10 pm after a long flight. We asked FOX and WISECARS to consider refunding a portion of the deposit of $274.13 or the upgrade fee of $571.00. We paid this amount for a one-week rental of an STD SUV. All of our searches when we arrived at the hotel showed we could have rented that night for $430/wk. Now, both companies won't take accountability and correct the error. Be very careful as these companies are profit only and do not care about us as consumers. This should never be an issue when renting a car.

Rented car for pickup at airport in Atlanta and when I got to counter Thrifty had no cars available. Told me to cancel through third party which i called immediately and they said it would be refunded. Since that time Wisecar has said its Thriftys issue and they cant issue refunduntil Thrifty can confirm i did not complete the reservation which they have done. Wisecar collected my money and should make the refund but is saying they dont have proof i didnt pick up car.

Read every single line of contract as price at pu location jumped by $500 when original rental price was $200. Didn't take a rental, customer service refuses to refund.
Even with documentation of name change, they rejected my reservation BUT STILL CHARGED ME FOR IT. This was completely wrong and no one should trust this business. I cannot believe they charged me almost $400 for a vehicle they REFUSED TO GIVE ME.

As an update on Wisecars they're also now ignoring my complaint about the car at Fox Rental not being the car I reserved, or up to standard. Even though Wisecars took my money to hook me up with Fox Rental, their staff are telling me to contact Fox Rental myself over the issue! Can you believe the audacity of that? It's a company they use and charge me for using them, yet when there's issues they tell me to sort it myself as they say Fox haven't replied. No "We'll chase it up sir" but instead "We've had no reply, try contacting them yourself". It's a truly disgusting way to treat a customer whose money you've taken and shows complete disregard for the satisfaction of the customer.
Avoid this company because as many reviews on many sites show, if you have any issues with your rental they just don't want to know because they have your money. Our entire trip to take a handicapped lady to Disney World was ruined because of the financial difficulties they put us in and they just don't care.

These guys gladly accepted my debit card as a method of payment, and until I finalize the transaction there was no VISIBLE sign that I had to have a credit card at the pick up location. THIS IS A F** SCAM. I did not get the car and NO REFUND. They took 2 weeks to tell me that I was not going to have my money back.
This is the reason why the business have so many bad reviews online EVERYWHERE. I was absolutely naive in not checking this business reviews before.
DO NOT RENT or insert your BANK info in their website. They do not have good customer service or will support your business with them.

I did reservation over wise car for six days in Cologne and I did my payment in advance, My flight delayed and passport control took time and I arrived late, service provider told me they cancel my reservation, And they did present me any other option and they took six days payment from me, I think its not fair, they might took maybe one day but not six days, Wise Car has no sanction over service provider

Had to change airplane ticket due to an emergency, Budget told me no problem for the refund. However, WISECARS WILL CRIMINALLY KEEP YOUR MONEY. First, they will send you to the company you rented the car from. After Budget told me to go back to Wisecars, customer service will read their 'voucher terms and conditions' when you call back. They will just keep your money and will not listen to anything you have to say. "Supervisors/managers cannot come to the phone..."
DO NOT USE THEM. Just go direct and save yourself some headaches. Wish I saw all these negative reviews before I booked my car...

I booked a car for my vacation through Wisecar. My flight was delayed, which I informed Wisecar about, unfortunately, as it turned out Wisecar employee did not inform Europcar about it. When I landed on the spot my reservation was canceled, they would not give me my money back and no one helped me - I was told that there was no car for me and that they would not give me my money back. I had to find my own means of transportation at night in Italy even though I had a car booked and paid for in advance. Scandal. They are thieves and the matter will go to court. I also sent emails to "Ms. CEO" Felicity Travaini, to which she never responded - you know, a fish goes bad from the head. I do not recommend Wisecar company if you do not want to spoil your vacation and lose money. Fatal customer service.
Unfortunately, I had to cancel my reservation, I really like their free cancellation policy. They also quickly transferred the money back to my account.

My wife and I flew to Tuscon for a business trip and when I arrived at the rental pickup counter, I noticed I had lost my drivers license. I must have dropped it at our previous layover. They would not accept my photo of the license that I had on my phone, nor would they accept my wife as a second driver, even though she had her license with her. I was then told to call their customer service while I was standing at the counter, so I did. The guy that answered was very rude on the phone and told me they cannot refund me until the rental period was over, and then I would have to call back in. So I called back after the rental period and they refused to refund me because I lost my license on the way there. Then the guy literally hung up on me. Talk about unprofessional! Their only solution was for me to book ANOTHER rental with them for over DOUBLE the price. Are you kidding me? It would have been such a simple solution to add my wife as a driver and let us be on our way. But noooo, let's make it as difficult as humanly possible! Complete scam artists!
Now I'm out almost $400 for a car that I never even saw. Never EVER use this company! Unless you enjoy losing money to crooks.

We only needed to change the drivers name and they would not let us. The driver lost his license and the other adult wanted to drive but they would not allow it and they kept the money!
