I waited 40 minutes just to get answered by a lady she helped me midway and rudely hanged up on me I did not appreciate that at all ridiculous!, So I called again and someone by the name Gina helped me she was very kind and helpful she made my day. Giving this company 5 stars for Gina.
She was so rude couldn't pronounce her own name and wouldn't send me to her supervisor. It sounded like she was outside and couldn't speak good English. Wanted me to send birth certificates that sounded like a scam. I ended up getting my son's card activated but with the worst customer service I've ever encountered in my life so far.
I was scammed twice and called them out on it when I asked to talk with someone who was born and raised in these United States of America I was called a racist $#*! WISELY!
They don't deposit your paycheck until sometime during day of scheduled direct deposit, you can get your paycheck quicker than your direct deposit through them. They don't tell you that you have to click a button to get direct deposit 2 days early and it take a few pay periods. I will be late on all my bills. The employee at my job who has traditional banking, Chime, cash app have all received their direct deposit Friday morning, I have to wait unti sometime before midnight on Tuesday. Payday is Monday. No one should use them

This company will put a + by money they say they deposited which you never see even though you be waiting and watching out for your money. Then it takes up to 90 days to investigate then they give you some money back for part of the claim and not pay the rest they are a rip off and all the people who are getting robbed they should all get together and get a lawyer. How you supposedly pay for some and then say for the bigger part you see no error
I had my card info stolen and I'm still waiting for wisely to give me back my money. The customer service is garbage, they rush you or hang up right as you get transferred. Even the digital chat is the same. I needed help and they rush you. I really hate that my work forces this card on us. So many coworkers have had the card information stolen and they also have had crappy experiences as well.

Went through the whole process and wrote void on the check as directed the said can't deposit and ingo is closed and wisely can't fix so here I sit with a check with void on it I will no longer be using wisely after years if it is done on there app they should be able to fix it

I tried to get my taxes deposited on my card. I was notified of the deposit on the 8th and on the 9th I received an email saying that I need to upgrade my card to receive my deposit. I upgraded my card and was told that it did not work and I would be mailed a check. On the 13th I get an email saying that the deposit has been returned to sender. I had to give them my i.d. picture and social security card picture. Not a good company.
Their customer service is lacking, and their delivery times are really slow. I transferred money from my apple account to my wisely card and still hav not received my money it's been over the time limit over 3 days I would not recommend!
I called into wisely this morning. I was calm but i told hom i was really frustrated. He kept talking over me. I asked him if he can hold on one second, he told me they have other people waiting to talk so to call back after i make a list of my transaction history. He never held on! I asked him to hold on about 5 different times. This feels like being raped 💯 literally i say hold on and then not even a whole second later he'll be like "okay well you cant find it so lets move on" like yooo who tf is this dude? Sooo rude! He was even trying to argue with me anout my transaction history. I told him that i was charged by apple cash twice, he said "no you did not. That other payment processed on the 12th." like im okay thanks? He was so rude, definitely hurt my feelings bc ive been highly involved in customer service for so long and im super young, i dont come across many rude $#*! people like him. Please yall, put your money somewhere else bc idek how much money i'm missing!
If you hate your staff, use this company to pay them. The customer service is straight outta India. They will all tell you something different. NEVER use the card for bill pay unless your bill is due in 4 months because that's how long it takes them to actually pay things. You could LITERALLY drive across the country and hand over cash before this scam artist company can complete a wire transfer that is immediate with any reputable bank. Want gas? Pay with your card and they hold $150 for 2 weeks. Unacceptable on every level. All Abdul could say is "I'm sorry, 3 to 4 business days" even though it's been 17 days. Reporting to better business bureau also. You've been warned!

I filed a dispute over 60 days no one has reached out to even keep me updated. I was told by several representatives different stories I only want my money back just like they authorized a transaction without my consent never will I put a piece a gum on this card ever

It's absolutely impossible to get any help with this company, something as simple as getting a card replacement takes weeks. I was charged for expedited shipping and still haven't received my replacement card.
8/6/2022 460.00 was taken from my account fraudulently. I called Wisely sent in a copy of my police report. I sent a written letter as stated. They did not and will not give you your money back. It seems to be an inside job, looking at the reviews this happens all the time and this is a card that an employer offers. This is really sad and something needs to be done. I don't even give them 1 star that's really too much... absolutely horrible!
Crazy how I was at work some did a transaction $200 dollar never received my money back I spoke to 4 supervisor none off them were helpful ans also each one off them would tell me lies, different story!
They can't help with anything,and are very rude don't try to resolve anything just hang up on you or act like they don't know what your talking about. Stay away from this place not worth the headache!
Wow! Reading all the reviews and complaints. Why is this company not fined or shut down? Wisely Pay is horrible. Just got paid tonight waiting for pay because the system is down again. Don't even bother calling India Customer Service unless you want more stress. Service's like Wisley Pay are not needed, so many better options.

This card declines every which way you try to use it and then sends you a happy little note about how they are protecting you by declining. This card also sucks since apparently the security isn't so great and my card number is now out there floating around with every Tom, $#*! and Harry trying to use it. Good luck trying to get help though. I got hung up on twice from customer service.

Sorry...but it is what it is...GARBAGE! I was stuck for a ride home one day. I attempted to put money on my card so I could take and Uber or Lyft. But I was unable to do so. I called customer service but they were absolutely USELESS! They had no idea why I was unable to add money to my card. Instead of trying to help me get home. I pretty much got the "TS" push off. As it turns out...although I am/was properly registered by my employer to use as my payroll card...you have to go through a special sign up process. Why is it that their customer service doesn't know that? Now, I am attempting to sign up and it keeps sending me codes that DO NOT WORK. And now I cannot even get onto their website. I just keep receiving Error messages. Jeez! Get it together! A debit card that you cannot add money to, cannot access the site and have customer service that has no clue what is going on. Not exactly the kind of people I want holding on to my hard earned money!

Trash financial institution who used basic foreign labors to handle your hard earned money! Got scam and they gave me credit then took it away because they didn't see anything wrong on their investigation. Randomly credited to your account and two months later take it away with no explanation and then when you call they will request you write a letter and physically mail it before they will look at the case again huh!?!
This is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life! I Have been waiting for 6 weeks to get my card, and they are still giving me the run around! Looking into finding a attorney to file something! Sadly I cannot give them 0 stars because they absolute trash!
This pay card is the worst. Someone hacked my account. They charged me 32 bucks for expedited shipping to get a new card. I could not access the account at all while I waited. The card should have been delivered in 2 days as per their promise. It took 5. They lied about when they sent it out. Their customer service does nothing and just states it is out of their hands.
I was fraudulently hit for 300 dollars. It was 5 separate transactions 4 or 5 states away minutes apart from eachother. I've been back and forth with the horrible reps over at mywisely and they just keep giving me the run around. It's been nearly 3 months now with zero updates other then its still under investigation. I just contacted ADP directly through Facebook since I've seen others say they got their money back going that route. I will never again use mywisely. They are selling our information to scammers. Which makes them scammers as well. A class action law suit needs to be filed because there are far too many cases out here that are identical to mine. Fraud happens all the time but this is a whole different level. Stay away from this company if you want to keep your money.
I was on hold for almost 2 hours and no one ever answered to help me. Even the live chat doesn't help. They pawn you off on calling customer service. Do not get this card! I urge you. Get a prepaid card from any other company. It was such the simplest task I needed done. Literally just activating a new card. That's all. Imagine if it was something else of bigger concern. This app is trash! It wont let you use certain pins for card. I spent 30 minutes going back and forth on app trying to log in, it kept saying no account found I go to make an account and it says account already exists. There are many ridiculous fees like I have to pay $5 just to put money on the card what a joke. May as well use cashapp, Venmo, or any of the many other apps out there.

I got this card through my work and was supposed to be paid and Ive waited nearly 5 days after my initial pay day and still havent received any funds yet, customer service is garbage and no actual resources
