I waited 40 minutes just to get answered by a lady she helped me midway and rudely hanged up on me I did not appreciate that at all ridiculous!, So I called again and someone by the name Gina helped me she was very kind and helpful she made my day. Giving this company 5 stars for Gina.

“Worst Customer Service I've ever encountered”

She was so rude couldn't pronounce her own name and wouldn't send me to her supervisor. It sounded like she was outside and couldn't speak good English. Wanted me to send birth certificates that sounded like a scam. I ended up getting my son's card activated but with the worst customer service I've ever encountered in my life so far.

Made it extremely complicated to dispute a transaction that was made in a city I never traveled to. Then only disputed the small transaction and not the large one when I did, all the paperwork, and returned it in time the requested. Also recently my card was declined in a restaurant, however the transaction came off of my card twice, and I was told by a supervisor at my wisely customer service that I wouldn't be able to get my funds back until four days later, even though my card was declined in the restaurant. Not only was it embarrassing to be told that in a restaurant, but also I'm charged twice only on my end. Once my funds are back on my card I will never use this card again, it's always something with this card!

My company deposits 1874. Into my bank account. There was a fraudulent charge. Without telling me they cancel my card. Do not take the charge off. Allows the person that use the card with the fraudulent charge. Keeps the charge until I go into a negative. So I put money in my account then they tell me I can't use it because they canceled it. So I can't use it but the person who used it that didn't have my permission continue using it until it goes into a negative. They are ran by foreigners and they don't know English. Don't use this for your bank account. They suck. And still havnt gotten my money back

This bank steals the money of its customers and makes no attempt to resolve the issues. Call the office of the OCC federal regulator at *******743 to file a complaint pass or present let's put them out of business. Get the bank issuer on the back of the card and call their number. Last but not least meta bank it doesn't exist call Pathward Bank at *******506. Wisely card and anyone affiliated visa etc call them and let them know this is just like a Nigerian money laundering scheme. You can get mad or get even.My name is Yuri Stevens and Im on FB if you want to PM me.Lets shut them down send regulators after have the books examined.

They are robbing poor and low income people by blocking the card ,giving erroneous obstacles to face to get it unblocked then taking money from the account because its inactive .

Forced me to spend over $100 in extra fees because they couldn't raise the limit. It's my money and yall like to control it especially when somebody to trying to survive. The employee I spoke to didn't help one but suggested cash app to pay before anything else

Tip for consumers:
Do better on treating your customers. And/or let them use their like money like every other bank. I have rent to pay and now I starve because y’all couldn’t raise the cap

Dont ever bank with this company, lose your card multiple times they charge 6 dollars that payi g 6 dollars a day just to wait on the card and 30 for expedited, horrible customer service, don't give this company any business they dont deserve it at all

This bank is pure garbage and I'd advise you to stay away from it. Thinking it's a good bank because your employer provides ot was my first mistake. Do not ever lose your card or you'll lose everything you own if you aren't wealthy. These people will cancel your debit, allow you one atm withdrawal and then take 17 actual days to send you a replacement card. They allowed my electricity to be cut off as they took 3 weeks to get my card to me while hold8ng me from my own funds. They d9nt care about their customers period. They've denied a transaction just recently through cash app and still took the funds from my account and are making me wait an additional 5 days to get it refunded. Most bogus bank I've ever seen hands down and makes your worst dumpster fire look like a bed of roses. STAY AWAY!

So, I got this card set-up for work for Tips and DMR for delivery driving. It started out okay, besides fee's for ANY atm that I went to for a withdrawal. But about a year after I got it, it began to take money out of my acct. There was an administrative credit that put the money on there, and then an Administrative debit that would take it out. I couldn't make sense of it and would call wisely and talk to a representative. They came up with a lot of excuses and said it was just a fluctuation and kinda dismissed the whole thing. I didn't want to accuse them of stealing at all, but that's what it come down to. Wisely is a fraud! Do not get this card! Stay away. I'm working on finding other ways to get paid.

Have had a Wisely Card from my employer for over a year. All of a sudden I receive a notice from Wisely stating I need to verify my identity. I send the the necessary documents only to receive a message stating my account would be closed. Contacted customer service and was told I was no longer eligible for a Wisely and I don't they know why. Wisely customer service is absolutely useless. I would not recommend this card to anyone.

If you thought the card was already $#*! to begin with just wait for the new update, it's completely $#*!ing garage! Oh and it gets better, your only option for customer service is to call their 1-800 number and get a person that doesn't speak English very well and is also reading a $#*!ing prompt of what their supposed to stay to you. Literally the worst card I've ever own and I would NOT ever own this card if I was not FORCED to. Do not ever get a card through these mother $#*!ers!

P.s. WISELY: Your new update is garbage, go back to the old version! I've never witnessed an update act worse than the original version. Your card succcckkkksssssss!

Wisely card sucks! Its worthless good for nothing. No banks work with wisely. No loan companies work with Wisely I don't know how the ppl that work for them even have a job. Dont waste your time if you see Wisely anything run!

They do not care. In addition to barely being able to speak or understand English, they REFUSE to send you to an American. They will be disrespectful and make accusations of racism and literally hang up on you. Excuse me, but demanding clear communication especially regarding finances is not only not racist, it only supports the claim that your English simply does not meet the required standards to conduct business. As I was writing this, they hung up on me again. I'm assuming inability to comprehend simple requests. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Recently my gf company went through wisely to receiver her last check before she moved on to a different company. We talked to wisely because the check never went through to her account and it told us we needed to contact the company to figure this out. Was rudely hung up on and the issue was never resolved the only answer I got back was that the money had already been sent but when you go and check her bank account there was never any money in it. What I'm confused about is the fact that a company that is well known would go through a process like this and why they wouldn't just send there own check over it makes no sense if there's anything i can do to the company or wisely itself please help!

crazy how a company like this is still being used and how they only are nice depending on there moods this company doesn't care about there customers at all I was hung-up on 3 TIMES

The customer service is a joke, the crazy fees make no sense. I deposited a check and the fee was $58! And they say you will get your check early….yeah you don't. Don't do this. I already changed banks.

I go to an in-network ATM to withdraw money only to be declined twice but I have a positive balance 20x the amount I attempted to withdraw. Anyhow I call customer service to see why my card was declined and discover that I was charged 2 dollars for the attempted withdrawals. The customer service representative informed me that I was charged because I was using an incorrect pin code. But I checked my email I was declined due to card inactivity. With this being said you would probably want to verify your account through customer service if you can wait 2 hours of elevator music

I lost my card, and can't use my money until I get a new one? It's been 7 business days, guess I'll have to wait for 3 more. But the kicker, I can't access my own money until I get the card. Just go to a real bank stay away from here.

First my card was used to take 400 dollars did a dispute and still waiting. Called to get my money and always a problem. Called multiple times and customer service sucks they always give you an excuse. Still have money left and cant not withdraw my funds they hack my card today i checked my account and they change my phone number to a 253 area code this company is a joke and a fraud. They lucky they don't have a zero star

You definitely don't want anything to do with this card or financial entity whatsoever. If you are issued this card, get your money off of it fast and open a checking account with a reputable bank. Customer service agents are nothing more than a bunch of monkeys tapping on a computer. Don't expect any of your concerns to be addressed and God forbid, don't dispute any transaction. YOU WILL BE SORRY

The customer service lines do not help you in any way shape or form, and just repeat to you the same sentences. I have called and chatted with the wisely customer service lines for over 2 weeks and have received zero help with my card issue!

I recently had someone tried to use my account, so I had to shut the card down and order another one. Well now I have no way to get my money, I can't transfer it to another account, I can't send some to cash app in other words I'm sitting here broke no food no gas and no way to get to my money. As soon as I get my new debit card I guarantee you I'm drawing it all out and getting me another account somewhere. This is ridiculous that you have no earthly way to get to your money unless you have a debit card

Won't work on Cash App, won't work at post office, won't work at ANY ATMS within a 25 Mile radius of me. I need to dispute a transaction and I can't... unbelievable.how are they allowed to be in business? This card is costing me more of my hard earned money!

I lost my card and had a bill to pay same week and I was told I wasn't going to get it back in time. Since my card was locked I had to wait for a replacement but I couldn't use my money or anything I already had to pay the bill

Wisely is a bad company to trust with your money. I had a deposit and was told to upgrade my grade to get my money. I upgraded and asked the man on the phone, how long do I get my money and do I have to wait for another card because I can't wait that long. I was told no I can keep using the same card. We got off the phone and I got a email saying new card will be in the mail 7-10 business days. I can't wait that long and the man lied. I called back the next man gave me totally different information from the last guy. I was told my deposit was denied and I have to contact the sender. I asked to speak to a team specialist and he hung up on me. I called back so mad. A lady got on the phone and saved the day. Their workers tell you anything to get you off the phone.

I recently got paid $50 on a Wisely card from doing a job thru a temp agency. I needed a pair of $30 steel toe boots from Walmart for a vital job on Monday. Walmart wouldn't accept the Wisely card so out of desperation, I tried to transfer from Wisely to my normal bank account… only to be told that it would take up to 3 business days. All of this was on a Friday and I needed the boots early Monday morning. So now I have no cash thanks to the transfer, still no boots and I've had to turn down the work… which the office can't get word of until after I'm supposed to be at work Monday morning. Work here has been scare and I had been waiting for that job for a long time. It was meant to supply the $500 for my rent, which is due in 5 days and it was my only source of hope that everything would be okay. Thank you Wisely and Walmart for a week of stress and for potentially making someone homeless and unemployed.

My card was hacked over a week ago. The original merchant refunded my money back to the wisely card. The wisely company is holding onto $1000 of mines for over a week and will not refund it to my card. Can't feed my children or put gas in my car wisely has me in a bad situation. They are not trying to help resolve the situation they're just holding onto my money, holding my money hostage the merchant already refunded. All of the money wisely is Wisely has me in a bad situation. They are not trying to help resolve the situation. Do not get this card your card will get hacked even though it is still in your possession the company wisely itself will not care that your card is hacked with your paycheck on it. Please get direct deposit with your own risputable bank you will get a bunch of Indians overseas that do not speak English and do not care about customer service or that the fact that your money that you use to pay your bills is gone. You can call customer service they will not help you if you ask for a call back they will not call you back they just keep lying and stuttering about where your money is.
