I waited 40 minutes just to get answered by a lady she helped me midway and rudely hanged up on me I did not appreciate that at all ridiculous!, So I called again and someone by the name Gina helped me she was very kind and helpful she made my day. Giving this company 5 stars for Gina.
She was so rude couldn't pronounce her own name and wouldn't send me to her supervisor. It sounded like she was outside and couldn't speak good English. Wanted me to send birth certificates that sounded like a scam. I ended up getting my son's card activated but with the worst customer service I've ever encountered in my life so far.
I dont recommend this card to anyone I had 2 bad experiences with this card I went to 7 eleven and made a $36.99 purchase my card got declined so I paid cash when I transferred my money over to my wisely card why did it take $36.99 from my money not to mention I called they said I would get the money back on 1/6/23 nope it didn't come I called back I was told I will get it 1/8/23 never received the money I called again and they kept telling me different stories a couple of times they hung up on me never getting my money back, I haven't even received my paycheck since this has happened so now i fighting to get paid SMH PLEASE BE CAREFUL

Exceptional service from Brendan Downer at No. Andover Burtons. Food was amazing as well. Friendly service
Worked as a nurse for my state and received pay on Wisely Pay card. Had not used card for a while and it was declined at a store. Found that my card had been compromised with fraudulent charges that started at $10 to Google Play and steadily increased to $500 for a total of 34 transactions. Withing 24 hours, $1500 had been stolen before I discovered and locked the card. I was able to recover the money after Wisely investigated, it took 8 weeks. I was issued another card and locked it immediately, and recently have been receiving phone calls and texts from "Wisely Fraud Department", trying to get information, asking if I made charges, saying the fraud department had detected fraudulent charges, saying I needed to use my card or it would be cancelled. A call to Wisely Customer Service confirmed none of this is true. I am closing my account and having them issue me a check. I don't even trust them to transfer the money to my bank... 1 star for decent customer service. They were helpful and one person even told me I wasn't the only one reporting fraud on the Wisey Pay card.
My company uses ADP and In an attempt to be more fiscally sound, I saw the MyWisely option through ADP and started an account and placed x-amount to be placed on this card every payday. A day after my payday I went to use this card to buy my daughters bday stuff. It was declined, I looked and some one had charged tons of Apple app charges in the amount of 120 dollars. I don't use this card for online purchases and it's not attached to an apple account. I call Wisely and 90 day investigation, they cancel the card and send me a new one. Apple starts to refund my money as they see the card and the users account it was used on. I get my new card and eventually a full refund of 120 dollars. Fast forward to the end of the same month, I get paid and again 120.00 dollars was charged and I find out cause I tried to make a purchase on my new card. How does only one card of mine that's not used online have 240 dollars worth of fraudulent charges in the same month on the exact payday on two different cards if it's not an internal thing?!?!

I put in a transfer of funds that didn't get transferred I talked to 4 employees 2 supervisor the supervisor somiel switched the whole narrative to say I didn't make the transfer but the other employee see it and said it will be 2-3 business days samiel said there wasn't one made my money is still on the card it's ok to use it so we hung up I went to Walgreens to remove my money it said call the institution so when I called back I requested another supervisor because samiel had gotten upset about our conversation and placed my card account as lost and it can't be turned back on I have to get another. My bank account hit me with a NSF and now I have money on my card I worked for and can't pay my bills until this is resolved this is bad business you are accountable for everything that happens to me and my bills until I get my money
I have been waiting 3 weeks for a replacement card I can't get my cash off til my other card comes in the mail and I get paid in 1day I don't recommend no one to use this card service
This card is the worst card service available. I needed to get my card replaced because it was compromised I asked the representative to allow me an hour to shut it down because I needed the funds in there. I get to the atm and my card was cancelled! I called them back they couldn't reopen my card so I payed the expedited fee to receive another card for 2 to 3 days I received my card 6 days later! I called them in the meantime to switched my funds to their check to be cashed mind you I must of went to 6 different banks and a cash a check and NO ONE would cash it so I had no choice to wait for my card all of this put my bills past due. Now I spoke to a widely manager who said he would refund my expedited card money I payed but I had to wait for my new card, ok so I called back now no one want to reimburse me not to mention my check was supposed to put the money back into my new card this 2 to 3 day process has turned into 2 weeks I'm so disgusted with their services it's ridiculous! I'm still awaiting my money and no one wants to reimburse me the 2nd time I asked to speak to a manager they refused and told me this was not allowed can you believe this! Frankly they should be ashamed of their services or who ever manages this! Trust me your better off getting your direct deposit into a bank you can literally walk into don't set yourself up for a disappointment it's not worth it at all!

This company and its customer services are the worst along with Addus for using them.
I received the card on Tuesday, May 23,2023, from my employer in a sealed envelope, and was told that I couldn't do anything with the card until I receive a call from my employer Addus to activate it once the money was put onto the card. I received the call from Addus on Wednesday, May 24,2023, around about 10:00 am (Chicago) time that money was on the card, and it was ok to activate it. Shortly after, I activated the card and there was a balance of $461.55. After about two (2) hours later I went to pay an outstanding bill from the card only to find that the money was gone. The card never ever left my possession, I put it back into my wallet after I activated it. I went into Addus's office to find out how this could happen when I received the card from them in a sealed envelope and the card never left my possession, nor did I give the card or pin number to anyone.
While in the office my manager called Addus's payroll department and customer service for the Wisely card. The customer service representative for the Wisely card told us "There were two transfers, one for $261.55 and the other for $200.00" and the money was transferred to a bank and bank account that I am not familiar with. I am a 62-year-old woman and have very limited knowledge of how things are done on the website when it comes to fraud or how to bank-to-bank transactions such as this.
Have nothing but problems fraudulent charges EVERY month never get paid 48hrs early money amount Never right. I paid the expedited fee 3Xs for a replacement card to be here in 48hrs. 3 Xs the fee and the card took 5weeks next payday Another fraudulent charge different name on suppose company but exact amount of those disputed charges month previous yes the one I cancelled and paid three different times to receive. Now my paycheck is floating around Lord knows where Yes Now my direct deposit is screwed. Once again ABSO. NO help from the very rude and hostile employees No solution for my issues No supervisor to speak to No results for customer satisfaction. SAD I believe it's the company itself attaching these fraudulent charges to my account. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS CARD TO MY ENEMY.
Signed up for this card because ADP kept pushing it down my throat. Received my direct deposit on Thursday night, then paid my phone bill. Woke up the next morning and tried to add the card to my apple wallet. I was told to call Wisely to verify my card. When I called they told me my date of birth did not match what was on file. When I asked what the date of birth on file was they refused to tell me. They told me it was my employers fault and that my date of birth didn't match my W-2. Little did they know I'm the general manager of this company was looking right at my w-2 that had my correct information. They first person I talked to told me in order to fix the problem I would need to upload my ID and SSN Card. I refused to give them my SSN. I demanded to talk to the manager, manager told me something completely different. Said I needed to send them my ID and Birth Certificate. They are refusing to release my money!
This company is a complete scam. I have no clue how such a good company like ADP stands behind them!
I lost my card while I was out, saw a 160.00 charge to my account called them to open a fraud case they then said that there was no fraud on my acct when I lost my card and didn't authorize anyone to use my card as well as didn't know who used my card now to reopen my fraud I have to mail in a letter telling them that I would like it looked at again so backwards that it's 2023 and they can communicate through email or over the phone. I have waited for a call from the corporate still haven't received a call. I have been hung up on. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY BIGGEST SCAM. Reporting them to the BBB - 5 star if I could rate it that low. It's very sad to see a company with 144 reviews and only 5 of those are good reviews the rest are other customers are customers that have dealt with my same issue

This company has been nothing but a pain to work with. I have had my card stolen a few times from my account, which I have purely for paycheck purposes as it is the one provided to me y the company I work for. The customer service agents are beyond uninformative, and only today (upon calling for a third time) was I told that there is a 45 to 90 day wait time on disputed charges. I, personally, would like my money that I did not spend so I can pay my bills within the month, but no. I have to wait up to 90 days for any progress to be made due to an "active investigation" when the charge is very obviously not mine, given the fact it is the ONLY charge made to my account that is not a bank transfer.
Now, they have sent me a text requesting my SOCIAL SECURITY CARD and my BIRTH CERTIFICATE, neither which I am willing to send to strangers who have already been unhelpful in fraudulent activity.
The customer service agent did nothing but talk way to fast, interrupt me several times, and would not allow me room to speak until I told her to stop talking so I could ask my questions.

If you have the option to choose a different direct deposit system, do it.

I lost my card and was told that I could pay a fee to have a new card overnighted to my new address (that in itself has been a hassle to change). This was on March 24th and it is now April 8th. The customer service has been abhorrent to work with and they are clearly lying. I've been hung up on three times. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BANK WITH THEM.

Wisely is a complete joke. I've have this card for 3 months, and haven't had anything but drama. They take your money, and refuse to refund you.
Called to ask why no money on card? Was crazy rude and rushed me off phone. Will find a new way to get paid.
So after 3 years i wake up to find an unauthorized transactión on My account. I Transfer all $ to saving and lock My card on the app. Call customer service and explains situation, ask what should i do get put on hold Rep gets back on phone says cancelled your card new one in 7-10 days. When did i approval yo cancel card? 8 calls later ok to 1 time use atm idk pin # oh well too Bad so sad. Overnight me a card, no we can't. So why would i keep this service? I won't and as HR payroll supervisor Will be company wide change of paycard provider. So 7-10 days i'll finally get new card, won't have place to live or food between now and then but they don't care. Understandable employees are only doing as company directs but not acceptable. Wouldnt overnight card at My expense, wouldnt allow Transfer to another account already linked to card they cancelled without approval or request just not helpful when should be going above and Beyond. I didnt do damn thing wrong, card was never out of My physical control but i'm the one paying for it.

Where do I begin first off let's start with the ATM fees where they tell you that the all point was not in their Network which all points are their Network so it should be free at any all point that's one place they screw you next let's begin with customer service that can not speak a lick of English and will hang up on you when you're trying to get your money refunded for using a fifth third Bank ATM which says on their website is completely free but yet they charge you $350 and do not refund your money and hang up when you try to get your money third let's talk about when I went into a fifth third Bank to do an over-the-counter transaction and the fifth third bank manager absolutely did not claim my wisely and says they have no dealings with my wisely and you can use their ATM outside they will do no transactions over the counter no cash advance nothing of the sort so wisely is not only a liar their website is completely false they take your money whenever they feel like it and do not respond it hang up on you when you have a request to get your money back your hard-earned money that they take without any conscious whatsoever.

Tried to do a money transfer to my wife's my wisely account because I lost my debit card and not only will they not let you transfer money to their own bank my wisely they want to charge you $2 to send it to another account if you have one that's not my wisely have you ever heard of such a thing you can't do wire transfers to someone your wife specifically with the same card horrible ridiculous

I've had several issues with the customer service representatives at my wisely. Firstly, I would like to say I come from a call center background with over 10 years experience, more than half as a supervisor. With that being said, I called to cancel one of my cards, turned out they canceled the wrong one. I followed up to explain the situation, and ask they do not cancel the original card in question as I was hoping to do everything electronically being my only source of deposit (banks wont touch me due to a identity theft issue from the past year).
After putting me on hold for roughly 13 minutes, The representative came back and said she could do the transfers on her end, But didn't know how that would help as she had already canceled the card I specifically asked her not to cancel.
With all these mistakes being made and none of it on my end, comma I asked they overnight me a card so that my children and I could eat. They wanted to charge me $35 to overnight a card which actually would take at least 2 days. I explained I shouldn't have to pay that as they needed to take responsibility for their error. That was out of the question, So my children and I ended up eating at homeless shelters for roughly 2 weeks, taking food away from somebody who actually could not afford it.
Another interaction a few months thereafter I had a fraudulent claim on my statement, again canceling my card and attempting to charge me $6 for a new one...
I do not understand charging a customer or member of of an organizationFor happenings out of their control. Money grubbers.

The fraudulent Charge on my account was reimbursed, oughly 6 weeks later. And they still forgot to add a second fraudulent charge when I had submitted my request of fraudulent charges. I decided to eat the $9 as it wasn't worth their headache, and would happily pay that not to speak to them again.
Had a hold for $100 when I only spent $52 and never got my hold back. Least I can rate is 1 star but I rate this card LESS THAN 0! DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND!

This service is abysmal at best! The fact that they have no way to provide more than a ranked feedback survey is the first sign. I spoke with a horrible, unfriendly rep at 6:31ishPM who clearly didn't want to connect me to the survey so he hung up on me. When I called back and convinced someone to connect me to the survey, unfortunately it only had ranked items survey capabilities providing no way for me to share what happened earlier. In a nutshell, I was grossly inconvenienced. My card declined an auto withdrawal because someone called my card in lost and I was never advised of this contact! Also, no replacement card was sent, nothing. I found out about the lost card at the declination. Just seemed like the process should have included some type of contact to prevent the declinations. The guy I spoke with at 6:31pm ET could care the least about my frustrations and basically hung up on me by putting me on mute for a about a minute only checking to see if I hung up. This would be the end of the story, but I called back to try to complete the survey. I did, but unfortunately, I could not clarify on it, none of this experience had to do with the lady that I spoke with connecting me to the survey at 6:43pm ET. Of course, my frustrations grew more. Awful experience. I'd prefer going to a checking cashing line at a currency exchange with crackheads and carjackers hanging at the door in a seedy neighborhood on Judgement Night over getting monies transferred to a group of disassociated individuals that thinks it's okay to hang up on a person asking for access to the money they've earned.
I've called 4xs for Wisely card...it showed it shipped in July...never received...workers are in another country...I'm skeptical
