Feels weird that I never actually talked to anyone other than the copywriter. Everything is done in Basecamp and requires no one-on-one contact. The team was very efficient and we knocked out a great little whiteboard video in just 1 month. (Would've been faster, but my company was the hold-up). Already planning video #2!

Before we began our biggest fear was if they could create the visuals that my team had imagined and f they could deliver us a product on time. Which they delivered on in both cases. They did a great job overall and gave a product better than our expectations

My favorite part about working with them was hearing their visual ideas that went perfectly with our script. It was like they were reading our minds. Also, they were always there to respond to any email or question we had.

Overall, I would say that they deliver on time and the highest of quality work. And their price is absolutely fair for what they produce. Will be working with them again in the near future.

WizMotions was very responsive and timely in working with us on our promotional video. I really enjoy their use of Basecamp to manage the project. It's easy to see where things are going and what is up next. I thought they handled our project quickly and professional.

WizMotions did a great job in the video production. They were very easy to work with. I would not count on them to grasp your complex product or idea so you must plan to do your own storyboard and make sure that when they supply you artwork it is exactly how you want it the first time. It was my experience that if a piece of artwork was approved and then a change was required extra costs were incurred, albeit fair costs. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

This is our first experience with whiteboard animation and we love the final product. We've been getting rave reviews after sharing the video with staff. Everyone on BaseCamp was so easy to work with and we appreciated the step-by-step process to ensure we got just what we wanted. We're already considering videos for other programs.

They made a perfect white board animation explainer video for my business at very reasonable cost. I like this kinda attitude when it comes to customer service.
I was on the market for explainer video for my landscape business for quite awhile. I've called a dozen of different companies, big and small, but something wasn't right.One day a friend of mine, who is also an entrepreneur showed me a video from his website, and I was blown away with the quality of this intro. I told him it must be cost a fortune to make this piece of art. When he reviled the price, it seemed very reasonable. I called Wizmotions the very next day and I'm glad I did, they made my business look more professional, can't thank them enough.

Solid experience with wizMotions. Started with a 3d video which was changed to a 2d video. Incurred additional fees, but reasonable considering the scale of change. Faithfully reproduced the vision of the design firm that created the video storyboard.

As for value, I think it is very good. Take into account the range of explainer video firms out there. These videos crush the low end firms. The high end firms so to speak will charge multiples of wM's fee schedule and no guarantee you will recoup that investment. Occasional delays can creep in, but are bearable, all things considered.

We've produced multiple videos through wizmotions - they have always been easy to work with, cooperative, and highly responsive to our edits. Occassionally we have rush projects that are not within their set production timeframe, so we pay a rush fee to guarantee delivery. It is worth every penny.

When we started the process I was concerned that I couldn't articulate the vision we had, but WizMotions had no problem understanding and bringing it to life. I liked how every thing is done in stages so you have time to edit & decide on changes. I also was extremely pleased with fast communication and being greeted with upbeat attitudes. I would definitely recommend this to a company if you are interested in creating your own whiteboard video!

If not for delays in getting our team on the same page, the videos we ordered could have been done in a matter of days/weeks. Very helpful team on their end and final product met our expectations.
