This merchant is so wonderful, they even supplied extra nuts and bolts if one should have gone missing. The product itself is of such fine quality, I expect it to last a lifetime and then some. Thank you for the old fashioned American way!
Two items were missing from my shipment. I noticed one when we started to install the fireplace. But the other, wifi dongle, wasn't discovered until a week or 2 later. Woodland replace the first piece found missing, but not the wifi dongle. So I was forced to purchase a second unit. Got that unit, and it didn't work with a modern version of Android. So I had to return it.
Ordered a firewood rack and was very impressed with the entire experience - knowledge and helpful sales staff as well as the quality of the rack. Thank you!
After researching other products on-line, it appeared on the Woodland Direct website that the rack was very well made.
Customer service was very helpful providing the sizes of the fire pits and colors. In addition, the customer service rep reached out to my contractor to assist in install issues.

The firewood rack shipped quickly and arrived intact. It was packed well and very easy to assemble. It even came with tools included with hardware to assemble it.
I wanted a firewood rack that was made of high quality and durable materials.
You picked a winner. While there may be wood racks that cost less than a Woodhaven, but the Woodhaven is not less in any other way. So far the experience has been fantastic. I have yet to unpack and install the stove that'll happen in the next month. Feel free to send me another survey in about three months and it's cold enough for us to use the stove.

I ordered Copper Fire Bowls from Woodland (Manufacturer Outdoor Plus) and had a significant issue. Had an immediate issue with the gas electronic shut off valve (dangerous issue) and the Manufacturer was extremely had to deal with and was not willing to stand behind the issue. My customer Service Rep (Steve) did all that he could to be my champion on the issue with the Manufacturer and after a significant amount of time made this statement that spoke to me about the value of working with Woodland... if the company doesnt stand behind this product, "We will do what is right by you and resolve this issue". The manufacturer ultimately did stand behind this issue with Steves prompting (should not have had to go to that extreme) but what rang loud and strong to me was what Steve said on behalf of the company. Very Pleased with Woodland.

They were professional, kind, and very helpful! One of the stainless steel piping pieces for the chimney arrived damaged enough to where it wasn't useable. But fortunately I didn't need it.
Evergreen Chimney company. But I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. They were half my stress. They low-bidded me and kept asking for more and more and surprising with new prices.
