I want to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the way the management handled the recent changes to their services. I was not given any notice of these changes, and I was left in the dark about what was going on. This was extremely unreasonable and unseemly. As a result of these changes, I was screwed over. I had to pay more for services that I was not using, and I was not able to get the same level of support that I had previously received. I am very disappointed with the way The Woodmont Company has handled this situation, and I would not recommend them to anyone.
