Terrible. They are a fraudulent company. Do not purchase from them. I ordered the Napoleon 2100 stove and was promised the free leg kit and heat shield. They did not come and they refused to admit that one of the employees failed to order them. I spent 7 weeks waiting with very few responses to various emails and phone calls. Finally they said I had signed for the two boxes which included the stove and ash pan kit so they could do nothing about it. Why would I request a second set of stove legs if I had received them? DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
