I used this website and found it to be amazing. Not only did the prices come out to be cheaper on this site that other website but the customer service was superb! I would definitely be using this program again since it save me a a lot.
Working DisAdvantage will send you an email that begins with Booking Confirmation for your flight - only to cancel your confirmed flight booking a few hours later because they didn't process it fast enough and the price changed. Then you will get the wonderful experience of getting no help from their quite rude and argumentative 'customer service' agents who will not help in any way.
I have been calling the 1800 number from Working Advantage several times over these past two weeks in preparation of a vacation, planned in march...I can't use the callback feature due to not being able to receive calls at work...
There is a recording that says that they are having a critical system update and to call back in 96 hours...that has been on for a couple of weeks...this is ridiculous!
I have used Working Advantage pre-Covid and had never a problem with their services but it seems that they have no one answering customer calls!

Arrived at property and it was a mess. Hotel tried to help - very nice. They refunded these days immediately{to Working Advantage (WA) on 12/23/23. I called WA 6 times through January 10th, trying to get my refund (phone records picrured). The last call was 45 mins.to no avail. "Our partner has to approve it and then we will refund you'.I had no recourse - I filed a dispute with my bank on January 25th over 2 months later and THE. They sent over this email (A) claiming my reservation was non refundable. But clearly it was refundable according to their original confirmation to me - also pictured. They had no intention on refunding what the hotel has already refunded them 2 months earlier. Now they have exposed themselves as the unethical business they are. DO NOT USE THEM.

Working advantage is not advantageous to use at all. While you may be saving initially, the fact that they do not refund your money with clearly, they stated they would, can create a lot of problems in your accounts, and you end up obtaining late fees and overdraft because the money you expected to be refunded in your account never showed up. That company has the audacity to lie and say that the room was nonrefundable after I filed a dispute through my bank. It is egregious theft.

As a 3rd party this booking as advised in the terms of sale it a final one. Once past the vendor cancellation policy it is non-refundable and as a 3rd party we have spent hours trying to get the guest a refund from the hotel supplier. If the hotel is okaying a refund due to their stay can we kindly get something in writing? We have reached out 4 times for this guest to which it was denied.
Everything on this website is a secret fee or extra when it comes to booking a trip. You are better off booking it with the hotel or air service directly. I would use another site all together. They have no backbone and support everything their boss tells them to do. They have no say so in any wrong doings of the consumer. You book with them and have any type of trouble they tuck their tails and hide they face. This company is a waste of your hard earned money. Purchased a lifetime MS Office 2021 license. When tried to activate license received message it had already been redeemed. Company sends auto emails every 72 hours about still working to resolve issue and to be patient. Somehow got another code which was not expected. When tried to activate it, again received note it had been redeemed. They do not refund even if product was never received. Complete scam. Would never consider buying anything else, especially a vacation, from them again. They stole my money. Wish I had read reviews like this before my purchase.

Please avoid booking through Working Advantage if at all possible. I made a simple booking error when purchasing ski lift tickets because of a very vague listing, and was treated as subhuman when trying to request a refund/reschedule. I was told numerous times by a customer service representative that "I'm sorry that you can't read" among other passive aggressive insults. I was finally able to get transferred to a "supervisor" who was just as rude and passive aggressive. I work in customer service and have dealt with numerous issues like this. I have never been spoken to that way in my life by a "customer service team". I now have a wasted $250 ski ticket and spent my evening being insulted and treated like garbage. PLEASE save yourself the time and money, and book elsewhere. Any discount you may be getting is not worth the headache and difficulties you will encounter.

Unreasonable policy. I booked a hotel through working advantage. The hotel refunded me $50 because of service recovery and it's clearly listed in the hotel receipt. The hotel receipt amount is over $80 less than working advantage charged me. But working advantages refused to refund any money and asked for hotel's "written approval" which seems impossible to get, though I provided the hotel receipt. They just have ridiculous policies to give back any of your money if you paid.

I reserved a rental with my debit card went to pick it up it said I needed a credit card at the airport. I asked working advantage for my money back they said it was fine then a week later they said I was a no show and it's no refund. They said they paid their partners already so I can't get any money back. I will never use that company again. Customer service was rude and not even in a his country.

The only thing I know about these clowns is that they spam me every bloody day. Never opted onto their spam list, never even heard of them before I started getting their daily spams, and have now had to block them at my server. That says everything you need to know about their ethics - especially in light of all of the unethical and well-documented nightmares they've put their actual customers through. Avoid at all costs.

Worse experience ever. Bought 7 tickets and were never given to me. Then they didn't want to give me a credit. I was on phone for 2 days, 3 case #. Awful Very disappointing. I had to get another 7 tickets. The seller gave me a pdf. PDFs are not accepted in Citi Field. Call Citi Field couldn't find my name with the seats I bought. They took my money. They are still refusing to give me a refund.

I registered with Working Advantage because my company has an agreement with them to provide discount on various travel and entertainment activities. There are a few other perks such as discounts on Sam's Club and others. However, I found nothing I could use. What first bothered me is the search on their web site. You type in one letter and it start searching - my screen froze until it finally provided a list of everything that started with a "C" (I was trying to search for "Costco"). Basically each time you put in a letter, it searches and locks you until returning a list. But the most frustrating issue is the constant emails I get - every day. I have called the company three times trying to get unsubscribed - and even though I follow step by step instructions, it has been about 4 months and I am still getting spammed.

This company is a total rip off. I bought mammoth tickets. Didn't get informed of blackout dates clearly until after I made the purchase. I tried to get a refund but they wouldn't refund me. I essentially lost $500. My company invested in this as a perk for employees but basically because of all the fine print it just ends of a complete and utter rip off. I will be actively trying to get my company to drop it.

Booked a hotel for California from New Hampshire for vacation. Get to CA and the hotel is closed down and is now a homeless shelter. Called customer service and they refused to give a refund or even offer to help find us a replacement hotel. I hade to dispute the charge with my credit card just to get refunded. They are the worst. They will take your money for tickets to events and never send your the tickets. I thought since this was through Paychex it was legitimate, but it wasn't. I had to file a claim through my credit card company. AVOID.

I booked a flight with Working Advantage using a United Airline credit card. The airline said the tickets were not purchased with the credit card, since they are paid directly by Working Advantage. They said I should contact Working Advantage to correct the purchase, as they do this all the time with travel agents. Of course Working Advantage would not do it, the offered the following:
"We wish to inform you that we have had a conversation with United Airline as this is a third party reservation, so they have declined the request. Therefore, if you want to add the bags, then you can add directly on the United Airlines site by typing the confirmation code."

I had a great experience with them, I had to cancel a upcoming trip due to a death in the family about 1 week before our vacation, I had booked 3 hotels with them. I contacted customer service canceled the hotels within minutes of the call i got a email saying they were canceled and as their customer service promised received 100% refund within 5 business days

I reached out to them because I had cockroaches in the room I booked thru them. The third party wouldn't refund me for my stay. I asked working advantage to refund me or give me a voucher due to the bug infestation it was unsanitary. They refused. I complained to the BBB

I bought movie tickets through here. As I was booking the seats, the seats were taken so I could not sit with my children. We canceled the two tickets through showcase and when I called they said unfortunately because I used the promo code, they cannot issue me new tickets. I explained that they were not used, but canceled through showcase and that it says they were refunded. They said more or less too bad, you used the codes so it is what it is. Super unhelpful.

I am warning all of you who are planning to use this site in booking a hotel… DO NOT! In the event that there something unfortunate happens to your hotel stay, THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY BACK! Our Hotel room in San Diego flooded on the first night of our stay, it was unfortunate but the hotel made sure we were taken cared of and that same night, the refund was done through Expedia! So in short, working advantage partnered with Expedia on these hotel bookings! Which I found out that it would've been cheaper to book it directly through Expedia than working advantage! After numerous attempts contacting Customer Support of Working Advantage, all I got was the same automated responses! HORRIBLE! Do yourself a favor and DO NOT. You will not get your money back and they are more expensive in reality!

You will not get any refund in an event of your stay. The hotel will definitely REFUND the money, but then WORKING ADVANTAGE WILL NOT REFUND YOU. They will give you a reason saying their partner (Expedia) denied the request. But they will not give you any valid reason. I also found out that they it is more cheaper to book directly to Expedia and all other booking sites than through Working Advantage. Their responses are all automated, they are horrible! They are not for employees sadly.

Do not use them - they trick you, lie to you, do not take responsibility for mess-ups, and do not keep their word with reimbursements. They should be forced to close down the company. My recent case with them was a hotel booking which they canceled but did not let me know, and they did not reserve a room to begin with, then they claimed they notified me (but I did not receive the email) and because of not knowing it had been canceled, we had traveled across the country only to show up at the hotel with them telling us our reservation had been canceled by Working Advantage. Now, Working Advantage is not taking responsibility and does not care at all about all the trouble and stress we went through, and all our money and time lost.

I booked a flight and hotel stay using working advantage. I am realizing how much of a mistake that was. I booked my trip yesterday. As most folks, you expect a confirmation email, it's been over 24 hours and nothing. I contact the airline and they have our flight which is great, however a hotel was another issue. I called the hotel yesterday and they responded that they had in fact received our reservation. However this morning the money returned to my account. I called working advantage and they claim they see no reservations under my name. I called the hotel and the same issue. So now I have flights to New Orleans and not hotel to stay. I asked the rep at Working Advantage to put me through to a supervisor he said he could only take my name and phone number and hope for him to call me back. What was an exciting vacation is now becoming a nightmare before we get there. I am an executive for my employer. I will be ending our relationship with them and finding a better discount site for our employees.
