Wasn't sure as never heard of the site but was exceptionally, great price for some Carhart jeans, perfect condition, great delivery and full refund when I returned (as they were too big for me), would happily use again!
I recently experienced a disappointing issue with an online purchase from this store. Despite a successful transaction of approximately £25, which was debited from my account, the store notified me that my payment was declined. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this issue through their customer service, my requests for assistance and for them to reach out to their merchant were met with silence. It has been over two weeks without any resolution. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend shopping with them.
Bought a jacket at 2pm online, delivered the next morning.

Truly impressed if Working Class heroes is a four man team. Not only was the item I ordered here with me quickly (2 days) I couldn't find it on any other much larger sites such as Size? Working Class Heroes... fab company. So easy to order from online and fast delivery. Fair postage costs (unlike the big company's!). Points reward system in place too. Customer care was great. Will definatley order from these guys again.

Very happy with the product that I got for my Son, Trainer look great and at a fair price, other sites were selling the trainers fro 75.00gbp plus p&p. Have already told my friend who also have teenage children.
Really appreciate the fast shipping and free returns. I couldn't decide between two Patagonia rucksacks and as a mother of two tiny children, being able to order online & compare at home was wonderful. Very prompt refund for the returned bag & I am fully satisfied with my chosen purchase.

First time I have used Working Class Heroes but it certainly won't be the last. Apart from the sign up issues (it wouldn't let me make a rewards account for some reason) I would say the whole process was excellent. I'm happy with the items I bought but it was the shipping that they excelled at. Super quick, well packaged. I could t recommend them enough. In fact I'm fairly sure I'll buying something else from there this week. Keep up the good work guys.
I have bought my trainers from here for the last 3-4 years, they pick out the best styles so you don't have to trudge through large sites hoping to find something new/cool. Their Adidas Skate range is sweeeeet!

Chose the free delivery option and it arrived days quicker than it said it might take. Excellent communication keeping me up to date with my order. Carhartt is known quality and the Anchorage Parka does not disappoint; to get it in a flash sale was an absolute bargain. Finally, the team at WCH seem to be a genuine bunch who care about their customers based on their grateful and humorous letter included in the parcel.
I LOVE these boots. They are comfortable, and have pretty much solved a foot crisis caused through wearing too many flat soled "VANS" for far too long...really loving these boots. Amazing price too (new year sale sure, but still good value) and delivery time was lightning fast - like next day i think, totally unexpected. I recommend these guys and i'll buy from them again i'm sure.
Second item purchased within a week. Northface Jacket for grandson arrived on time perfect fit. Happy young man! Following this experience l Spoke to a guy called Adam regarding sizing. I.e. What mens size should l order for wearing as a woman. Perfect answer, perfect size, very happy customer. Will recommend this company and definitely buy from them again

Working Class Heroes is by far the best shop I have ever visited. The stock is fantastic, competitively priced, the staff go above and beyond every single time to make every visit memorable. They are excellent at making a customer feel valued and always excellent at any customer service queries. I genuinely do not buy clothes from anywhere else anymore.

Ordered a pair of shoes with next day delivery for only £3. I was updated regularly with shipping information. I was sent a text specifying an hour in which the shoes would be delivered and they were. The shoes arrived with an amusing letter from the team. Customer service done right. Very pleased.
These guys have a superior level of customer service. Not only was the product 40% cheaper than anywhere else, it was delivered next day at no extra cost with a personlised note and some sweets. Cannot recommend these guys highly enough.
I think that the site is great, comprehendive in its choice of quality products and the fact that you can get an item delivered the following day without paying expensive postal fees is fantastic. To add, the entire process from browsing onto purchasing and then delivery has a personal touch that adds to my experience as a consumer. I would happily recommend Working Class Heroes.

Very competitive prices, I bought a pair of Adidas trainers, and they were at least five pound cheaper than anywhere I else I looked online. Fast delivery, and as a treat, a refresher bar came with my trainers!
