I was vastly impressed with the sale that they had on and my item was received earlier than expected! Words can't explain how amazed I am with their service! I would recommend this to anyone as they are independent and provide a quality service!

I stumbled across Working Class Heroes when searching for Deus branded clothing. What a find! Fantastic customer service, which is a priority for me and bigger retailers could learn a lot from these guys.

I was really impressed with these guys. They had better prices than Nike were offering, the product was as advertised, and delivery was very quick. And each time I bought a pair of shoes, I got a material discount off the next pair. I honestly can't recommend them highly enough and they will be the first place I look in the future.

The T shirt I bought my husband was about £11 cheaper than I could find it elsewhere, delivery was really cheap and extremely quick, and I really liked the personal touches in the parcel (free refresher bar went down very well, mmmm!). I bought a really nice Bellroy leather wallet (slim sleeve wallet charcoal) for myself called for a quick chat about it before hand to check sizes etc had very friendly chat all questions answered so I went ahead and bought it that day with next day delivery, arrived on time nicely packaged and I'm very pleased with it and the service so pleased I order another a few days later for a friend's birthday who was equally thrilled when we gave it to him.

Would and have highly recommend the company and the products/service which is really 1st class all the way

Disappointing customer service

Ordered the wrong size and sent back promptly for a size smaller. Filled out my returns form and requested an exchange. Was refunded instead and told to repurchase even though the price had now gone up by £30.

Offered to pay full price and then be refunded the difference. Went to buy the smaller size a couple of days later and is now sold out.

The competetive pricing and good delivery options are the reason I purchased from Working Class Heroes. I have purchased from them several times now and would be happy to shop again in future. Their website could do with an update, but I managed to find what I wanted fairly quickly. I have had no need, so far, to contact customer services for refund or return, so I can't comment on that. Overall very happy and would recommend.

Ordered a pair of Clark Desert Boots that were a good price, and were shipped to me very quickly despite being a continent away. One out of the two boots did not have the stuffing pushed all the way into the toe, which led to some creasing, but overall the boots were in very good shape. I am happy with my purchase and very impressed with your company.

The goods and delivery were perfect. The cost of goods was slightly cheaper than other websites which made them a perfect choice and would definitely return to the site to shop again.

The major issue is the website which seemed buggy. When adding things to my basket items would disappear or would not be in the basket. The whole experience took much longer than it should have. I kept having to add them (at least 4 times). I'm not sure if this was because I was using a tablet or my phone, but considering more and more people are shopping using their mobile device a website should be able to handle this.

Get this sorted and the shopping experience for WCH should be 5 stars.

Plus it was a good surprise to see that overseas delivery was not a problem.

Really good quality Clark's trigenic flex goretex shoes. Disappointed with delivery aspect though carrier did not ring bell and by the time I got downstairs he had driven away with my shoes. Finally got them on.third time of delivering. Worth the wait.

I've ordered a few times from this shop and it's always good service. Good selection of clothes n shoes etc. The last time I ordered, they noticed one of my items had damage to it so emailed me apologizing and sending the rest of my items special delivery to make up for it. Shows they're bothered about thier cutomers

Previous to any purchase, I like to perform a little research. All the reviews that I had found about workingclassheroes.co.uk were great so that helped me on my decision. I hope this review helps someone else to decide.

The shopping experience was excellent. I received my jacket on time, the product was perfect and I found a little note in the packaging telling the story of the shop and the people who work on it. And that's exactly what makes workingclassheroes.co.uk different. Your purchase is handled by real people, not automated emails. For example my package was prepared by Edd :) I highly recommend these guys!

Really good pricing for overseas orders. I can get shoes cheaper from workingclassheros opposed to the local in New Zealand. Shipping time is adequate considering the distance. Overall, I use this website a lot due to the fact I cannot get most of these silhouettes in my own country.

I can't be sure but I feel that I am not one of Working Class Heroes normal customers. I'm an older bloke with a passion for hill walking/trekking. The only reason I bought my Patagonia lightweight jacket from them after studying reviews about it in walking magazines was because, after searching online, it was almost half the price being charged by the specialist walking gear shops - that in itself was enough reason to deal with them. However, everything else about the shopping experience with Working Class Heroes was excellent - that's why I put five stars next to every category. In their introductory letter they said light heartedly (I think) that they need the custom as they wouldn't survive in real jobs. I disagree, given the professional way they dealt with my order I think they would prosper very well.

I ordered after the next day cut off on a Friday afternoon. I received my order at 11am on a Saturday, expecting it to be delivered Monday/Tuesday the following week.

Working Class Heroes went well above my expectations and I will be using then again for sure. Big Up!

Very good delivery times and the product arrived in perfect condition. I bought from this website for the first time due to good price, I had shopped around and the price was very competitive and the product available in the size I needed for a present. Will definitely use again in the future. Nice touch with the letter that is enclosed with the paperwork giving a bit of a low down on the staff and the business it self, made the online transaction feel a little more personal and made me smile.
