Never usually leave reviews BUT these people are just the best at communication, help, support, issues. Don't know the size, scope or reach of their business but BT, Sky and many others should get down there and see how "customer service" should be done.

Hat arrived in good enough time frame for current delivery situation. Looks nice. Not for me though. Is a gift for son.

Great price and delivered within the given timeframe. Had the shoes I ordered in stock even though I couldn't find them anywhere else in store.

Would recommend and will probably be shopping here again myself.

Sometimes the tick boxes on the left hand side of the website (that refine your search) don't work that well. Have to refresh the website etc. Not a major problem though.

I accidentally ordered the wrong colour coat online and went to into the Ulverston store to talk to them about changing my order.
By the time I got there the coat had already been despatched, but they offered me free returns for when the coat arrived and I just reordered the coat with the right colour.
Really nice staff and great products.

I misread the postage on an item i bought at a very reasonable price, and they swiftly noted my mistake in a very professional way, and have bought from them multiple times since due to their quality service and quality goods

I bought a Patagonia shirt from Working Class Heroes and was thoroughly impressed with both the product and the quality of service provided. I will definitely buy from them again. The staff I communicated with could not have been more helpful.

Found the site through their Instagram, brilliant deals on good clothes, the letter that came with the item was a nice touch. Also cintacted them via email and got a quick, helpful reply, all in all a cracking company

Pleasant experience as the product arrived quickly and for a good price but I do not like the shoes in person. Thank you and they do not fit

I live in Leeds where some of the clothes I can get locally. But I feel the prices on the site are more competitive than the shops in town. But personally for me its about customer service and been prompt which I have got every time I have shopped here. Thanks for a good service and anyone thinking of buying from here, I highly recommend.

This was my third and definitely not my last order with Working Class Heroes in Cumbria. I contacted their customer service department before placing my recent order to make sure that the two items I was about to purchase would be sent safely and securely. I received an immediate reply from Adam, the customer service agent, who reassured me. Unfortunately, I had experienced some issues with POST NL (which delivers parcels here in Belgium) in the past so I was a bit hesitant about placing my order. But in the end, it was handled and delivered through Bpost without any problem whatsoever. Shipping time was super quick and the two items received were exactly what I had ordered. I will be placing a new order with them very soon.

I will admit I was a little worried about ordering from " across the pond". I needn't have worried. These guys were awesome my order arrived well before Christmas and is a wonderful quality. It was a gift for my son, who is very particular, and he "loved loved loved" it!

I ordered a pair of trainers which I was more than happy with however they were a little small so I returned them and ordered another pair. I ordered the second pair to my home address on a set Saturday delivery for £9.99 however they attempted delivery a day early when I was not in. I reached out to customer service twice already requesting a credit given the increased cost for the set day however I am yet to even have ackowledgement of my email after 3 days. Hoping someone might reach out to me now...?

Happy with the recent item I purchased and the price. I paid extra for DPD delivery which was very quick. I uses the standard free delivery in the past but that took a long time to dispatch and get delivered.

I was a little sceptical at first and I admit I checked them out.
Now that I have used them I have to say I am won over completely. The product was almost half the price I'd seen it advertised and it was delivered free within 48 hours. The item, the service, the after service is all first class. Don't hesitate to use them.

I don't usually comment on these things but I felt I needed to give these guys some good feedback. I ordered a T-Shirt and a cap on a Tuesday afternoon and had them delivered in my hand by Wednesday afternoon, which is pretty stunning considering I didn't pay any extra for postage. Good on you fellas.

What a treat to find this website. I was looking for Patagonia rucksacks for everyday use and I stumbled across this site which has periodic sales worth trolling through - as I have noted they have some great deals! I not only found the Patagonia backpack that I wanted at a great price but another one, a different model at a bargain price I could not turn away from. So I bought the 2 - and it was soooo worth it. They have nice clothes and shoes, always worth a look and now I look at their website to see if they have anything interesting. They sell men and women's clothing and although they advise their free shipping will take 4 days, it arrived earlier and before the weekend. I was extremely pleased to get it before the weekend to enjoy full use of said backpack. They are a small company with personality and it was a pleasure looking through their site finding stuff.

Easy ordering on line and arrived within time frame given. Nice product as described, nice colour and hopefully will do what it says on the tin!
