Every time I've purchased from workingclassheroes it's been great. The selection on the site is impressive, with a good range of brands and styles. Orders get posted out fast, and with low shipping costs. Finally whenever I've contacted customer service, or returned an item, it's been dealt with really quickly. I couldn't recommend working class heroes more!

Ordered a huf snapback from here the other week, found it cheaper than anywhere else so paid for next day delivery which was great, turned up the next morning, all round great price, product range and service

I ordered a jacket on 21.11.2019, no parcel till 18.12.2019, no help at Working Class Heroes, no solution of the problem.

Although I had a minor problem with the website, a quick call to the shop and everything was sorted within 2 minutes. 5 star customer service, I couldn't have asked for more.

The items arrived within 48 hours and were exactly as described. Again this was beyond my expectations - awesome!

For my first experience of shopping at Working Class Heroes it couldn't have gone better. The website is simple to use, the bag I wanted was easy to find, it was listed for an amazing price and it came the day after I ordered it even thought I only paid for regular recorded delivery. I hadn't heard of Working Class Heroes before but I'll definitely be heading back. It was really easy to find what I wanted and to work through the checkout process, and the delivery was much quicker than I expected. Highly recommended!

First time shopping here. Paid 99p for delivery and it as was at my doorstep 26 hours later! Great selection and clothes were in perfect condition.

I did find the Customer Rewards process quite confusing, but now I have earned points to spend there which is a great touch, and I would come back even if I hadn't earned points.

Sweets and thank you note were a nice touch too. Very very satisfied!

Not happy with the experience! I contacted customer service and was told the fact that I did not get my parcel I would have to sort it out myself! Will not be shopping on this site again! I spent £60 that I'll not see again and have no item to show for it

Found this shop by searching for a North Face product online. Having seen the item I was looking for placed an order.
It was the best price (the cheapest) that I could find by searching online. There was a hiccup with my order, my fault, but it was quickly sorted out with an email. Friendly staff and quick delivery.
I'd definitely recommend this friendly independent shop.

This is the first time I have purchased from Working Class Heroes and it won't be last. The goods were sent out promptly and the communication about my order and it's status was first class. The item was as described and in perfect condition.

I bought a mans truckers cap, which turned out to be very small [I presume a kids or womans cap] Even though it was adjustable snap-back I couldn't fit it on my head...so I returned it with a note asking to refund order and delivery, but they only refunded order. I think that I should have been refunded the delivery charge as well because it is clearly their mistake not mine.

I would highly recommend workingclassheroes.co.uk. The level of service provided, speed of delivery and competitive pricing were all very good. I ordered two items for choice but ultimately decided to return both. Returning the items was straightforward and my refund was processed very quickly. The level of communication throughout the transaction was great. I would definitely consider buying from this company again.

Ordered a patagonia down sweater hoody for as good a price as I was able to find online, arrived with next day delivery for free. Exactly as described and fitted perfectly. All in all an ideal transaction!
