I really liked the product, the T was a simple, cool design and fits well! The delivery time was very short and always like the personal touch of just a short note written from the guys. Would highly recommend!

I was so impressed with the service I received from workingclassheroes, it's honestly been one of the best online shopping experiences I've had. I'd been searching around trying to find a pullover camo coat for my boyfriend's Christmas present, and the one I found on this website was not only exactly the style I wanted, but also perfect quality, and way cheaper than the price on the brand's own website. Plus the delivery was reasonably priced and super quick, and the drumstick candy bar I got in the package and the handsigned letter from the company were such lovely extras; they're the kind of personal touches I really love in customer service. I will 100% go straight to this website again if I ever need a similar product, and I'll definitely be spreading the word.

If I'm honest, WorkingClassHeroes store is probably aimed at the younger man, but they do stock items which interest me and this was my second purchase from them. The Wolverine 1000 mile boots I bought last year came at a very competitive price and are still going strong. The North Face jacket was discounted for it's original price which was why I made the purchase when I did. So, what do I like about this store? The website is great, easy to use. I love the quirkiness of the staff. They obviously love what they do and have thrown their heart and soul into the business and deserve success. I love the little extras thrown into the box. I must say, however, that as useful a comb is to some I am as bald as a coot, so this was passed on! I will continually browse their site and will recommend to others how great these guys are.

I stumbled upon this shop whilst looking for a specific item and hadn't known of their existence prior to that. The item I was looking for was the best price I could find and there were many different delivery options available which was great as I was able to pick it up at a local DPD point within a shop. There was a thoughtful and personal message inside from the guys from the shop which was a nice touch and really made me feel like my custom was valued. The item I bought was for my boyfriends Christmas and he was over the moon with it. If I was looking for anything similar in the future I would go straight back to Working Class Heroes. Overall easy! Loved the shopping experience, only complaint I have was that the shipping tracking g was very minimal overseas, after Royal Mail passed the package over to my overseas courier in Aus there was no sort of tracking, very difficult to estimate arrival date.
Other than that just a nag that the box that the shoes arrived in was torn down the side but I understand $#*! happens on hangovers ;)

Okay where do I starr with these guys. Honestly the nicest, and most personal online shopping experience I have had. And i shop online A LOT. They go above and beyond to add personal touches to your order, they always include a funny letter and the shoes are always high high high quality for a really decent price. Unfortunately I have had to return my items but it was due to my own error and not theres at all. I have been refunded and since then have gone on to use their website again. Again they did not dissapoint. Nice one guys, thanks for going above and beyond.
