Wasn't sure as never heard of the site but was exceptionally, great price for some Carhart jeans, perfect condition, great delivery and full refund when I returned (as they were too big for me), would happily use again!
I recently experienced a disappointing issue with an online purchase from this store. Despite a successful transaction of approximately £25, which was debited from my account, the store notified me that my payment was declined. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this issue through their customer service, my requests for assistance and for them to reach out to their merchant were met with silence. It has been over two weeks without any resolution. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend shopping with them.
The price was terrific, and despite the fact that the product was shipped at no cost from the UK to the USA, it arrived in only one week. Plus the communication from Working Class Heroes regarding the sale and the shipment were excellent.
