I am 72 so not the customer you would expect to be shopping hear.
Found them by accident on the web looking for a pair of The North Face slippers.
Service was that good I ended up going back and buying my wife a pair.
In particular I liked the " how it all began " enclosure. Sent with the goods.
No southern firm would dare to send that out to a customer!

I didn't receive a confirmation email straight away. I waited until the next day to query this. I messaged on Facebook and got a response within 15 min apologising for the lack of email and letting me know my order had been processed. While typing a response back thanking them, the order arrived at my work anyway. Amazing customer service!

Ordered mid day Monday, delivery received at home on the Tuesday, and i didn't pay extra for a quick delivery. There was a really nice friendly note in the parcel too, which i liked.
The price i paid was cheaper than advertised on the web site

Great service and great product. I had looked at loads off other sites, but WCH had the specific North Face Jacket I wanted-in the right colour and at the best price. Delivery was spot on, as were the courtesy emails etc. Highly recommended and will definitely shop there again, really nice customer focussed experience.

Next day delivery though I didn't select it nor was expecting it next day on a Saturday as well! Delivery is cheap and even free if selected. Will definitely recommend. Looking forward to the female range.

Excellent customer service from order through to delivery. I thought the letter included with the order was a nice personal touch. My order is a Christmas present for my son, I know he will love them (Kyle Walker Vans) as they were top of his Christmas list.

Delivery of trainers was prompt. Unfortunately, they were too big and the colour didn't quite match what was on the website so I returned them.

Nice personalised message with delivery, that was more prompt than expected...sounds to good to be true, well it's not - Working Class Heros have made it to my Favourites in my browser, now that's praise.

The jacket was sold out pretty much everywhere apart from this website. Not only i was excited to find it here, but it was also at a cheaper price. The delivery was faster than expected and got it the next day after ordering. Very pleased overall and will definitely use it in future.

This was the first time I have ordered from Working Class Heroes, I found their prices lower than other sellers. My order came very quickly, well packed and exactly as ordered. Placed an order on a Thursday for next day delivery, eventually received the item the following Wednesday - Tracking number provided showed no updates - Contacted the customer service via the help email several times - Was ignored - Contacted via their facebook page and eventually received a response stating they would refund my next day delivery payment ( which they did promptly) and they look into it - Didn't hear anything else and then my delivery just turned up nearly a week later. There was no follow up email to check I had received my items or explanation as to where my items had been. I just received an automated email to leave a review?! I had been recommended this store by 2 of my friends who are very regular customers with them, however this experience and lack of customer service left me really annoyed, disappointed and not what I was expecting.

Awesome, cheap as fudge prices compared to other online shops, next day delivery was cheap too and came early next day and got a lovely letter from runners of the shop that made me laugh and was personalised with my name! Loved it

Having been let down by another company I was struggling to find the shoes my son wanted for his birthday. The guys at Working class heroes not only had the shoes but got them to me in time for the birthday. Also, there was lots of communication throughout the process. I am happy to highly recommend this company and will use them again.
