These guys offered the best price for the item I bought and it was delivered so quick! The note they leave with your item really made me smile, and even the smallest touch of handwriting your name makes such a difference.

I ordered a pair of shoes for my boyfriend's birthday - they were a very reasonable price and came really quickly! Unfortunately they didn't fit him, so I sent them back for free and ordered the next size up, which came just as quickly! Really pleased with the whole transaction - amazing service!

Great first time customer experience, speedy delivery, items in perfect condition, one jacket was too big so returned, free, for an exchange in a smaller size, this came a few days later, again free, and was spot on.

My order of a Fjallraven Greenland backpack (small size) arrived within a couple of days. Frankly, I was a little worried about what would actually turn up in the post because the price was about 20% less than the RRP. Thankfully, it was exactly as expected - no issues. I would definitely order from this store again on the basis of their competitive prices and free delivery.

Not working class heroes' fault, but the delivery time to Switzerland was 10 working days, not the 3-5 promised by Royal Mail. I was very satisfied with the whole shopping experience, my only suggestion is to warn shoppers in the continent that the delivery times might wildly differ.

Looking for a Bellroy 'Hide & Seek' wallet, the Bellroy site listed Working Class Heroes as a stockist. When I telephoned to check availability, my enquiry was professionally handled to the extent I asked to purchase there and then. The lady I was talking to politely informed me that I would have to buy through the website, which I immediately did, at a discounted price, even including express delivery.
Email confirmation of the order was quickly received and my response re-stating my desire for the larger size immediately acknowledged and acted upon.
Order despatch was confirmed and little more than 24 hours after making my initial enquiry, I was in possession of my Bellroy wallet - which is superb.
A pleasurable purchasing experience with a company that I have no hesitation in recommending to all.

Came across WCHs whilst on a trip in the area and was very glad I ventured in. The helpful, friendly staff made it a nice relaxed atmosphere - I was even offered a bottle of beer! Great selection of good quality clothes, with good prices too. I have since used the online ordering system a couple of times. The clothes I wanted were in stock and delivered as promised. No need for any returns at all.
All in all a great experience. Well done guys - keep up the good work!

Ordered a North Face jacket (L) however was contacted promptly by Edd to say that they couldn't find the (L) in stock as it was the last one available online. As a result, Edd recommended several other sizes and variations of the same jacket, of which, I decided to go for the same jacket in (M) and it fits perfectly!

Really thrilled with the fast delivery speed, really annoyed by the inclusion of a "free" gelatine-based confectionary in the parcel. If I wanted dead animals delivered to my home, I'd order leather shoes or a steak, not a canvas backpack.

Ordered a Nixon "Tangent" watch between Xmas and New Year. The watch itself is awesome, and Workingclassheroes had a significant discount in their Winter sale. I got confirmatory e-mails from the website and a separate e-mail from one of the guys in the shop soon after I'd made the order. The watch arrived a day later, securely delivered! Amazing kit on the website with great, efficient service. Cannot fault these guys- will be ordering more in the future.

I went to working class heroes website to buy a patagonia t-shirt I'd seen in a high street shop, they were selling it cheaper than the high street as well as patagonia themselves. Easy to use website, quick purchase and the order arrived promptly and I'm very satisfied with the overall quality.

The price for the authentic shoes was excellent. There was no delivery cost either and I would recommend them to others everyday of the week. Plus the personal letter from them explaining who they were and signed by them was a very nice touch! Very happy and will ship with them again.

I have since sent back the item for refund. I've not yet got confirmation that the item has been received and whether a refund will be possible.

I came across the site when searching for a specific item, to find that they stocked what I wanted for a cheaper price than elsewhere. The website was simple to use and delivery was quick and easy.
