Wasn't sure as never heard of the site but was exceptionally, great price for some Carhart jeans, perfect condition, great delivery and full refund when I returned (as they were too big for me), would happily use again!
I recently experienced a disappointing issue with an online purchase from this store. Despite a successful transaction of approximately £25, which was debited from my account, the store notified me that my payment was declined. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this issue through their customer service, my requests for assistance and for them to reach out to their merchant were met with silence. It has been over two weeks without any resolution. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend shopping with them.
Delighted with my first order from WorkingClassHeroes. Great price, great product. I even got a free drumstick bar with my delivery! The guys seem really cool and I'll definitely be a returning customer.

I am always happy with the products and fast delivery from working class heroes. The products are always top notch and the staff are more than willing to help with any questions you may have. I cannot rate these guys highly enough, will continue to buy from again and again.
Good advice on shoe size. I normally buy size 12 in Nike and Adidas. Novesta size 11 is a perfect fit for me.

Have bought a few items from working class heroes now and the overall level of service is faultless - delivery times are fast and the customer service from the crew at working class heroes is excellent, cannot recommend working class heroes highly enough (and this is coming from someone who used to work as a customer services rep for a leading internet retailer)

I will first point out that I am a pensioner so that many of the brands on your website are not known to me. The item which I purchased is a Christmas present for a somewhat younger person. In my search I was looking for something of reasonable quality in a brand which I recognized. The North Face caught my attention in this respect. The hoody which I purchased was the best price which I could find in a reasonably safe colour. I would happily purchase from yourselves again and will recommend. Many Thanks.

I used working class heroes for the first time to buy my son trainers he liked. After researching the trainers I found the best price for them was from Working Class Heroes. My son is delighted with them and I'm delighted with the price. Delivery to the highlands was not a problem and only took a couple of days. Happy all round and will continue to use this site in the future
I always love shopping from these guys and have done so for about 4 years now. The products are top quality, the prices always competitive and the service top notch - and they're a Cumbrian independent so what's not to love?!

Once goods received I tweeted my comments concerning condition of the box when goods arrived. I am a collector so I expect every part of the goods to be in pristine condition. I advised that you look at your packaging process and as most other vendors do double box the product to ensure this doesn't happen. I ship goods all over the world and wouldn't consider packing as you did. So please pay attention to your social media feeds to ensure you service can be fine tuned to customers feedback or don't bother with it.
A quick and easy transaction! Bought the backpack for my daughter who loved it! The price was cheaper than other sites that I had looked at and the website was quick & easy to use.

Service online was good. Delayed order confirmation however. The hat I bought came in good time and has an extremely good quality to it. Fantastic service - ordered approx 3pm Thursday 1st Sep and needed shoes for school on the Monday for teenage son. Phoned to check delivery time, guy I spoke to was v friendly and assured me they would be with us next day for a reasonable £3 and they were, with a complimentary refresher bar which I though was a lovely touch

Very fast service, highly informative and I didn't need to ask a question once.They had everything covered.I do have one criticism and that was that I couldn't find the option to give you a review on your site the day after my delivery I didn't think I would get the chance as I was desperate to give five stars!
A great store with a range of products that suit my like and dislikes. I've use these guys a few times and the only thing I don't like is the 'wackaging' letter that comes with every order explaining who the staff are. Otherwise they're absolutely perfect!
First class service. From placing the order I was kept informed of the status of my order. The order was placed, despatched and received all in 2 days. You cannot get better than that. Would definitely recommend this company.

It was almost impossible once I'd ticked the delivery option to change it, that needs checking. I wanted to pay for 3 day delivery. It looked as if I'd done so but it reverted back to the 5 day free delivery without my knowing until I'd paid for the goods!
Very pleased with the service from WCH again and had no issues at all with the site. However, I opted to collect my order from a (not all that local) shop as I knew I would be out during the day. Unfortunately DPD have a rather odd rule requiring photo ID to collect a package, when even Royal Mail happily accept a credit/debit card. This meant I had to return to the shop again as I don't routinely carry photo ID and have never needed it for this purpose. Would not use that service again, especially at a cost of £3.
Other than that, will definitely shop with Working Class Heroes again in the future.
