I recently experienced a disappointing issue with an online purchase from this store. Despite a successful transaction of approximately £25, which was debited from my account, the store notified me that my payment was declined. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this issue through their customer service, my requests for assistance and for them to reach out to their merchant were met with silence. It has been over two weeks without any resolution. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend shopping with them.

I paid the premium delivery cost for my parcel to be delivered on Sunday (when I knew I would be home), but you delivered on the Saturday.
A clear breach of the Misrepresentation Act 1967.

Item received as described. I didn't like the item due to insufficient layers of material to prevent against cold. Other then that item was looking good. I returned and got refunded without any issues.

I ordered some trousers for my son's birthday and they arrived very promptly. Unfortunately the style was not quite right for him so I have returned them and am waiting to hear about the refund. Will definitely use WCH again.

Haven't used this company for a little while, but came back to it while looking for Christmas presents for my son. Lovely quality clothes and nice to use an independent retailer rather than one of the big chains.

Bought a North Face coat for my son which was £75 cheaper than in the North Face store. Paid for next day delivery and it arrived promptly to schedule. Also received follow up on service and voucher off next purchase. Great store, will be my 'go to' from now on!

Working Class Heroes are legendary. A great range of gear, competitive pricing, fast delivery and the customer loyalty program is top drawer. I like buying from these folks because I know I'm buying from a bunch of real folks trying hard to keep independents thriving.

I love this shop, they have what I want at a good price, they offer their own brand at half price with qualifying items, and their own brand stuff is spot on, top quality and a great fit. They also offer loyalty credit so my last order had money knocked off. Delivery is reliable and returns simple, what's not to like. Keep up the good work

The postage was expensive, I then returned the item at my own expense and am still awaiting a refund 2 weeks later. All they send me are emails asking me to review my experience so here it is. Rubbish.

My item were sent quickly with delivery by DHL which had good tracking info. I read a lot of negative reviews about Working Class Heroes on Trust Pilot. My experience however was good and I would recommend them to others.

DO NOT USE - absolutely shocking service. Paid for next day delivery, took the day off work to wait for it and no show of parcel, had to chase for receipts, no tracking info at all & no communication from their email that they provided and somehow their shop has no ability to communicate to their management either. No guarantee that my item will arrive either, appalling business. Wish i checked the reviews before ordering. If its the case like the other reviews where people havent had any communication/refunds - will be reporting to trading standards. Lad who works in the shop is sound as tho.

Delivery and product were all fantastic. Quick with tracking and the jacket was as pictured. One item was much darker than it looked though so have returned. Easy enough as I can print labels but thought it was odd that they didn't include a return label or have free UK returns. Will update this review when the returns process is complete.

Package got lost during final mile. Delivery company showed that it was delivered, but clearly it has not been delivered to the right address, otherwise I would have received my package (office address, 24/7 people at front desk: every package gets logged and stored, so no room for error).

Contacted customer service at Working Class Heroes, and they felt given the delivery company said that the package got 'delivered', they did not needed to service me anymore. This is costing me 96 euro's, and I just cannot understand that any retailer is OK with the fact of helping their customers in this fashion.

I will never, never, shop at Working Class Heroes again. Company that feels fine with their customers not getting stuff delivered and losing money is just mind boggling to me.

We came across working class heroes looking for a bargain on the coat my son wanted. Working class heroes were £50 cheaper than the other sites so I ordered it. The company were great….up to date notifications on the order, processing & despatch statuses. Delivery was also very fast. We'd definitely buy from them again

As before great service and product. This is a good company, I'm only sorry I didn't find them before, they seem to cater for everyone, even if you are not a fitness enthusiast, there things are so bright and cheery. Thank you.

As above, ordered while out of the country, item had arrived on return. I order fairly regularly from WCH as they stock Deus ex Machina which my husband lives. Always get great service and quick delivery.

Been shopping with these guys for a couple of years now. Get most of my clothes here. Fantastic range; well-designed website; reliable and quick customer service. Do yourself a favour and shop with them too.

The T-shirt I bought was a Christmas present, so I can't comment on the sizing etc just yet. However, the transaction, delivery and quality of the product was great. So much so I've returned to the site and bought something else.

This was the fifth time we bought from the website and it didn't disappoint at all. What I love most in a the reliability and super quick delivery. We received our order in 2 days and our order was packaged nicely too.

Bought a pair of trainers, was worried about the sizing so I contacted them to find out if I should buy my exact size or a size up which I had seen as recommended on other websites. They advised me to stick with my size and when they arrived, I was relieved to find out they fit perfectly, in fact I would go so far as to say they are the most comfortable pair of trainers that I own. Thanks guys.

Ordered some Birkenstock clogs that I couldn't find anywhere else. I'd never heard of this company but recognised their location as I was born nearby and so decided to give them a go - they also had good reviews online. Anyway their service was impeccable - very prompt dispatch and great communication. I would definitely use 'Working Class Heroes' again.

I returned this item almost a week ago, it was signed for the following day but I've still had no contact from the store regarding my refund. I'm sure they'll be in touch but it shouldn't take this long. The price was good and delivery quick so I'm hoping it's just an admin issue.

I found the website easy to navigate and the prices were good, I'm made up with the jacket it's spot on the only thing is next time I'd pay for next day delivery because I know it says 3 to 5 working days for the free delivery but I ordered on Monday morning and didn't receive my order until the following Monday afternoon. Might be a bit picky of me maybe and I blame royal mail not working class heroes

I bought 3 jackets online. I returned two but was refunded for the wrong jacket which meant I was £45 short on the refund. I sent evidence after they destroyed my returns form (ie photos of the jacket I'd kept) but the business didn't want to know, just kept repeating the same message which made it clear they weren't listening.

This despite it being obvious their stock-keeping is a total disaster. Eg they were asking me from which warehouse they had sent the jackets. You know where the blame lies when a business starts asking the clients things that only the business should know.

If you don't have to return anything you might be ok, but if any issues arrive, they will assume you are at fault and refuse to listen. Avoid.
