Ordered the wrong size. Very prompt turn arouns on the refund and then i ordered the correct size and received the item very quickly. Great service all around and the sweets are a nice touch.

The service from Working Class Heroes was brilliant, I placed my order around 1pm on the Friday and it was with me buy 3pm the following day. It come's well packaged with a message from the guys running it and a refresher sweet bar in the box.
I had to return one of the shirt's only because I didn't like the feel of it when it arrived. I posted it Monday morning and before lunch on Wednesday of the same week the money was back in my account, shortly after I received a message from them thanking me for buying from them.
Overall the service was great and I would recommend them to anyone!

I ordered shoes in too large a size so I ordered the correct size and returned the original for a refund, however I was denied a refund because the box I returned it in had tape on it and couldn't be reused. The fact that you can't get another box completely baffles me and has dettered me, a very active online shopper, from ever using your company again. I requested that a new box be deducted from my refund as I assumed there would be spares (what happens if a box gets damaged in your warehouse, do you simply not sell the product at all?!) but that was also refused.

Poor commitment to satisfying the customers needs.p

I had trouble tracking down this product in the UK; not only did you have it but I received really prompt, efficient service; I would be much happier using you than the better-known mail order companies.

The service that I have received from Working Class Heroes has been exemplary. When I ordered the wrong size my item was exchanged without question and, on another occasion, when I had to return a faulty item it was replaced promptly.

I am so pleased with tshirt i ordered, the quality and sizing was great and the delivery was so quick, i will definitely be using them again.

Found this shop via Google because they offered the best price on the product I wanted. I'm normally wary of sites I don't know but they offered PayPal so it was happy to take the chance and was very pleased with the speed and quality of service and the product was exactly what I was after.

Bought some superga brown suede pumps. Last pair so got a bargain in sale! Very pleased with service and product!

Because I entered my card details incorrectly, my loyalty points were still 'used' on the defunct order which meant I had to contact customer services to reinstate my points before I could complete my purchase which was a bit annoying.

There wasn't a returns slip included in the package so had to print one off. Otherwise, pretty good.

This is a top online company but I was just slightly disappointed with the price as the price point was on the high side compared to other sites but all in all excellent service, prompt delivery and a great product. I will be shopping again but only when you have some promotions on your BRXTON caps.

Delivery time was fantastic, especially as it was free! It was dispatched on the 15th and I've just received it on the 17th! Also, the popping candy that comes with it was a really nice surprise haha! The price of the shoes were really good and packed in the genuine box and everything! Will definitely buy from here again, cheers guys (Rob in particular for packing haha)

For one order I made I didn't hear anything for a while even though I got an order confirmation. When I followed up I got a quick response from somebody called Rob, who very honestly explained the problems they were having with the new system meaning orders were disappearing - I appreciated the honesty and the lengths gone to to explain the misunderstanding and get the order out asap, it put a personal touch to the customer service and more than made up for the delay..

First of all I received a lovely Email from Tom welcoming me, I thought that was a lovely touch, and I was kept in touch right through until I received the shirt.
The shirt itself was for my son who is a massive Beavis and Butthead fan and to say he was made up with it is a massive understatement, it is everything we expected and it's a great fit, and it looks lovely on him. Got a great service from Working Class Heroes. Got a good price on the Patagonia Nano Puff Hoody and delivered next day just on 99p delivery. Got a lovely letter from Chazza giving some info about the shop and a packet of Fizz Wiz popping candy!

I'd been checking the price of the article so was happy to get the jacket for the price I paid.

Shop and the lads seem unpretentious and deliver good customer service.
