Paid for DPD next day delivery, as I could have amanged a delivery around our schedules etc.

Didnt get it, instead a slower Hermes delivery (verybad in my Area) without any option to deliver to a pick up point etc.

Refund on next day delivery issue given quickly, not much else thou, no real acklowledgement of the amount of hassle potentially involved. A virtual shrug of the shoulders really.

Might give them another chance in the future with small less time critical items- possibly, but generally a bit underwhelmed by the experince.

Great website, brilliant quality jackets, quick delivery & EXCELLENT customer service! I bought 2 jackets for my sons: one North Face and the other a Penfield. Both printed & equally gorgeous! Having a skate slant doesn't really appeal to me, but I respect the owners passion for trucks. The two main online shops I use are Oi Polloi and End. I like the range of End and the presentation of Oi Polloi. They use colour well and like to tell a bit of a story. In contrast I find WCHs site a bit white and those guys who keep popping up in the photo are NOT cool. Puts me off a bit really.
