Receiving the vans shoes I ordered (on time) definitely brought a smile to my face when I opened the parcel, absolutely loved the personal touch, it's made me rethink my shopping habits & now look at smaller independent shops again, thanks guys, your customer satisfaction is 5*.

Ordered from them because they offered the best price and speedy delivery times but was very happy to discover they are a small company offering friendly (as well as efficient) service. Would highly recommend.

Well designed website with great brands at very good prices. I bought a Patagonia sweatshirt for a few quid cheaper than anywhere else. Email communication was excellent and friendly. Delivery within two days. Package came with an entertaining letter from the owners which was a nice touch. All around top store, i will be keeping my eye out for more belting items

Literally five stars for everything. Awesome prices, great range of stock, it was delivered super quick. I ordered really late on Tuesday night and got it first thing Thursday morning. Also their reward points system is great. Being rewarded for stuff I wanted to buy anyway? Big plus point in my book.

Also it seems like such a small thing but the note that came with my order had my name hand written and signed off by hand by one of the team. Nice to know you are dealing with real people not some automated machine.

Working Class Heroes offer a slightly more personal take on internet shopping. Notification emails and dispatch were prompt, but I also appreciated the notes and free stuff thrown in my parcel. Being a small operation, I'm sure that it would be easy to get in touch with them regarding returns etc. and to have a named contact deal with any problems (rather than the unhelpful automated emails offered by some sites). I would definitely use again and recommend to anyone. Thanks guys.

My shopping experience with Working Class Heroes was excellent. In particular the delivery options they offer made them stand out against other companies. I choose a cheaper tracked delivery but was really pleased with how quickly it arrived.

First off, the browsing experience was up there with anything else I've used and was easy to navigate and choose my goods, that's the 'standard' stuff out of the way.

I ordered 2 items and sadly one was out of stock, but these things happen. Rather than let me know via a faceless email a really nice chap at WCH called me and explained the issue, offered an alternative or two and got me my order the next day. No messing, no excuses just good old fashioned customer service. It was so refreshing!

Great service from an independent retailer. Really personal touches that included a letter explaining about their ethos and also a refresher sweet popped into the parcel as well (a refreshing change from the norm). The item unfortunately didn't fit but was returned with ease by printing off a pre paid label. I would definitely shop from them again.

Perfect, ordered the hat I wanted for my partner, emailed me all the relevant information I would want to know and received in couple days even with a free wham bar :) would defiantly order from here again.
