Working Class Heroes

I have used working class heroes on a few occasions now. Free delivery, quick delivery, very fair prices. What's not to like? Bonus points which are easy to redeem. Customer service with more kick than a donkey on steroids! Thank you WCH!

Always good to shop with WCH. Prices and range are great but most importantly customer service is always responsive so you can shop with confidence. Small problem with the delivery on this order meant it got delayed a couple of days but they sorted it and everything arrived exactly as ordered. Returns are never an issue either. Highly recommended!

First time I've used this company and have only good words to say! Website easy to use, product images clear and the items I ordered arrived in the expected time. Loved the note that came with the goods, makes experience way more personal, even showed it to friends that were over and they thought it was a nice touch. Will buy from again, probably very soon!

Absolutely class website. Stocks all the labels I love & great price. Delivery time is awesome & a personalised written note from the guys recently just shows they care. Keep up what your doing as it gives you an edge & I will always be a customer.

Very impressed with my overall customer experience, especially since this is the first time I have used this website. I liked that I was emailed by the store after purchasing, saying thanks for using their store; I also like the reward system on the website which has encouraged me to potentially buy from them again in the near future. Also, the delivery prices are very reasonable, much better than some more popular online stores!

Working Class Heroes is great. Seeing its brilliant rise from its opening years ago to the level its at today is fantastic to see as a local Ulverston lad. The guys there are nothing but friendly and have a great knowledge of their product, which is surprisingly rare in today's day and age, but nevertheless extremely useful when picking out new threads and kicks. I recommend anybody I can to shop there, whether it be local friends or friends from afar to shop online.Overall, got nothing but positive words to preach about the shop, its owner and its staff. May it long continue, as it has well and truly cemented itself as one of Ulverston's finest.

I've ordered from WCH quite a few times now - I've never had any issues. Orders always arrive quickly, and they have free returns which is really useful if you want to order a few things to try. They always have a good selection of brands on their website, and the prices are on par with other stores. They're now my go to store when I'm looking for something new - recommended!

When ordering on working class heroes I was a bit unsure as I'd never heard of them previously, I ordered some shorts which were half price to any other website so that was a winner straight away! I needed next day delivery which was only £3! I was really impressed, the order came perfectly on time, I received a text with the time it would be arriving. The shorts were packaged really well and a nice surprise of some sweets in there! Will be using you guys again! Fab company, fab service. 5*

Had an issues where I ordered an item x2. Spoke to customer service who replied quickly and helpfully.
Once the second item was returned it was processed immediately.

Been wanting this Patagonia fleece for a while, but prices all over were too steep and never stocked my size, so to find it in my size at a bargain made the product even better. Delivery came so quick, no hassle, and look forward to buying again soon

Excellent service, the letter in the product I bought was a nice touch. It seemed that the shop actually cared about their customers and wanted to look after them. One of the better shopping experiences I have had online.

My only problem was with the courier DPD who had trouble delivering my package however the staff at working class hero's were very friendly and sorted the issue as soon as they could! I Would highly recommend shopping here.

Excellent website, easy to use and found what I was looking for right away. Price was great value for money and delivery ultra fast especially for this time of year. Loved the personal letter from them in the package telling you all about the people who work there and how the business began. Would highly recommend to anyone.
