We ordered a North Face cap which arrived earlier than anticipated - excellent! The company were great in their communication with regular emails.

Ordered a pair of Vans from workingclassheroes.co.uk as they were both the cheapest on the net and had my size (10) in stock-nobody else did.
Website was really easy to navigate and after placing my order,I was kept updated regularly on its progress.
My order was received really quickly and I'm happy with my boots.Overall,a great experience and the loyalty sceme is a nice touch too-will keep people coming back.

Found this website whilst looking for some Carhartt and Stüssy clothing items and was absolutely delighted I had done so- I paid a lot less than retail for the items and the delivery time was perfect. The chaps running this place are very nice too; they give you a nice handwritten letter along with some freebies like sweets etc

Well priced items, fast delivery, kept me in the loop with email updates and well packaged. Couldn't fault them. Nice personal touch with the letter in the delivery too, a nice change from shopping with your typical high street stores.

I found the item from a Google search and purchased from workingclassheros.co.uk and had them ship international to the U.S. It arrived in a timely fashion with a personal note attached to the invoice. Nice touch gentlemen. I would definitely order from them again.

I have shopped with workingclassheroes a couple of times. The the most part the experience has been good.
The only niggle I have is that I contacted the team to provide feedback and to report a small issue with an item and was disappointed to have not since received any reply from the team.

It was a very good experience and we are very happy with our purchase.

Overall good experience, however, once I placed my order, I received a further email with the subject 'We saved your basket for you' Which automatically made me think that the order was not processed. As this was a sale item and one that I particularly wanted, not wanting to loose it, I placed the order again. Therefore I then received two items and because returns are not free, I have therefore to pay for the postage of this 2nd item.

Just a bit annoying that I was prompted to purchase the basket again. Great idea to send a reminder email and to save a basket, just need to NOT do it, if the basket has already generated a sale!

Love this website, great brands with brilliant prices. Ordered at 1pm and my order arrived at 10am the next day, £3 for next day delivery which is superb. Site is easy to navigate around; reasonable price, in fact it was slightly cheaper than other websites/retailers; delivery could be a bit quicker BUT it was FREE delivery so I can't really complaint.

Would recommend to others and would buy from them again.

I found the website via Google while searching for a particular hoodie for my son. It was competitively priced with free delivery, and I liked the look and feel of the website, so I decided to go ahead. It was all very straightforward with quick delivery. I will pass on the link to my son.
