Easy website navigation and ordering process.
The price was slightly cheaper, but no one else had this colour or size in stock so only one supplier I could find in UK.
Delivery was prompt too.

Love purchasing from WCH. Never been let down. Great range of clothes and brands and always find the service to be very good. Loyalty points thing is also a bonus!

All details were correct and the order received ahead of time. The returns process was equally quick with excellent communication via email throughout.

I received my order - they were the wrong size so I've returned them for a refund. I've not yet had confirmation that they've been received or a refund. Sent on 20/10/23.Please could you let me know?

Euan in the actual shop is brilliant. Emma in web orders customer service equally so but swamped.
Management need to review processes and reward the staff on the frontline for copping the flack of their poor decision making. The disconnect between the bricks and mortar shop and the web orders warehouse leaves the customer nowhere to go. Web orders warehouse NEEDS a customer telephone number to contact instead of hassling the shop who can't do much more than email the warehouse or wait for generic email responses. DPD certainly didn't help, losing the first package and continuing issues at the Carnforth depot but WCH resent and repaid my next day delivery charge so I got my item albeit a week late. Great stock at WCH but their popularity is proving to be their downfall.

The management need to invest in their staff who make them their money. As a previous customer I didn't expect any problems but they did occur which is a real shame. Will probably put me off ordering in future if I'm being honest though that isn't the staffs' fault but the management.

Can highly recommend WCH. Great selection of items and most importantly during the Christmas period and fast and efficient dispatch service

Had issues with DHL couriers, the customer service team at working class hero's were great as they resent my order with another courier and it arrived in 2 days

Item purchased at decent price ( Napapijri bobble hat) and good communication confirming order, but thereafter I didn't hear anything about despatch or delivery and it just turned up.

Excellent. Good range in stock. Quick delivery, quick to refund when at first I ordered the wrong size. Pleasure to deal with a small business rather than the big companies.

I picked up something marked down in their sale. Service was very good, good communication and quick delivery at reasonable cost. I would recommend, i heard a working class hero is something to be:)
