After I figured out the sizing chart, which is, I hope, close enough to accurate, shopping was pretty easy. A few glitches as I learned their protocols, but, overall, pretty intuitive. I've had bad experiences, in the past, with the quality on inexpensive articles being way lower than advertised, but the items on this site are so cute that I will take another chance. We will see.
I recently experienced a disappointing issue with an online purchase from this store. Despite a successful transaction of approximately £25, which was debited from my account, the store notified me that my payment was declined. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this issue through their customer service, my requests for assistance and for them to reach out to their merchant were met with silence. It has been over two weeks without any resolution. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend shopping with them.
Struggled to find FP sweatshirt in petrol blue. Bought from WCH and got it at sale price too - win/win. No issues with Order and postage process.

Shopping for clothes has not been this much fun since I bought a pair of Spliffy jeans from the indoor market when I was 12 years old. I can't recommend Working Class Heroes Enough.
I ordered a coat. The coat arrived after a reasonable time frame had elapsed. That was what I expected. I am happy.
I love Working Class Heroes, its an excellent shop, stocking proper gear for the clued up, brilliant service, personal touch and super swift delivery, often a great batgain to be found too, they treat their customers well, i support these smaller shops for all rhe above resaons.

Overall, very happy, I was updated every step of the way, and even received an email about reward points which I thought was a fantastic idea. I had selected next day delivery which came on time and the product was perfect. However, I then thought I would use my reward points to order another product. I tried to use these a few times however it seemed I was unable to use them every time I tried. I contacted workingclassheroes through email and had a brief response a dew days later. I tried to then do it again, which was very much the same as I had been trying. I then gave them a call which I was much happier with, the man told me how currently the rewards are not working on iPhone safari so to download google chrome and try that. I then ordered my second item, this time I chose 3-5working days delivery, however it has been 3days since ordering and I have only received an email to say my order has been placed. I then had a look at my item online and realised that I would have been better going elsewhere as pretty much everywhere that sells the item have it discounted. So I am not very happy with my second order.
Brilliant to deal with and delivery was fast. Best price in the Internet. Will certainly use them again in future
