Working Class Heroes

I paid the premium delivery cost for my parcel to be delivered on Sunday (when I knew I would be home), but you delivered on the Saturday.
A clear breach of the Misrepresentation Act 1967.
What say you?

The postage was expensive, I then returned the item at my own expense and am still awaiting a refund 2 weeks later. All they send me are emails asking me to review my experience so here it is. Rubbish.

Well designed website with great brands at very good prices. I bought a Patagonia sweatshirt for a few quid cheaper than anywhere else. Email communication was excellent and friendly. Delivery within two days. Package came with an entertaining letter from the owners which was a nice touch. All around top store, i will be keeping my eye out for more belting items

receiving the vans shoes I ordered (on time) definitely brought a smile to my face when I opened the parcel, absolutely loved the personal touch, it's made me rethink my shopping habits & now look at smaller independent shops again, thanks guys, your customer satisfaction is 5*.

Just a text book online shopping experience really. Googled for the best price and for an in-stock item. Never used these guys before, but great service, back up, delivery - will use them again for sure.

Great experience. One of the items arrived broken, which is why I've given 4 rather than 5 stars for products/services (probably the delivery fault - it was packaged in a lot of bubble wrap) but they dealt with it quickly and conveniently offering an immediate replacement/refund. Friendly and efficient customer service. Would definitely buy from them again.

This is how all online shopping should be done! Excellent products and communication, cheap, fast and efficient delivery that came exactly when it said it would. I will certainly be shopping with working class heroes again, and have already recommended to others. Oh, and my daughter loved the refresher bar! Nice touch guys, keep up the good work.

Absolutely first class service and communication - not in your face but friendly and informative - plus my garment was cheaper than direct with the manufacturer- thanks guys really enjoyed dealing with you

First off, the browsing experience was up there with anything else I've used and was easy to navigate and choose my goods, that's the 'standard' stuff out of the way.

I ordered 2 items and sadly one was out of stock, but these things happen. Rather than let me know via a faceless email a really nice chap at WCH called me and explained the issue, offered an alternative or two and got me my order the next day. No messing, no excuses just good old fashioned customer service. It was so refreshing!

My shopping experience with Working Class Heroes was excellent . In particular the delivery options they offer made them stand out against other companies. I choose a cheaper tracked delivery but was really pleased with how quickly it arrived.

Perfect, ordered the hat I wanted for my partner, emailed me all the relevant information I would want to know and received in couple days even with a free wham bar :) would defiantly order from here again.

DO NOT USE - absolutely shocking service. Paid for next day delivery, took the day off work to wait for it and no show of parcel, had to chase for receipts, no tracking info at all & no communication from their email that they provided and somehow their shop has no ability to communicate to their management either. No guarantee that my item will arrive either, appalling business. Wish i checked the reviews before ordering. If its the case like the other reviews where people havent had any communication/refunds - will be reporting to trading standards. Lad who works in the shop is sound as tho.

Great store, my item arrived well within the timescales and very competitive priced but what makes this store stand out is the personal touch they provide. I felt that my business was really appreciated and made me want to shop there again, thanks Tom and all your team

Delivery and product were all fantastic. Quick with tracking and the jacket was as pictured. One item was much darker than it looked though so have returned. Easy enough as I can print labels but thought it was odd that they didn't include a return label or have free UK returns. Will update this review when the returns process is complete.

Never came across this site before but so glad I did, genuine items at a discounted price and they sent a little present with the purchase and a funny letter! Will definitely be buying from here again

I have used working class heroes on a few occasions now. Free delivery, quick delivery, very fair prices. What's not to like? Bonus points which are easy to redeem. Customer service with more kick than a donkey on steroids!! Thank you WCH!!!

Very impressed with my overall customer experience, especially since this is the first time I have used this website. I liked that I was emailed by the store after purchasing, saying thanks for using their store; I also like the reward system on the website which has encouraged me to potentially buy from them again in the near future. Also, the delivery prices are very reasonable, much better than some more popular online stores!

I've ordered from WCH quite a few times now - I've never had any issues. Orders always arrive quickly, and they have free returns which is really useful if you want to order a few things to try. They always have a good selection of brands on their website, and the prices are on par with other stores. They're now my go to store when I'm looking for something new - recommended!

Package got lost during final mile. Delivery company showed that it was delivered, but clearly it has not been delivered to the right address, otherwise I would have received my package (office address, 24/7 people at front desk: every package gets logged and stored, so no room for error).

Contacted customer service at Working Class Heroes, and they felt given the delivery company said that the package got 'delivered', they did not needed to service me anymore. This is costing me 96 euro's, and I just cannot understand that any retailer is OK with the fact of helping their customers in this fashion.

I will never, never, shop at Working Class Heroes again. Company that feels fine with their customers not getting stuff delivered and losing money is just mind boggling to me.

Website easy to navigate and good range of brands (some non-mainstream).
I've only bought 2 items in the sale,but prices were very realistic,postage at sensible rates and very speedy delivery. I've had no need to return items.FIVE STAR service !!!

Order placed for delivery between 3-5 working days.
Royal Mail tracking number did not work, and order was 3 days late.
After looking at other online reviews, it is seemingly fairly commonplace that orders are late, and for that reason I would be reluctant to buy here again.
