Excellent service, the letter in the product I bought was a nice touch. It seemed that the shop actually cared about their customers and wanted to look after them. One of the better shopping experiences I have had online.

Great items! The only thing that bothered me was the delivery, after paying £50 for 2 tops i would kinda expect the free delivery to be 1 - 2 days maybe, instead of 3 - 5. Not a massive complaint but when i've recommended your shop to some friends, they've been surprised I had to pay for next day delivery.

Can't fault them one bit. Very personal and friendly service, they keep you updated with your order every step of the way. Everything is 5* service, even down the the little refresher toffee you get packed in with every order. Customer rewards are fantastic, also another great incentive to keep coming back to them besides the great service they provide. Would never shop anywhere else to buy gifts for my boyfriend. So wish they did ladies clothes!

As before great service and product. This is a good company, I'm only sorry I didn't find them before, they seem to cater for everyone, even if you are not a fitness enthusiast, there things are so bright and cheery. Thank you.

My purchase has still not arrived and is held up with Royal Mail. I phoned for help on this matter and the phone was never answered despite over 8 calls.
I emailed for help and got a rather pathetic response that showed no customer care whatsoever. I responded to this and voiced my complaint and several days later have still not heard back.
My overall experience is not great to be honest and have doubts about using you in the future if this is the way you treat your clients.

Great communication and reasonable prices. Shipping costs are absolutely amazing, and the fact they add a little note with delivery about their history shows how proud they are of what they are doing. Hopefully one day i can visit in person :) Thanks

My son had seen a North Face jacket he liked , it was more expensive on the brand's website so we ordered from you .The jacket is nice , my son is pleased but it's not a lot of jacket for the money.Delivery was quick, minimal packaging and I would rather give my business to a small operation. 100% satisfied with your service.

Very friendly efficient service - even a chewy sweet/bar (hint - prefer chocolate) included in the parcel. Price better than competitors at the time but got a similar product for far less earlier in the year. Would use again if price is right

Bought from this site as it was a cheaper price then anywhere else which made me sceptical. Delivery was quick and trainers were the same quality as anywhere else. So happy with my order and would definitely recommend anyone to use!

As above, ordered while out of the country, item had arrived on return. I order fairly regularly from WCH as they stock Deus ex Machina which my husband lives. Always get great service and quick delivery.

I didn't receive a confirmation email straight away. I waited until the next day to query this. I messaged on Facebook and got a response within 15 min apologising for the lack of email and letting me know my order had been processed. While typing a response back thanking them, the order arrived at my work anyway. Amazing customer service!

It's not the best website I have used and selecting sizes is not always compatible with different makers. So it's a guessing game. I normally select items from one maker as I know and enjoy their pedigree. It is always difficult to weed out any Chinese-made items as they are in my opinion sub-standard.

Next day delivery though I didn't select it nor was expecting it next day on a Saturday as well! Delivery is cheap and even free if selected. Will definitely recommend. Looking forward to the female range.

ordered mid day Monday, delivery received at home on the Tuesday, and i didn't pay extra for a quick delivery. there was a really nice friendly note in the parcel too, which i liked.
the price i paid was cheaper than advertised on the web site

Great service and great product. I had looked at loads off other sites, but WCH had the specific North Face Jacket I wanted-in the right colour and at the best price. Delivery was spot on, as were the courtesy emails etc. Highly recommended and will definitely shop there again, really nice customer focussed experience.

Excellent customer service from order through to delivery. I thought the letter included with the order was a nice personal touch. My order is a Christmas present for my son, I know he will love them (Kyle Walker Vans) as they were top of his Christmas list.

Placed an order on a Thursday for next day delivery, eventually received the item the following Wednesday - Tracking number provided showed no updates - Contacted the customer service via the help email several times - Was ignored - Contacted via their facebook page and eventually received a response stating they would refund my next day delivery payment ( which they did promptly ) and they look into it - Didn't hear anything else and then my delivery just turned up nearly a week later. There was no follow up email to check I had received my items or explanation as to where my items had been. I just received an automated email to leave a review?! I had been recommended this store by 2 of my friends who are very regular customers with them, however this experience and lack of customer service left me really annoyed, disappointed and not what I was expecting.

The T-shirt I bought was a Christmas present, so I can't comment on the sizing etc just yet. However, the transaction, delivery and quality of the product was great. So much so I've returned to the site and bought something else.

Awesome, cheap as fudge prices compared to other online shops, next day delivery was cheap too and came early next day and got a lovely letter from runners of the shop that made me laugh and was personalised with my name! Loved it

Having been let down by another company I was struggling to find the shoes my son wanted for his birthday. The guys at Working class heroes not only had the shoes but got them to me in time for the birthday. Also, there was lots of communication throughout the process. I am happy to highly recommend this company and will use them again.
