As above, ordered while out of the country, item had arrived on return. I order fairly regularly from WCH as they stock Deus ex Machina which my husband lives. Always get great service and quick delivery.

I didn't receive a confirmation email straight away. I waited until the next day to query this. I messaged on Facebook and got a response within 15 min apologising for the lack of email and letting me know my order had been processed. While typing a response back thanking them, the order arrived at my work anyway. Amazing customer service!

Great service and great product. I had looked at loads off other sites, but WCH had the specific North Face Jacket I wanted-in the right colour and at the best price. Delivery was spot on, as were the courtesy emails etc. Highly recommended and will definitely shop there again, really nice customer focussed experience.

ordered mid day Monday, delivery received at home on the Tuesday, and i didn't pay extra for a quick delivery. there was a really nice friendly note in the parcel too, which i liked.
the price i paid was cheaper than advertised on the web site

The T-shirt I bought was a Christmas present, so I can't comment on the sizing etc just yet. However, the transaction, delivery and quality of the product was great. So much so I've returned to the site and bought something else.

Fantastic price, fantastic service and fantastic communication from the company. My only gripe is the box that the products arrived in, but this could have been down the delivery provider. I've had a Patagonia bag and also some trainers from Working Class Heroes, they both arrived swiftly. Unfortunately the trainers were too big for me but they were easy to return. I think they have a great selection of clothing, bags and trainers.

I get most of my Vans from this shop , all ways a good experience ,sometimes I change my mind and return the items , exchanges are very easy ,all ways got the latest stuff and then it goes on sale at a super nice price .

Really prompt service, both processing and dispatch. I then reordered in another size and it came just as quick. I returned my original order for a refund and again this was completed really efficiently!

Bought a pair of trainers, was worried about the sizing so I contacted them to find out if I should buy my exact size or a size up which I had seen as recommended on other websites. They advised me to stick with my size and when they arrived, I was relieved to find out they fit perfectly, in fact I would go so far as to say they are the most comfortable pair of trainers that I own.
