Always a good experience and quality clothing, only confusion is that items came in different parcels on two days due to items being stocked at different warehouses.
I think that due to covid when everybody was and still are shopping on line that the companies just rush to get everything out as soon as possible with the poor old delivery driver ending up making two or more trips to the same area

I bought a really nice Bellroy leather wallet (slim sleeve wallet charcoal) for myself called for a quick chat about it before hand to check sizes etc had very friendly chat all questions answered so I went ahead and bought it that day with next day delivery, arrived on time nicely packaged and I'm very pleased with it and the service so pleased I order another a few days later for a friend's birthday who was equally thrilled when we gave it to him.

Would and have highly recommend the company and the products/service which is really 1st class all the way

Really good quality Clark's trigenic flex goretex shoes. Disappointed with delivery aspect though carrier did not ring bell and by the time I got downstairs he had driven away with my shoes. Finally got them on .third time of delivering. Worth the wait.

The goods and delivery were perfect. The cost of goods was slightly cheaper than other websites which made them a perfect choice and would definitely return to the site to shop again.

The major issue is the website which seemed buggy. When adding things to my basket items would disappear or would not be in the basket. The whole experience took much longer than it should have. I kept having to add them (at least 4 times). I'm not sure if this was because I was using a tablet or my phone, but considering more and more people are shopping using their mobile device a website should be able to handle this.

Get this sorted and the shopping experience for WCH should be 5 stars.

Used this company for the first time. I was able to find the exact item I needed and at a fair price. Ordering was straight forward and delivered quickly. I was a little nervous trying a new site but it was a positive shopping experience and I shall definitely use again.

This company are disabling comments on Facebook, deleting all bad feedback and blocking accounts who post bad feedback, because so many people are complaining they're not refunding them after returning items, or they're not posting them at all then ignoring people's messages asking where they are. I'm at 1 month and counting now, they're refusing to refund me, ignoring all my emails and I'm £380 out of pocket. They are claiming the courier they paid for 'lost' my parcel and instead of tracking the package are refusing to refund me. I will keep posting til you refund me! I can't believe the morals of this company. Please avoid buying from them. Buy direct!

I had an amazing experience with shopping at Working Class Heroes. Their prices are great as well as their customer service. I couldn't have been happier with finding this store and look forward to purchasing more products from Tom and the team in the near future.

The customer service was amazing the product turn up as exspected and were packaged great they also added nice little touches like a refresher and letter to say how they have progressed. I'm most likely going to shop there again. Keep up the good work guys.

I've ordered a few times from this shop and it's always good service. Good selection of clothes n shoes etc. The last time I ordered, they noticed one of my items had damage to it so emailed me apologizing and sending the rest of my items special delivery to make up for it. Shows they're bothered about thier cutomers

Refused to assist with a refund, refused to provide customer services telephone number, refused to provide details on how to make a formal complaint. I required assistance with a refund due to a returned item. Employee dealing with the emails were obstructive, unhelpful, unsympathetic. Due to not being able to advance passed email communication and find someone that is prepared to help, I have now lost £85. I will definitely not use this company again, and would not recommend. I'm sure they are fine until you require any assistance with a purchase or refund.

Really good pricing for overseas orders. I can get shoes cheaper from workingclassheros opposed to the local in New Zealand. Shipping time is adequate considering the distance. Overall, I use this website a lot due to the fact I cannot get most of these silhouettes in my own country.

Great shop, website and team to buy from, I'm always chuffed with my purchases from here. The delivery is always spot on, along with the prices and fresh selection. Feels good supporting a skate shop in the Lakes too. My wife loves the sweets in the shoebox, which helps me get away with another shoe purchase!

Great experience, the coat was a great price, fantastic quality and arrived very quickly. Unfortunately I had to return it as it was a little too small for my son. My only criticism is that there was no return label.

Great first time customer experience, speedy delivery, items in perfect condition, one jacket was too big so returned, free, for an exchange in a smaller size, this came a few days later, again free, and was spot on.

Would wholly recommend and will definitely shop here again.

I ordered a pair of shoes for my boyfriend's birthday - they were a very reasonable price and came really quickly! Unfortunately they didn't fit him, so I sent them back for free and ordered the next size up, which came just as quickly! Really pleased with the whole transaction - amazing service!!

Expedient service and most of all I received a very heart warming message from the team for my first order. Always good to understand the genesis of the company. No complaints at all and will recommend.

Ordered a pair of 32" trousers for Grandson, unfortunately they were too wide for him. Contacted working
Heroes by phone who advised us to order a pair of 30" and return the 32" ones for which we would be
refunded. We were instructed how to get the printed return address. The 30" waist ones fit him perfectly
and he is very pleased with them. We like the friendliness and efficiency of the Working Class Heroes very
much. Enjoyed the treats packed with the trousers, thank you.

Not working class heroes' fault, but the delivery time to Switzerland was 10 working days, not the 3-5 promised by Royal Mail. I was very satisfied with the whole shopping experience, my only suggestion is to warn shoppers in the continent that the delivery times might wildly differ.

They were great, great prices, great range of products, fast postage and I especially loved the leaflet explaining who everyone working for the company is and what they do! My product arrived after 2 days even though I chose 3-5 day so I couldn't recommend them enough I will definitely be back for more.

Came across WCHs whilst on a trip in the area and was very glad I ventured in. The helpful, friendly staff made it a nice relaxed atmosphere - I was even offered a bottle of beer!! Great selection of good quality clothes, with good prices too. I have since used the online ordering system a couple of times. The clothes I wanted were in stock and delivered as promised. No need for any returns at all.
All in all a great experience. Well done guys - keep up the good work!!

First time using the website, found the shop through an Instagram ad, was wary at first but after looking through the shop and reading of the background I thought I'd give it a go. Price and delivery can't complain. Will buy again.
