Item ordered, despatched and received impeccably package, earlier than scheduled. Exactly what you need at Christmas. Brilliant service and lovely product.

Overall good experience, however, once I placed my order, I received a further email with the subject 'We saved your basket for you' Which automatically made me think that the order was not processed. As this was a sale item and one that I particularly wanted, not wanting to loose it, I placed the order again. Therefore I then received two items and because returns are not free, I have therefore to pay for the postage of this 2nd item. Just a bit annoying that I was prompted to purchase the basket again. Great idea to send a reminder email and to save a basket, just need to NOT do it, if the basket has already generated a sale!

Love this website, great brands with brilliant prices. Ordered at 1pm and my order arrived at 10am the next day, £3 for next day delivery which is superb. I had multiple notifications of when the stages of my order too. Great all round service, will defo recommend and be back. Nice one guys, cheers

I found the website via Google while searching for a particular hoodie for my son. It was competitively priced with free delivery, and I liked the look and feel of the website, so I decided to go ahead. It was all very straightforward with quick delivery. I will pass on the link to my son.

Certainly one of the better online shopping experiences, bought some North Face mules, the price from Working Class Heroes was the cheapest I found so ordered them on a Thursday and they were delivered on the following Saturday morning and that was with standard shipping! Basically a faultless experience.

Ordered the wrong size. Very prompt turn arouns on the refund and then i ordered the correct size and received the item very quickly. Great service all around and the sweets are a nice touch.

The service from Working Class Heroes was brilliant, I placed my order around 1pm on the Friday and it was with me buy 3pm the following day. It come's well packaged with a message from the guys running it and a refresher sweet bar in the box.
I had to return one of the shirt's only because I didn't like the feel of it when it arrived. I posted it Monday morning and before lunch on Wednesday of the same week the money was back in my account, shortly after I received a message from them thanking me for buying from them.
Overall the service was great and I would recommend them to anyone!!

The Arc'teryx Kynite AR hoody was discounted and got those reward points, great disount at the end, shipped the same day for free, received in two days.
One more thing - the Cerium jacket I bought earlier came with cut on the back, only after 60 days I noticed that (it was the summer when I got it, removed the tags) and WCH (Emma) replaced it with no problem at all - you have to appreciate that!

Good reduced price, colour accurate, very fast delivery, website could be a bit better when going from google, kind of went in circles a few times lol

Still nothing received and PayPal dispute logged unfortunately 20 days for a decision in which I'm sure it'll be in my favour as it's been 17 days but working class heroes still refuse to help even though they can contact Royal Mail and claim … I'll update daily though

I opted for the medium Gramicci Poncho and it's still rather long on my 5ft 5inches frame. That said, it covers well and would accommodate a rucksack underneath without loosing any relative coverage. I love the material used and it doesn't feel at all sticky in the weather of late, ( Warm and humid days). My only grumble is that the item housed in it's own pocket/come holder, is still a little too heavy and chunky. My wife went for the Rainkiss equivalent and that is much more manageable. The weight was mentioned in the original add but I would question it's accuracy. Overall it is a very effective rain cover and would not look out of place at any outdoors event come the British weather.

I had no problems at all with ordering fom this company. Delivery was quick and shoes were great. Sadly they didnt fit me properely and I had to return them. Return was straight forward and dealt with speedily. No complaints what so ever just good service

I was looking the Patagonia torrentshell 3l jacket and this was by far the best price, for a brilliant jacket! Ordered on the Friday and paid a extra for Saturday delivery and it was delivered as expected. Would definitely recommend and will use again

My son wanted a Carthartt Shirt but I couldn't find it anywhere. Searched and WCH appeared, had no time to really look at the site as I wanted to get this Christmas present ordered and delivered in time.
Delivery was prompt and the quality is gorgeous. I will definitely use WCH again in the future.

I ordered a product on Friday, and paid extra for next day, Saturday delivery, DPD messed up and did not deliver the item until the following Tuesday, this negates the cost of paying for next day if carriers ignore the direction. The product and service from WCH was fine

First of all I received a lovely Email from Tom welcoming me, I thought that was a lovely touch, and I was kept in touch right through until I received the shirt.
The shirt itself was for my son who is a massive Beavis and Butthead fan and to say he was made up with it is a massive understatement, it is everything we expected and it's a great fit, and it looks lovely on him. The price was slightly cheaper, but no one else had this colour or size in stock so only one supplier I could find in UK.
Delivery was prompt too.
