I've ordered a few times from this shop and it's always good service. Good selection of clothes n shoes etc. The last time I ordered, they noticed one of my items had damage to it so emailed me apologizing and sending the rest of my items special delivery to make up for it. Shows they're bothered about thier cutomers

Previous to any purchase, I like to perform a little research. All the reviews that I had found about workingclassheroes.co.uk were great so that helped me on my decision. I hope this review helps someone else to decide.

The shopping experience was excellent. I received my jacket on time, the product was perfect and I found a little note in the packaging telling the story of the shop and the people who work on it. And that's exactly what makes workingclassheroes.co.uk different. Your purchase is handled by real people, not automated emails. For example my package was prepared by Edd :) I highly recommend these guys!

Really good pricing for overseas orders. I can get shoes cheaper from workingclassheros opposed to the local in New Zealand. Shipping time is adequate considering the distance. Overall, I use this website a lot due to the fact I cannot get most of these silhouettes in my own country.

I can't be sure but I feel that I am not one of Working Class Heroes normal customers. I'm an older bloke with a passion for hill walking/trekking. The only reason I bought my Patagonia lightweight jacket from them after studying reviews about it in walking magazines was because, after searching online, it was almost half the price being charged by the specialist walking gear shops - that in itself was enough reason to deal with them. However, everything else about the shopping experience with Working Class Heroes was excellent - that's why I put five stars next to every category. In their introductory letter they said light heartedly (I think) that they need the custom as they wouldn't survive in real jobs. I disagree, given the professional way they dealt with my order I think they would prosper very well.

I ordered after the next day cut off on a Friday afternoon. I received my order at 11am on a Saturday, expecting it to be delivered Monday/Tuesday the following week.

Working Class Heroes went well above my expectations and I will be using then again for sure. Big Up!

Very good delivery times and the product arrived in perfect condition. I bought from this website for the first time due to good price, I had shopped around and the price was very competitive and the product available in the size I needed for a present. Will definitely use again in the future. Nice touch with the letter that is enclosed with the paperwork giving a bit of a low down on the staff and the business it self, made the online transaction feel a little more personal and made me smile. Well done.

Great shop, website and team to buy from, I'm always chuffed with my purchases from here. The delivery is always spot on, along with the prices and fresh selection. Feels good supporting a skate shop in the Lakes too. My wife loves the sweets in the shoebox, which helps me get away with another shoe purchase!

Great first time customer experience, speedy delivery, items in perfect condition, one jacket was too big so returned, free, for an exchange in a smaller size, this came a few days later, again free, and was spot on.

Would wholly recommend and will definitely shop here again.

I ordered a pair of shoes for my boyfriend's birthday - they were a very reasonable price and came really quickly! Unfortunately they didn't fit him, so I sent them back for free and ordered the next size up, which came just as quickly! Really pleased with the whole transaction - amazing service!

My order of a Fjallraven Greenland backpack (small size) arrived within a couple of days. Frankly, I was a little worried about what would actually turn up in the post because the price was about 20% less than the RRP. Thankfully, it was exactly as expected - no issues. I would definitely order from this store again on the basis of their competitive prices and free delivery.

Not working class heroes' fault, but the delivery time to Switzerland was 10 working days, not the 3-5 promised by Royal Mail. I was very satisfied with the whole shopping experience, my only suggestion is to warn shoppers in the continent that the delivery times might wildly differ.

Looking for a Bellroy 'Hide & Seek' wallet, the Bellroy site listed Working Class Heroes as a stockist. When I telephoned to check availability, my enquiry was professionally handled to the extent I asked to purchase there and then. The lady I was talking to politely informed me that I would have to buy through the website, which I immediately did, at a discounted price, even including express delivery.
Email confirmation of the order was quickly received and my response re-stating my desire for the larger size immediately acknowledged and acted upon.
Order despatch was confirmed and little more than 24 hours after making my initial enquiry, I was in possession of my Bellroy wallet - which is superb.
A pleasurable purchasing experience with a company that I have no hesitation in recommending to all.

Came across WCHs whilst on a trip in the area and was very glad I ventured in. The helpful, friendly staff made it a nice relaxed atmosphere - I was even offered a bottle of beer! Great selection of good quality clothes, with good prices too. I have since used the online ordering system a couple of times. The clothes I wanted were in stock and delivered as promised. No need for any returns at all.
All in all a great experience. Well done guys - keep up the good work!

They were great, great prices, great range of products, fast postage and I especially loved the leaflet explaining who everyone working for the company is and what they do! Ordered a Nixon "Tangent" watch between Xmas and New Year. The watch itself is awesome, and Workingclassheroes had a significant discount in their Winter sale. I got confirmatory e-mails from the website and a separate e-mail from one of the guys in the shop soon after I'd made the order. The watch arrived a day later, securely delivered! Amazing kit on the website with great, efficient service. Cannot fault these guys- will be ordering more in the future.
