Worldgolfsale

This business is clearly fraudulent. They do not list any physical addresses or locations, email addresses, or phone numbers. In fact the only way to contact them is to "chat" with one of their "customer service representatives." I chatted with one of the representatives for a few minutes and asked them some questions. Please see below:

Q - "Where is your business based?"

A - "we are in U.S."

Q - "At which address is your business registered?"

A - "5109 S. Pulaski Rd, Chicago, IL *******"

Q - "Where do your products ship from?"

A - "Korea"

I then looked up the provided address, and I came up with a Pizza Hut in Chicago. I also found a search engine hit to a website called golfwrx.com (a legitimate site), and in their forums they discuss another fraudulent business called wowogolf.com that was registered to the same location. WoWoGolf was apparently well known for their scam they ran on eBay.

At this point I pressured the customer service rep. In the chat about why the provided addressed was actually the address for a Pizza Hut. I also asked about worldgolfsale.com 's relationship to the former wowogolf.com. They replied there is no relationship and that they are a legitimate business located at the above listed address.

Go ahead and do a quick search on Google Maps and use the StreetView... there is nothing there but a strip mall with a Pizza Hut and other businesses, none of which are a business called World Golf Sale. There's not even an attorney's office there which could represent worldgolfsale.com as their business' registered agent.

Pretty shady wouldn't you say?... AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!
