I ordered a turn signal kit from this company, despite it being from out of country, and the order was made 6/4/24 and received 6/14. The order was incomplete (2 of 4 blinkers missing) so I reached out to their customer service and sent pictures of what I had received and this was the response "I'm so sorry about that I have send the missing's ones out to you, all customs etc have been sorted as this is our error". Not only did they ship that same day, but they must've expedited it as it arrived 3 days later. Incredible.

Everybody makes mistakes, including companies, but it's how they handle that mistake that tells you all you need to know of the company. I'm super pleased and look forward to purchasing from them again when I have the need for their product.
